The positive sides: Nice rooms with sea view, well furnished and comfortable. The negative sides: Probably the worst service you will encounter ever. Two days in a row they are not capable of providing any breakfast, there is no following of CoVid19 measures, there is not a single capable person to speak with at the reception, there is no GM to speak with, only a Gmail address to write to. If you want just a room with a nice view, it's overpriced. If you like to feel like Kafka for a weekend and lose money and nerves, it's a good choice. Never again.

Friendly staff, good place

Great location, very clean, very nice room. Sunrise perfectly visible from bed, although every morning I went to the beach to feel it even closer. Friendly staff, good breakfast and very good food at restaurant. We arrived in the morning and they checked us in earlier (usual is made after 16:00). Free parking place available, very convenient. Sun loungers and umbrella included in hotel price, on its private beach. I was with my wife and 3 year old kid, we had a very great time. I totally recommend this place!

Well the experience with this hotel was the simple beach policy, empty chairs but could not rent a chair just to be there , was guest only. Wanted to spend one night at it , but who wants to be on a beach where is just a few people just looks sad and booring . Poor management. And will move on to a better and more fun hotel.

Good views and the beach area is decent. We were on the top floor and every day from 4pm for several hours there was no water. No shower, no tap and no water for the toilet. Wifi doesn't work in the rooms on the top floor. Breakfast is decent and the staff were plentiful and good natured. Apparently it's a four star hotel but that is a stretch with no water in the rooms for many hours per day. There is no pool at this hotel even though it is written in the description.

A pleasant experience, rooms were really good, clean and hygienic. The sea view from the balcony is mesmerizing, hotel staff was good and very polite. Food was also amazing. Overall a good stay and had a nice experience. I would recommend this place to stay. One thing which is missing is the pool. This property has no pool of its own! But have a nice view of Hotel Vega's Pool though. But who needs a pool if you have the whole beach to have fun! 😎

The hotel is recently remodeled, and it looks great. The beach access is great, and the overall service is good.

Great sea view, great bed, fits well for a four stars hotel and they payed attention to the breakfast!

We’re currently staying at this hotel, which , at first sight, seemed really ok. Considering the COVID -19 pandemic, one should expect the rules to be more strict and the staff more attentive to how the guests are complying with such rules. This morning, for example, some of the guests were not wearing masks inside the restaurant and there was no one from the hotel at the entrance. Despite of the fact that I immediately complained at the reception about this situation, they didn’t send anyone in the restaurant. ( not even mentioning the poor breakfast options) Moreover, because of a power cut, we had to change our room, being moved 4 floors below (packing in a hurry,being called while sitting on the beach). Overall, I would recommend this hotel only for the beautiful view and position. The prices are definitely too high for the quality of the services offered...unfortunately, a 4 star hotel only on paper

Amazing service, employees are kind and rather welcoming of tourists which aren't only Romanian. Restaurant is on point, very good quality and tasteful dishes. Pretty standard Mamaia prices so slightly more $$$ than your generic restaurant, however worth every RON. Would highly recommend.
