Stayed there for 1 night, 16/17 July 2022 Nice looking hotel, nice rooms, a bit pricy, location its good Very nice rooms, everything looked very clean and modern Private parking for car, nice and helpful staff. BUT.... We had our reservation for saturday night, as we were passing by through Constanta, so as we arrived, there was a wedding/event going on. The wedding was held at the ground floor, we received our room on the 4th floor, so we thought it will be fine. But the music was very loud even at the 4th floor, especially the bass/drumming which was coming through the structure of the building, so we weren’t able to sleep until 3:15 am in the morning, when the event finished and finally the music stopped. This is poor management and lack of respect for the tourists you have in your location, as they come there to sleep also, either you forbid noisy events like that during nights, either you impose regulations as how loud the music should be during the night , or after 10:00 pm. Just because of that, I won't came again, and won't recommend to others either. I partially understand that these kind of events can be financially profitable for your business, but this also means lack of respect towards other customers that choose to to stay overnight in your location, and on long term could affect your reputation. Whether its business trip/holiday/family/or a couple - you go to a hotel to rest basically, if I want to have sleepless nights, I can choose to go to disco myself.

Quite dissappointed overall. So the price wasn’t that big, the room seemed clean and the bed comfy, but the view was very bad, the balcony very small and with no chairs, the bathroom focets were not working properly, the fridge was not working, the staff was barely helful, the toilet paper was the absolute cheapest and the shower gel and shampoo the same.. maximum 3 stars hotel!!

Got an apartment with some friends here. Can't say too much about it except the fact that the rooms were clean, AC was there, TVs in the rooms buuut, that's it. No other facilities that worth mentioning. The fridge was empty, not even a bottle of something, we had only a knife, no other cluteries.

The water in the shower would randomly stop working, very annoying. The fan was hanging out of the wall in the bathroom. The TV did not work... There is almost no equipment in the kitchen, not even a coffee machine. No airco in the bedroom. For this money you would expect better I did like the parking underneath that was great.

I would give it 5 if price was less. Breakfast is less than standard. You can't turn off the balcony light at night!

For the price vs quality and the “niceness” of the staff who feels entitled to be rude without any reason So, in more detail, 1 star: - For the smallest dose of shampoo&shower gel - For the cheapest toilet paper - For the one pair of slippers for two persons - For the hair dryer that kept stopping - For the lack of mosquito nets on the window/balcony door - For the lack of fresh vegetables & fruits at breakfast (except some water tasting tomatoes and cucumbers) - so breakfast is much better at 3* hotels in other places - For a super expensive mini bar in these conditions - And last but not least, for the rudest waitress I’ve met lately Pay, but don’t except much…

We rented 2 appartments in the building from the back. The rooms looked alright, we had AC, fridge and washing mashines. Unfortunely, there were a lot of bugs all over the place: in the sink, under the counch. The cleaning ladies came in the morning, but the bugs kept coming (this happened in both of the appartments). Also, each apartment only had 2 really tiny soap bars and very small shampoo bottles.

This hotel is quite nice. The room was very comfortable and spacious. The bathroom was ok. There was a bit of a bad smell from the drains. But I would recommend the hotel as a nice place to stay. There is a lovely restaurant about 2 minutes walk for breakfast, lunch or dinner. I would stay here again if I needed a place to stay.

Good hotel, friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast is not bad. If you want to go somewhere better if you have a car. There is nothing around. Otherwise taxi.

Excellent property.Front desk staff is extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful. Property is clean and has a fantastic old time charm. . They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 11:30am. We got to hotel super early and I didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well. I made a reservation for 2 rooms. Same price but rooms totally diferent... and both with shower problems. In addition to that at night a wedding event started.. and it was imposible to sleep... the hotel managemen have a cheap excuse that "they usually have events".... If you reserve this hotel for speeping be smart and choose another option.

Very nice rooms with all the amenities. The staff very professional. The hotel is very nice, new, a true 4 star, but is at the entrance in Constanta, away from the center or from the sea. Has, also a free private parking. Next time, I will choose the same.

The hotel has two buildings. We were accommodated in the back building, completed in 2020. It was very quiet. We stayed in a bedroom suite, very spacious and clean. We will be back here!

Just for one night but definitely coming back! More than just a Hotel. An entire package with a large safe parking space. Reception staff very attentive and very helpful. The rooms are nicely decorated and very clean 10/10. Large bed. Good quality furnishings. Bathroom lights amazing. Toiletries & towels provided were good quality. Air conditioning very good and controllable. Soft closing doors made for absolutely no noise. Windows secondary glazed and kept all noise out. Breakfast was amazing with a nice view on the main road, you could also have a sit outside on the terrace if you are smoking. The Manager was very diplomatic and very helpful with all info I needed about the town.

Pretty disappointed for a 4 star hotel, on Saturday night we arrived late and guess what for was LOCKED with no access in or out hotel , we were so tired but we had to wait for reception to come back 😂. This was ridiculous , I'm glad it was not something urgent. Housekeeping arrived around 6:00 PM , asking for us to step on the side for her to clean up. Parking almost never available in the evening . Not a bad hotel but really poor management .
