Very nice place! Very welcoming people, always willing to help you with any problem or question you may have. Beautiful rooms with comfy beds and very tasty breakfast! Also nice vista over the city an the sea. Better than other 5 stars hotels I went to in Europe. Definitely recommend!

Great bed and breakfast. It has regal rooms at a great price, a nice rooftop terrace, and friendly owners. There is a connected restaurant on the ground floor that serves excellent dinner and drinks.

The hotel is eceptionally decorayed, you get a palace like room. There is a lot of investment in details. The location is excellent. Host is very welcoming and willing to help. It is an ezperiance.

Everything was at the highest level, starting with the rooms' design and ending with the owner&stuff way of treating us! Here, the terrace view over the sea is wonderful, as seen in the picture below, and you can have the best start of your day by having a rich yet balanced breakfast while admiring the sea and the ships waiting to get into the port. Mrs. Claudia and her help, Mrs. Tănțica really made us feel cared about. We felt like home, and for sure, we will return in order to feel the warmth and the good treatment that we can receive in this wonderful restored hotel.

Wow! What a hidden gem right in the middle of historic constansa! The location is right next to all restaurants and a 5 min walk to the beach 5 min or less to marina. There is also the bistro below the hotel. Upon arrival you can expect a welcome drink of a beer or pruscetto . The rooms are unique and carefully crafted by the owner Claudia with most having a their own balcony. Delicious espresso machine and the air conditioning works great keeping you cool in the hot summer. A boutique hotel. Claudia has designed each room distinct. High roofs with well coordinated colours furniture and drapery. Absolutely beautiful. Excellent staff to help you have a comfortable stay. This is a 140 year old property but feels fresh. Very close to the beach too

True definition of a boutique hotel! Every aspect was incredible - luxurious rooms and a delicious gourmet breakfast on a beautiful rooftop terrace with panoramic views of the city. This is an excellent family run hotel with a small number of rooms which have been individually designed and decorated by the owner Claudia. The attention to detail is superb not only in the hotel but also the bar and restaurant attached (Pirouette Bistro). Claudia and her husband are terrific attentive hosts. The hotels has a roof top terrace with views over the port where with weather permitting breakfast is served. Again beautiful details from the plants to the ceramic tiles that looks like decking. Breakfast was delicious and freshly prepared with a great variety on offer. The restaurant had a wide varied menu and the food was brilliant and the staff lovely.

I am so glad Belle Epoque is now re-opened! I missed those warm people & lovely moments! All clean and desinfected: public areas and rooms!
