Lovely big room in the center very close to the sea. Nice staff. Clean. Comfortable.

There is a club nearby so expect bass sound until 3 am. Even the rooms other side of the building get noise. If you can sleep with a noise cancelling headphone fine, else not worth for money...

Card payment was not available, dark hallways, nothing special.Loud in weekends (there's a club next to the hotel).Only a few parking places. Breakfast is ok. People are ok.

A solid 3 stars for a no frills but very decent hotel. Beware, if you have work to do the internet can be slow and spotty. I have not tried the breakfast although it was included. The location is excellent at the edge of the old city, in close proximity to a grocery shop, a newspaper stand, a farmer’s market and the archaeological park, and minutes away from Piata Ovidiu, the main restaurant strip in the old town.

Great Bed and very good service but, some rooms have a feeling of unsafety because they connect with the roof of buildings near the hotel and you have to close the window at all times...plus i couldn't find a way to close the heat and as a result the room was very hot. Maybe usefull in winter but not in summer.

I organized a conference in this hotel. It took place in the restaurant area. Even though they charged for half of day the amount of full day, they didn’t provide the guests with drinks and snacks! More over, the next day they allowed some strangers to eat during our conference and play board games!! Very very negative experience of communication with the manager, he didn’t support us at all not willing to understand what inconvenience he’s giving to us! I don’t recommend this hotel for any kind of events!

Very nice hotel close to the beach and close to restaurant area as well. But there is no buffet for breakfast, only a la carte, not bad but quite boring. Croissants in plastic bag 😱

Clearly not the best hotel in Constanta or the country, but it did it's job ! Clean room, friendly/helpfull staff, swedish buffet for breakfast included in room price. Stayed here May 2014.

A hotel which has for sure seen its prime time in the past. Located in the middle of town located next to a supermarket (which is good) it is for sure handy when you want to walk around. Concerning the rest I would say overpriced. Airco did not work, no second key card, breakfast nothing special and no vegetarian options. When said no meat they still prepare bacon at first.

Close to everything important as a tourist: beach, restaurants, old city, shops.

Old hotel obviously not maintained,AC broken (very hot) ,shower door also,info in the room minimum 5-10 years old,but otherwise clean.If u can sleep with noice of pigeons and don’t mind view of their poop than fine.Very poor breakfast (2-3 piece of burn toust,one small butter and some egg and piece of cheese or ham not everyday.But friendly staff in reception.For 3 days ok to stay not longer.
