Hotel
Dobrogea
is
a
surprisingly
good
hotel
for
just
two
stars.
Speaking
from
my
experience
you
might
find
these
tips
about
the
hotel
useful:
*
first
of
all
this
hotel
is
really
cheap,
but
don't
let
this
factor
discourage
you
not
to
try
it
as
you
might
be
surprised,
I
it
happened
to
me.
*
you
will
always
find
available
taxis
parked
right
in
front
of
the
hotel
which
is
nice
for
those
who
do
not
have
a
car,
but
my
advice
is
to
be
careful
with
the
drivers
because
some
of
them
are
very
dodgy
and
do
not
start
the
watch
when
they
give
you
a
lift
and
therefore
no
receipt
at
the
end
asking
you
for
way
to
much
money
than
they
should
of.
They
usually
judge
you
for
a
fool
if
they
take
you
as
a
tourist,
especially
a
foreigner.
*
there
is
a
small
non-stop
shop
right
at
the
parking
entrance.
This
is
pretty
nice
since
you
never
know
when
you
might
feel
the
need
for
a
bite.
And
the
people
who
serve
there
are
very
friendly.
*
the
parking
lot
is
not
big
at
all,
maybe
20-25
cars
worth
of
spaces,
which
can
become
very
frustrating
during
full
summer
season.
*
as
you
enter
into
the
lobby
you
might
feel
a
hint
of
cigarette
smell,
even
though
on
the
walls
are
"smoking
is
not
permitted"
sings.
*
the
ladies
at
the
counter
are
ok,
just
one
of
them
three
is
a
very
friendly
person,
the
other
two
don't
give
you
even
a
welcoming
look.
*
my
room
was
very
clean
and
cozy,
smelled
fresh
inside
and
the
toilet
was
tidy
and
clean
as
well.
*
there
is
this
small
TV
mounted
in
front
of
the
bed
for
which
I
couldn't
find
the
remote
to
open
it
and
it
also
got
only
a
2.0
USB
port
and
no
HDMI
or
AV
ports
in
case
you
want
to
connect
something
like
Google
Chrome.
*
the
lights
are
very
dim
which
is
enough
during
the
night
time
but
insufficient
if
the
curtains
are
shut.
*
the
free
WiFi
is
fairly
good
Overall
I
enjoyed
my
stay
at
this
hotel.
I
definitely
recommend
it,
and
I
will
surly
come
back
if
I
ever
plan
to
stay
in
Constanta
again.
