Big hotel which has a 3 stars. I am asking when they get them and why? It is 1 max 2 stars hotel. When the hotel was new it could be great but after years when nobody invest money here is totaly shame! Everywere dirthy. In hotel room, bathroom, reception, at the breakfast. It is not the cheapest place therefore I dont understand why they coudnt clean this place properly. The fridge is old and destroyed. Nobody insist to have everyhing new but minimally clean please and this is not the advantage of this hotel. Emloyers trying to do all the best and therefore are for me the biggest heros that they still stay here. I hope that owner will think about it and invest some money here back which this hotel will deserve.

Poor quality services, awful food, excellent view of Lake Sudghiol, nothing much to say about slightest advantages when choosing to spend some time in this hotel. Best advice, look for a better place or you will really have good reason to regret the money you pay for it. The hotel deserves no star at all, it should be closed down for immediate repairs and redecoration, but it was compulsory to choose at least one star to be able to post this message ! Disregard the pictures with the rooms you are provided. Maybe there is a single room in the hotel that looks like that, the rest have old furniture, old, torn sheets awful smell....

a star just for the Swedish buffet breakfast which was very diversified, from milk / yogurt to vegetable, eggs and meat. otherwise it does not deserve the 3 stars, the room in which we were accommodated (7208) had two walls with pencil "drawings", the faulty shower, the dirty towels and the staff unfriendly.

Modest experience, food quality was questionable and the room could have been more decent in terms of furniture and cleanliness. Location is not optimal because you have to cross the main road to get to the beach. This was the status in 2015, things may have changed in the meantime

The hotel is kind of clean, the hotel s restaurant makes great food. I wouldn t buy anything from the hotel s shop, because a simple 1 liter water Costs 3 euro. While inside the City you can find the Same water for 0.5 euro. Overall: The hotel is good for low budget fsmilies, but i recommand another One if you d like to Enjoy 100% your holiday.

Worst hotel on mother earth. 150€/night in high season: no hot water, no heating, no water at all during morning and evening, unfriendly unmotivated and pissed off staff, very loud, very old furniture, no closeable doors, NO ROOMSERVICE AT ALL DURING OUR 5 DAYS STAY, no cooling, at all: the worst hotel I ever stayed in. No possibility to get your money back since they put these kind of inquiries on ignore or directly send you away to "come back when boss is here".

Bad wifi, good breakfast but get there early or half the options will be gone as we found out second day if you arrive during the last hour. Completely average room, definately showing it's age

The personnel isn't very nice, the rooms were pretty dusty, the food was always the same, the restaurant's personnel very unfriendly and the food wasn't fresh.
