We are coming at this hotel for more than 7 years, even two times per year, but this year they provided such a low service. The cleaning lady from the 5th floor was very unfriendly, was disturbing us every day around 8am. Two days in a row she didn't let all the towels in the room, and when I went to tell her this she was very defensive and even aggressive. Went to the receptionist for reporting the incident and she also laughed in my face, like I needed their towels, facing such a situation after so many years of accommodating there. In 10 days our sheets were never changed. You can have your own conclusion, but we will never return here, in these comunist conditions, where smiles and kind attitude are totally missing. Probably if we would have payed a tip, we would have been treated like kings, but this is a no go, when situations like this happen. Highly dissapointed! 👎👎👎

The first thing that I noticed was the lack of parking spaces. At the reception we were greeted by a friendly clerk and we were immediately taken to our room. It was clean with a wonderful view of the sea. The bathroom has a tub, which for me is an advantage. The room is equipped with a fridge and air conditioning. The balcony was quite small for a "family" room, but in the case of the double rooms it was larger. The sheets and towels were clean and changed regularly.

I'm rating here only the apartments that are in the best position for a wonderful sea view. Even in these apartmens the furniture is old style, the configuration is very good: bedrom separated by the living room, two bathrooms, two TV's, large sofas, huge balcony, decent cleaning, decent services. So, is one of the top solution in terms of "the best vacation money can buy". Well done!

Not good experience, room was not good, bathroom not clean and had large holes below the tub. Towels were rough, kind of unusable. sea view was good and price reasonable so giving 2 star. Has potential to be much better, as location is good, but should be renovated, also beach beds and private beach area should be added.

The hotel location is perfect, the beach is large and no to crouded. The rooms are ok in size, the cleaning can be improved

We had a studio with a huge balcony. The 4 stars that I evaluate it, correspond with our expectations for 3 stars hotel. The hotel is nice and located on the beachfront. The room is clean, furniture ok and you have a full size refrigerator in the room. If the price match your expectation for a 3 stars hotel (and not even close to a 4 star hotel), then go for it.

Decent hotel, rooms, furnishings, bedding, position. The music blasting from the beach tents nearby lasts long into the night, can't sleep until 2-3 AM.

The room and the terrace were big and clean Food was good, especially the sour soups. However the breakfast was poor. Thr staff was nice.

One of the best if you search for a really decent hotel without paying too much.I recommend!

Great sea view but not so cosy. Poor facilities.

Excellent service, sea view room, cleaning daily, towels change at every 2 days, bed sheets every 3 days. Positioned near the beach (you almost can literally jump on it from the balcony). The resort has a pool also. Conclusion : an excellent hotel to spend the holiday.

A nice place with comfortable rooms.. The rooms have now also hairdryer and safe and are VERY clean. On one side the view is to the sea on the other side to the lake.

Hotel is great, been coming here many times, but the internet in the rooms is probably the slowest I’ve ever seen. Download speed of 4mb/s if you find the right spot in the room! It’s 2022, high speed internet is easily accessible and should be upgraded ASAP!!! If the internet was better, I’d give 5 stars
