Rude and unprofessional staff. The room wasn't clean: there were spiders and spider webs all around, the bed sheet was stained, the bathrobe had a huge stain on it as well. The room also had an odd smell and the rug wasn't vacuumed in a very long time, it was very dirty. The bed was uncomfortable: the mattress and the pillows were very lumpy, we barely got any sleep. They only provided one blanket. The neighbors have a small dog who barked at us non-stop when we were staying on the balcony, so we tried to avoid staying on the balcony so we wouldn't disturb the other people staying at the hotel. There was a private party at the restaurant, only the terrace was available. This was not a problem for us since we would've chosen to sit outside anyway, but the music from the party was so loud that we had to scream at each other in order to communicate. The waitress was unprofessional and rude, it took about 2 hours for our order to be served and all the courses were brought at the same time. We were excited about the indoor pool and about the jacuzzi but we were disappointed. The stairs leading to the pool were covered in carpet which was mouldy due to the humidity. The water had an odd smell, it didn't smell like chlorine at all. Even after we showered we couldn't get rid of that smell. After we got home I washed out bathing suits 3 times and I still didn't manage to completely get rid of that foul smell. There are very few parking spots, we left our cars on the side of the road. We had a very unpleasant experience. I'm glad that we only stayed there for one night. I honestly don't recommend this place. I don't usually leave reviews like this, but I wouldn't want anyone else to feel the disappointment we felt.

Be very careful when book the hotel and check the rooms , for odd smells ( mould). I had very unpleasant experience with this hotel, specifically the room smell and not very clean. After 2 nights in this hotel , all my clothes were full of mould. Definitely NOT Recommend.

Short story Rude staff. Nice indoor pool, Jacuzzi doesn't work properly. The restaurant is very good, but the service is slow. NO child-friendly and NO oldery-friendly. Long story I could not stay at the reception, sitting on the couch, because the receptionist wanted to sleep on the reception couch. (it was very BAD.) The jacuzzi has no protection or to help you get in or out. Elderly will have trouble using it, a fall can hurt you a lot. The pool is between 1 and 2 meters (3 to 6 feet) deep, so be careful with children, as there is no protection from the pool access. The restaurant is a pleasant surprise if you have time. The service is slow, but the food is good. Breakfast: they give you coupons for breakfast, but you can use them for lunch or dinner. This is especially valuable for people who don't eat much in the morning. The room has an overprice minibar, so you can empty the minibar, and you can buy whatever you want at the supermarket. The balcony does not have a great view, but it is spacious, perfect for a snack for two. The problem at the balcony is the space between the railings, a 6 year old child can easily walk through and fall, in this case possibly a fatal fall. At the back of the hotel is a gate, the shortcut to the beach. The hotel claims to have 3 stars, but it is really 1 1/2. There is no elevator. At the reception, there is a stairway to the basement, again watch out for children, there is no protection, a simple rope marks the limit. A fall there can really hurt.

Lack of information At the reception when we left they told us that we have to pay for the mini bar that was in our room, but when we checked in they ,,forgot'' to tell us about this. Unfriendly staff :(

The location is good, just on the main road from Constanta to Varna, but all positives finish with this. The rooms are moderate. The cleanliness is poor. There is a dust on the furniture in rooms and bathrooms are not so clean. The water in swimming pool is very cold and pool is almost useless. Sauna also is not working. The quality in restaurant is not matching with the prices.

Unfortunately I was forced to stay in this hotel. A musty smell lingers inside. The greed of the administration is shocking. I was forced to pay for 2 people even though I was staying alone and I was refused a refund because I left earlier. I think that Consumer Protection would have a lot of work to do there. I do not recommend

Almost clean, except the stench in the bathroom. In order to go to the breakfast, you have to cross the yard by wind and storm. The same thing is valid for the newer wing of the hotel. People have to cross the yard through cold and rain in order to go to the pool and back. The pool itself and the jacuzzi are dirty. People can smoke in the restaurant, and that was awful.

0 staff at the restaurant. I waited 1 hour for a pizza and the restaurant isn't even full.
