Had 2 drinks on plunket Street was recommended here for live music on Monday night the very youngest barchap preceeded to serve me but stopped mid service called me outside and said I was too drunk. Lol 😆 🤣 what a joke. My first time visiting here looks like I wasn't welcome as I was a new comer. But the people already inside falling off their stools were more than acceptable. What a joke 🙄 😒

A no frills bar that does live music. Used to be a dockers early house. €5.60 for Guinness. Friendly place and you'll always strike up a conversation with someone.

My 1st time at Charlie's bar so I'm not that Familiar with this bar! It's on Union Quay in the City Of Cork! Very close to Parnell Bus station in Cork city! As if you were heading from South Mall go over the bride and it's just there! The whole place is under some kind of Renovation building going on the building? Plenty seating area outside! Bar staff good was quite when I was there for 1st time! Not sure if the even do music or not?

My favourite place to sit and relax with friends. Staff are welcoming and always try their best to accommodate everyone that they can. Most welcoming outdoor setup around with outdoor heaters, music playing in the background and its very well lit 👍👍 Couldn't recommend it more

Nice small bar for few drinks, quieter than the ones on the main streets. Good music and good environment.

Hidden Gem Dropped in off the street as I was passing through and wanted to try something new. Old fashioned bar, don't think they could make any fancy cocktails. Wouldn't normally be my kinda place. But the big but is that it's really nice. No loud music, there's isn't 6 tvs showing the match. Just a nice beer and the company you bring with you. Much too rare these days.

The lady manager ? is terrible , we were having an enjoyable time for about 3 hours ,and we're told to vacate our table with no alternative seating available on the pretext the our table was booked, will never go back, toilet filthy, shame though cause SOME of the staff are good.

Great night had @ Charlie’s. Staff are amazing, owner even gave me a lift home. Will be back!
