1. The Staff: the staff are always great. They are Always very approachable and helpful and friendly. 2. Cleanliness: This hotel is Always very clean and warm. Not a spot of dirt anywhere. 3. Food: There is a restaurant and a bar with a good selection of food and drink. 4. Prices: i find everything to be very reasonable. The rooms are nice and cheap. 5. Car Parking: there is a big car park. 6. Complaints: i have no complaints.

We didn't get to stay here as planned as the hotel was booked full to help house refugees from the Ukraine (which we think is Amazing ❤) we missed the email prior to our arrival informing us of this, however the clerk (very nice man) informed us that they had set us up in another very nice hotel! At the same price not far from them. We were happy they took such good care of us.

Website is out of date. Grill and restaurant is shut down, despite the website saying OPEN.

I booked this hotel in December 2021 for July 2022. One night, €200. In April 2022 they cancelled my booking without explanation. I now can not secure any other accommodation in Cork. I will more than likely have to try and sell my tickets. I emailed to ask for an explanation and recieved no response. Avoid this hotel, they clearly cancelled my booking as they can get more money and increase an already high rate. Very poor form and not how any respectable business should conduct themselves.

The room was large, but the bathroom felt nasty. There were bad smells in the corridor when we arrived, including a chlorine odour (there is no pool). Food was okay - almost had the pleasure of witnessing a bar fight as we ate...twice! Not recommended, unless price is your major concern.

Didnt stay but had breakfast their the last 2 days. Staff are sooo friendly in the dining area. Parked my car their as had to go to mercy hospital. On returning had breakfast both days. Never met such a friendly bunch. Manager please keep and look after them well. They do the place justice. So chatty, friendly and lovely. Well done ye deserve praise..

Dining area was very open, bright and clean. There was a person playing the piano while we dinned which was really nice there was a good vibe. The food was really good too. The bar is spacious and also has a lovely carvery menu.

While the room we ended up in was relatively clean, our first room had mold on the ceiling of the bathroom and we were told that they could not accommodate us elsewhere because they were booked solid, it took the involvement of a manager to change our rooms to a clean one. The room was nice enough but the hallway to our room was leaking appalling amounts of water constantly while no one was seen attempting to fix it. The restaraunt's staff was very pleasant especially the bar tender/manager on our first night and the gentleman waiter on our last morning, they are the sole reason this is not a 1 star rating. We had dinner in the hotel restaraunt both nights that we stayed. The first night the food was excellent, we actually ordered the same things the next night. However the second time around was not as pleasing. My wife's seasoned beef sandwich tasted like clove seasoned cloves on clove bread and my steak sandwich was cooked more medium well than medium rare and was primarily inedible fat.

Staff are very friendly and helpful the night receptionist last Friday and Saturday particularly attentive and accommodating-bedroom fine had a good nights sleep. Ate at the bar a couple of times pleasant atmosphere good food and helpful staff. All in all a good place to stay

Staff was all wonderful and a very spacious room. The wifi was not good at all. Our shower backed up while we were there and it wasn't fixed during our 4 day stay. It is sad that these things happened, because other than that we liked the hotel, but we probably won't be going back on a return visit. The bar staff was great though!
