It’s a fairly short visit but still nice. The kids enjoyed it and the staff were friendly. A playground is due later in the year apparently.

Good place for a rainy day adventure with my 5 year old. He loved seeing all the boilers. Great playground too. I must give a special mention to the lovely young lady working on the front desk who was so warm and kind, even though they could not give guided tours at the moment because of covid she was very attentive and checked in with us regularly to make sure we were getting the most of the experience. I didn't get her name but I hope she is valued by her employers for the competent and professional employee that she is.

Fascinating place, so much history and great exhibits. The boilers and triple expansion steam engines are amazing to see. Staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. Very safe to visit considering Covid, so clean and hand sanitisers throughout. I would highly recommend a visit.

Was very quiet when we arrived. The staff were very friendly. The manager gave a great history talk about the place Nd started the kids on the tour. They really enjoyed it. They had a questionnaire to fill out so they had to do the whole experience. They wanted to go back the next day for the Easter egg hunt, which we did. It was packed and they had great fun.

Visited with my wife and 4 year old daughter. My daughter got such a kick out of "helping" operate the 3 cylinder massive steam engines. She even shovelled some coal into the furnace. Great attraction.

Attended the open day on 27 Aug 2017. Very good set of exhibitions and STEM-focused activities for children run by very knowledgeable scientists. Really good experience. Will definitely check out the centre in the future for other events trips.

Grate place to visit and find out the history of Cork City's water supply. Theres more to it than you'd think. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful too. The self guided tours are available in multiple languages.

This was a fun place to visit. My wife and I had a good time. We spent about an hour and a half here.

Interesting history on the water and its source right across the street, Lee River. Shows how technology and innovation has progressed! Doesn’t take much time and very inexpensive.

👍👍 Very nice cafe. There are a lot of seats but it often fills up. Staff are always very friendly and the coffees are great. Cakes are a bit sweet for my liking but my friends love them. Also the coffees are reasonably priced compared to others in the area!
