My sister and I stayed here for one night and couldn’t recommend this place enough! The staff were so friendly, our room was beautiful and spotless and the complimentary continental breakfast was a treat delivered to our room. Location excellent to! We will definitely be back!

What a great little guesthouse! The staff are absolutely lovely, the location is great, free parking is a bonus and the included continental breakfast did the job! Wifi was very good, decent speeds and good connection throughout. The only room available when I booked was a single room - that was the biggest single bed I’ve ever slept in! Very happy with it, really comfortable. I would happily stay here again on my next visit to Cork!

Really good experience ...quality service , friendly staff and completely COVID appropriate systems in place. Impressed by the actual fact that they went out of their way to simulate a fresh breakfast to the room at the time planned but also this is perfect for a take away breakfast in the morning if you are in a hurry. Highly recommended also based on their location which is basically walking distance to the heart of the city. Well done and keep it up

Its nice for just a stop over. Bed is small if your comparing it to a modern double bed. Loved the art on the walls . Nice warm welcome.

Clean rooms, great service and very friendly and helpful staff! Good location! Google maps takes you in a different direction so be aware to take the right turn at the end when Google maps says left. Also, Don't lose your car keys!! 😭😑

Absolutely lovely! All the small extras is something that I believe should be standard but these days it doesn't seem to be. Here the staff are lovely, you get a welcome drink, water in the room and a lovely little breakfast in the room with coffee for €3.50. I highly recommend a stay here.

It was a wonderful place, and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They gave great recommendations on places to eat. The rooms are a bit small, and if you are on the top floor it can be a hike with luggage (especially if you have a lot of luggage). Aside from those things, I think it was a very cozy place within walking distance to many shops. I would love to stay here again!

Staff was very friendly! Room was nice but very small. Just FYI there was no lift/elevator and we had to carry our luggage up about 4 flights of stairs. Room was also next to a busy street with cars speeding up the road that woke us up at midnight (not blaming the owner)

The most friendly place I've ever been. Lovely and caring staff. Rooms basic but everything you need. And spotless . Very reasonable prices. Definitely going back. Thanks to the great girls who run the place.

Black mold and damp. The building itself looks great and the lobby is nicely decorated but the rooms themselves are damp, musty and the bathroom is covered in black mold which would be a health concern for many people. We did not complain at the time as the hotel was fully booked and we were only staying one night so did not want the hassle of finding a new hotel on a short notice. I would not recommend this hotel if you have alternative options. Also the breakfast is not free like how Google says, it's €5 per guest.

What an atrocious experience! This happens to be the worst customer service that I have experienced anywhere! I was assured that a room would be held for me until the next evening. I rang before 4 pm only to find that the room was booked, with no explanation. This totally devastated my plans. The boss didn't even bother themselves to speak with me. Avoid this place at all costs, unless you'd like to be let down and misled!

All great! Nice decoration, good personal attention, simple but usefull rooms. Only downside was the heating, to hight.

Great place, room was impeccable, reception was nice and warm. Everything was perfect.
