Stayed here for a period of 6 weeks. There was no WiFi, so I purchased a dongle from reception - this did not work where I was staying. I was given the opportunity to go to a public seating area somewhere , but sure Iโ€™m not going to leave my apartment in the evening to use my phone. Also, upon leaving I was given an electric bill for ~โ‚ฌ500 - this was for 6 weeks living there, having only used the apartment to sleep in Mon - Friday (I worked from an office during the day and went home at the weekend). They withheld my deposit until I paid the electric bill (which wAs actually more than the deposit I had given) - i was actually asked to pay the difference! I asked them to revisit this & asked for a breakdown of the bill which they didnโ€™t give me. I threatened to take them to court, and was told that they had made a mistake and they would return my deposit. I was never given an apology however.

The worse place to stay for short term or rent for long term. Look for something different. These peoplease who own it and rent it out are really horrible !!! About the house: You hear everything in this house, whoever goes down the stairs in the morning, whenever someone shouts or someone would turn on the wash mashine and so on... would not recommend it at all for a relaxed stay. Long term rent: They will try to get the money out of you even if you behave as written in the contract and you hand in the notice for leaving on time. I nearly went to the court if other lawyers wouldn't have fixed the situation.

Lovely accommodation however there was an INSANE level of noise coming from the student accommodation next store. We asked them repeatedly to turn the music down to no avail. It continued til 4am. Do NOT pay to stay here if you need to sleep because you have no hope of getting any

Small but cozy apartments, well equipped with cooking facilities and a good size kitchenette. The location was excellent for public transport and shops and the staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommended, would stay there again if I am ever back in Cork.

It is nice place in Cork but few little upgrades in room are necessary. Simple 2 or 3 hooks for jacket on the back of the room door and rack for wet towel would definitely make stay more comfortable.

The apartment is poorly equipped;the double bed is too small for two people to sleep comfortably; bathroom is so small that you can't move at all while showing;the building is not noise proof-you can hear people walking upstairs.I would not recommend this place.
