Really happy with the results of this laser hair removal, I just finished my third appointment yesterday. I already had atleast a 50% decrease in hair after the first two appointments. Tara is so good, I would seriously recommend asking for her, so friendly and professional. I feel very confident that she got every hair. I have another 3 appointments left, but so far everything is going great, so delighted I decided to get it.

I went for my first tattoo removal session and it went very well. I was a little nervous about getting the procedure done, but once at the clinic I felt very relaxed about the whole thing. The clinics staff were great and are very professional. The laser seems to be very effective as well. I'm only after one treatment but can already see a dramatic change in my tattoo.

I was booked in for a facial on the 8th of December with Debora. I was in the room lying down ready to begin the facial and another therapist barged in demanding for the room to be vacated as she had a caci facial and needed the room. Debora stated the other room was in use and the therapist quite rudely stated that the caci machine was in that room and she wasn’t hanging around until 9pm to do a facial. There was no apology or excusing herself or anything. This exchange went on for a couple of minutes. It was completely unprofessional and should never have occurred with a client in the room. It made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I’ve had the facial before and it normally lasts 40 minutes. On this occasion it was over in 20 minutes as Debora clearly felt under pressure to vacate the room. I sent an Instagram message on Monday in regards to the incident, which six days later still hasn’t even been addressed. I rang the salon on Monday and asked to speak to the owner and was told to call the receptionist on Wednesday with any issues. I have to say it’s been an extremely disappointing experience. It was well below the standard I would expect but it’s plain to see they clearly have ZERO interest in customer service.

Visited here over the summer for 3 face peels over 3 different appointments. The first appointment went great. I was dealing with a different girl for the other two however, and not only were these appointments shorter in time compared to the first one, she also left the room for longer periods and I feel I didn’t receive the same experience as my first appointment. It’s strange as each peel cost the same amount of money, so the treatments should have been somewhat the same. I had positive experiences here over the years so this left me very disappointed considering how much money I paid.

I got a glycolic treatment with Mykaela and I can say that she's a kind and skilled pro. My skin is now glowing! It's not the first time that I got this kind of treatment at Advanced Skin Laser, but before it lasted a little longer and a short neck/shoulder massage was included. So I give 4 stars.

Although uncomfortable, because let's face it any kind of hair removal is going to come with some kind of discomfort, the team do their best to make it as comfortable as possible for you. I'd recommend Advanced Laser Light for their astoundingly friendly staff (who are all lovely), they are very affordable, their equipment is top of the range and the results are noticeable after only a few sessions. I'd give them 10 stars if I could.

I’ve just finished a course of Caci facials with Maria. The difference in my skin and “laughter lines” is unreal. Maria was really excellent, she is both knowledge and informative. I have learned a lot from her. I also had thread veins treated which was pretty easy but with great results. I plan on returning in the new year for some micro-needling in an attempt to boost my skin’s natural qualities and abilities. I would highly recommend Maria at Advance Laser. She gives all the care and advice without the over sell.

Visited Advanced Laser Light today in Princes Street. Top class customer care, Laurna on reception was very welcoming and made me feel at ease straight away, I sat down in the beautifully decorated waiting area, Dr. Sarah came out in less than two minutes to greet me and bring me in for a consultation. Dr. Sarah is a genuinely nice person, who cares deeply for her profession and gave me good tips and advice to follow a procedure plan in 2023, after the appointment, I was then brought back to the lovely Laurna who assisted me with my next appointment and gave good skin advice and a plan for our next appointment. Five Star Customer Service!
