Another great vegan experience in Paris! I'd recommend making a reservation. It wasn't busy when I arrived at 7:30 but it was packed when I left an hour or so later. I had the fried tempeh appetizer and the lasagna. The appetizer was good but not what I was expecting. The tempeh was more of a paste that was formed into triangles and fried. I didn't really see any individual soybeans. Perhaps that's typical in Europe so I can't ding them for that. Besides, it still tasted good.😁 Now on to the star of the show, the lasagna. Most of the reviews said it was good and they were correct. It's the best vegan lasagna I've had in the 8 years I've been vegan. The portion was large, with many layers. 2 people could probably share it if they also had appetizers. This place is definitely deserving of its high rating. I'll be back!

I absolutely love ❤️ this restaurant!! One of the best healthy, gluten-free, vegan restaurants in Paris! They have so many options in their menu and they are all so delicious!!! I’m looking forward to try other options!!

I loved everything. From the view you get from the outside to the cosy and ethnic vibe inside to each and every tasteful plate that comes in front of you. This is certainly one of the best vegan restaurant I've been to in Paris. The couscous was fantastic, full of flavors and with a generous portion. The red wine we ordered (Domaine de Cantausse) was also really good. And the service was friendly (and even funny). I'll certainly come back during my next visit.

Great ambiance! The food is delicious, you can really taste that it is all freshly made. We were sitting in a corner (out of sight) so sometimes we needed to sign if we needed something. But still I would definitely recommend this place to friends.

The food here appears at first glance like it might fall into the 'old school' of veganism — i.e. bland, over-fibrous, and over wholesome. However, this could not be further from the truth. Yes, these meals are wholesome but they're also rich and flavourful and creative. My partner couldn't speak highly enough about the curry, and I absolutely loved the mixed mezze main, which was a combination plate of several of their starters. Would love to return some day!

Vegan and vegetarian offerings can sometimes resemble a well-meaning, yet lackluster rendition of a Beatles song – not here, though. Ingredients? Fresh and full of verve. The espresso presented itself with the gravitas one hopes for but rarely receives. And the carrot cake – well, my husband and I struggled to keep it civilised sharing it...:-) Service was also very friendly. We will certainly be back.

Friendly staff, very nutritious side salad( even though they mention ‘green salad’) on their menu Had the lasagna, the inside was very nice, a bit too much olive oil for my taste

A wonderful vegan restaurant that I unfortunately only visited on the last evening of my short visit to Paris. When I come back to Paris, this will be the first place I prefer to eat.

We dropped by without a reservation shortly after the restaurant opened at 7 pm, and we were able to get a table. Our server was very nice and friendly. We really enjoyed the food and the complimentary bread. It was the perfect dinner on our last night in Paris! We got the lasagna and, as a starter, the tempeh nuggets. All was great!

Industrial style is at home in Soya restaurant. Few tables are also outside. Relaxing background music. Menu has good variety of starters, main dishes and desserts...of course everything is vegan. Ask about the dish of the day :) Waiters are very welcoming and speak fluent English. We had a big salad plate (salad, lentils, pumpkin pieces, etc..) and couscous. Everything was good and tasty. A tomato slice in the salad was not the freshest one. What I liked more is the dessert: moelleux au chocolat noir...delicious chocolate and surprising tofu creme on the top.

Great place, if you are looking for a fancy (but affordable) vegan restaurant this is the place to go. The staff is friendly, the atmosphere cosy, and the food is simply delicious. Went multiple times, never disappointed. Portions are not big though, keep in mind when ordering. Booking is recommended.

We went for dinner. The food is generous and tasty. I really loved it. The deserts are ok, but could be improve. The place looks really good, and the extra terrace is comfortable. 4 stars cause the service could be more attentive and more present. Otherwise a really good experience. If you love generous and fresh food, this is your place. Don't forget to book a table.

One of the best restaurants in Paris! Vegan is a plus. Lasagne and the planter are absolutely winners. Friendly staff and great vibes. Try it if you are vegan or not

Second time at this restaurant, this time I took the house dish and it was excellent, highly recommended, and of course lactose free. But no airconditioner....

This is a modest looking restaurant with minimalist industrial design but the food is delicious! I had the curry and the flavour was outstanding. It's not cheap but you get quality food. Waiters gave good service and also spoke English if you need that.

Amazing dinner, fantastic ambience, and service - best GF bread I've ever eaten and catering for Coeliac wasn't a problem for 3 courses - especially dessert 😋

After having trouble finding good vegan options our first night in Paris we made a reservation here and were glad we did. My wife's favorite meal in Paris and I really enjoyed mine as well. Flavorful..the gluten free bread was really tasty as well. Would definitely go back if back in Paris.

The staff is super nice and friendly but I’m super disappointed in the food. I got dry undercooked quinoa and and a stew that didn’t taste anything. My boyfriend got a better dish but Overall it was super over priced, we went to another restaurant which serves mostly meat dishes and got an amazing culinary experience for around the same price. Not worth it for the food, but amazing staff.

Blindly order the Mezze Platter and the Lasagna. Delicious vegan food made by chefs and staff who love to serve you. Highly recommend!

The first time was a five star visit, the second was 3… we agree on 4? Our first visit was wonderful, we took the vegetable balls (yummy) a lasagna (omggggg) and a salad and shared everything. Couldn’t enjoy it more! Although it was a short visit for us we decided to come back for a second time while in Paris. The lasagna was different, and not amazing as the first night, the nuggets were mediocre and we really didn’t like the desserts (both cookies and the macaroons, which seems like others adore). Maybe we had high expectations after the first time and were therefore disappointed. The service was great both times.

We tried Soya for a diner. The food was very good. Products were well presented and fresh. The restaurant is also very well arranged, perfect to enjoy a nice meal.

Visited recently and wow what great food. I’m lactose intolerant so vegan options always help with choice. Small establishment but well worth a visit. Try the curry, delicious.

Great vegan food, good choices, even meat eaters won't know the difference! Yummy lasagne and veg curry, also really enjoyed the veg dip and hummus, highly recommend

Had a really nice time, staff was friendly and professional, service was good overall. Main dishes and appetizers were excellent, seasonings on point, with every flavor corresponding and matching with each others. The deserts fpr me were not the best items on the menu, as they all look alike presentation wise, they were not the highlight of the meal but i would love to come back and give them another chance

Had a lovely Vegan meal here on a trip to Paris, very friendly waitstaff with good recommendations. The food was incredibly inventive and tasty. Atmosphere was very lively and clearly a well loved night out dinner date spot.

😐 Granted, setting and mood are nice. Staff is, for the most part, friendly’ish. Food was average, in other words, rather disappointing. I tried all dishes but I had the pizza, it was lukewarm, chewy and could barely hold together towards the center as it was so moist. I wouldn’t go again but that’s...

👍 Well managed restaurant with beautiful decor. I love their kitchenware like dishes, pans and bottles. Truffle pasta is tasty but I didn‘t enjoy the beef dish much as it was too dry and tough compared to other restaurants in Paris. Anyway overall is good - having nice food in lovely atmosphere!
