I've had two bad experiences in a row here. The first time, I asked for concrete that was promoted on the wall... but I said I didn't want one of the toppings in it. I was then charged $9 for an ice cream... I even said chocolate ice cream but was given vanilla. When I asked about the ice cream, they said this is what you ordered and looked at me bewildered. Second visit, ordered three small concretes with no substitutions. I watched four other customers get their order after mine was placed. They finally realized we were standing around waiting for our order. Two of the three were correct, but mine was missing a topping in it.

Came on a Saturday evening, 4 young people working and a great atmosphere! I wish they would have more seatings! Besides the seating issue, the pumpkin pie ice cream was a hit! ❤️

please make sure if someone asks for extra topping in a concrete, you guys give them extra and measure accordingly.. I order an extra strawberry / cheesecake concrete every time I come here and it’s always a hit or miss. Today I ordered one and with extra and there is BARELY any strawberries. I paid 11 dollars for this. It’s almost like I was robbed from paying the extra toppings. Please do better.

My family and i always love coming to this place. Old ice cream parlor vibes with delicious custard. You can keep it as simple as i usually do (vanilla on a plain cone) or dress it up however you like. Either way, it’ll be delicious.

This Andy's has been great since the start but we order some items yesterday and one of them was as good. Ordered a Key Lime Pie Concrete. The first 3-4 bites were delicious then nothing but ice cream, not more key line pie pieces, so disappointed 😔

I've been here many times I've never had a problem but have noticed some people give bad reviews because they want the manager to read it and offer something free. How do mess up ice cream in a cup. If so it's something that could be remedied in 30 seconds or less.

This was my first time here and all I can say is wow! I got the birthday milkshake and it was so so good! Can't wait to come back in this area to get another milkshake! They are also priced very reasonable.
