Used to be decent.. Yesterday I order the 12 piece meal. Got home had a about 10 undercooked breast and 2 wings that looked raw inside. Biscuits were hard as a brick. I didn’t bother calling or going back in the rain and traffic. $40 order . Had to microwave the chicken just to be sure it was cooked thoroughly. I was very disappointed with my favorite chicken spot, Popeyes !!!

Expect to pay a little extra for your food compared to other Popeyes… and just Look at this tenders.. also, there were several (good sized) feathers still on the fried chicken.. wont be coming back anytime soon..

Popeye had won the spicy chicken sandwich battle, but the fame has gotten to their head. Doesnt taste the same when it first debut. The joint is nice.

Was just a little above piss poor. First off the employee that took our order acted like she was doing us a favor by taking our order. She was rude as you could get. Food was mediocre at its best. And any Fried Chicken place that has biscuits and does not serve butter is the most absurd thing I've ever heard. D- at best.

Fried chicken is not what it used to be. We ordered a bucket of 16 pcs. Only 1 drumstick included?! 1 drumstick for 3 kids?! Made up with more chicken wings. Tenders should be called doughballs! Tenders were thin, old and rubbery. Biscuits still palatable, but pretty much it. 2 stars are generous for food. Disappointed when my family stated, "get KFC next time!" I've always been a fan of Popeyes, but today, definitely missed the mark.

Semi warm food & had to request everything to be able to eat the family meal. The employees were in flip flops & sandals. Definitely would not have ordered food if we'd have seen it before that.

We don’t hit up Popeyes much, but we sure do like it when we do. Food here is consistently fresh and the new Spicy Truf Sandwich is tasty. The server at the window tonight was very nice. Just one sml thing, kind of grossed me out though… Please clean the drive-through window!

Just ordered 5 piece spicy tender during my lunch break and come back to eat and they’re cold. Some were so cold the breading wouldn’t even flake off since I wasn’t cooked all the way. Didn’t have blackened ranch either. So disappointed I had to microwave fast food.

I told them I wanted spicy chicken strips but that I also wanted 2-honey packets per strip. They 4got 2 tell me they were out of honey all day. I then asked can I have 2 ranch sauces, they were also out of ranch all day. I had a 40min wait 4 chicken & only 3 people in front of me. The cashier told me "its like this every Monday" I will NEVER again go on a Monday!!!!!

DO NOT GO HERE. I went here for dinner to get a classic chicken sandwich, I ordered mobile pickup. I got my food (I ordered my sandwich without pickles and mayo) I also ordered 2 biscuits a la carte. When I came home to eat my food my sandwich had all the stuff I had requested to be taken off(this is not that big of a deal but an inconvenience) I also did not receive the second biscuit(another minor inconvenience) BUT, the chicken looked a little pink when I bit into it, so, I cut it in half and yes. It was fully RAW. I was served RAW CHICKEN. Luckily, I contacted support in the app and was given a refund, but this is a major health concern. DO NOT EAT HERE.

We love Popeyes Chicken it's the best. This location however isn't that great. They constantly miss items in the order. They also are very rude when you ask questions. They also fine make more of certain sides as early as 6 pm when they close at 10:00 pm. But, the food is great.

Food was very good as was the side of cole slaw, although the small container of slaw was way too expensive at $2.70 for a very small serving!

Whoever working the drive today young white lady she really needs a attitude adjustment. Snatched my debit out my hand i thank you when she handed me my lemonade and I also said thank you when she gave me my food. Didn’t say your welcome not one time. You know if you don’t like your job just stay at home so you don’t have to deal with customers. Other than that food was good 👍

FINALLY.... Food from Popeyes that is cooked the way Popeyes did in the 90's.... Fresh, Fried to perfection like the picture u see on the menu, hot & delicious... I kno Im not the only one who has noticed that most Popeyes restaurants serve overcooked, undercooked, old, chicken... Most of the time the food isnt even edible because of the quality. But not so at this location. Had the Shrimp Tackle box... It was under $7 & it was good. Thanks to the staff at this location for taking pride in the way the cook & serve food. Awesome service today.

My wait time in the drive thru was long. I got mash potatoes instead of red beans and rice. They gave me chicken strips instead of chicken. I also ordered the ghost pepper wings they gave me all drums and they were not fully cooked. $20.25 gone down the drain.

Ordered online before getting there, go to the drive thru area and the voice box was not working nor no one was at the window. It was in the evening, 5 hours prior to closing. Went inside and saw 4 workers and no one wanted to help. Waited over an hour to get the food. That I had order prior to that. This location sucks, employees are rude.

Great service! Great food! My fam and I have experienced nothing but very short waits either driving thru or going in. There is always a terrific deal to be had on their chicken. Also, try the delicious spicy fish sandwich. It's terrific! Also, there's refreshing iced tea and strawberry lemonade!

we ordered a large side of mac&cheese and they accidentally rang in and gave us coleslaw instead. no big deal it was fixed and both trips were very quick. but when we opened our mac that we had to make TWO trips there for there was a long black hair baked into the top. i tried to call before leaving this review but each attempt immediately got voicemail and hung up on. will absolutely not ever eat at this location again.

I was there on Sunday had the worst experience. Management not good either, horrible experience saw the young guy manager wearing gloves touching everything and I though he was going to change his gloves to serve the food and he never did. That was the worst and gross part. I couldn’t eat my food like that I ended throwing everything away. There’s no point of complaining they would do it again especially the new management.

People was okay not friendly or mean. Food is really greasy and honestly dry. The Mac and cheese tasted like powdered cheese and was really bad. Overall new management is really bad which made the experience really bad. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!
