It was my first time having breakfast at this place and it will be my last. Food was very bland. I ordered their skirt steak skillet, which was a small portion compared to other breakfast restaurants I've been to. The meat lacked a lot of flavor. I asked for the side of pancakes and those were disappointing. I think the only good thing was the decaf coffee I had. Their menu prices are expensive too. A small portion for a big price.

Only reason we stopped by was cause we had to drop the car off at the dealership and kill some time. It’s a regular diner so there should not be hard to mess up breakfast but leave it to this place. Had the potato pancakes, dry and old. The cherry crepes, cherries probably came in one of those giant jars. No flavor. I would of rather had the Hooters across the street for breakfast.

I went with my husband and daughter. My daughter is 8. They offered "chocolate milk". It is nit milk, it is Yoohoo or something similar. I had a Reuben with fries. The sandwich had very little flavor, and the corned beef was so fatty that I couldn't eat all off it. It was a little like I imagine chewing a tire would be. The sauerkraut on it was its only redeeming quality. Fries were decent, tasted like fries. My husband had an omelet which he said was mediocre, not worth the 15 bucks that it costed. My daughter had pancakes. Those were good. She asked for strawberry compote, which was red, strawberry flavored gel. No strawberries mixed in with it. It was a little strange. All in all, the bill was 53 bucks, and the food was mediocre at best. The service was excellent though. They were super busy, had every table in the place filled, as well as the parking lot, and handled it like champs. Server was polite, attentive and patient. Just didn't like the food.

Just ok. Steak lacked flavor, and the pancakes and waffles were way too dense.

Ordered on line and paid for. When I came in to pick it up. I was told they didn't have it. Fortunately after a little while I found the receipt for the order in my email on my phone. I live about five minutes away and the food was cold when I got home. Plus extra gravy on the side was missing. The experience sucked. Restaurants don't last to long around here if the service sucks and the food is bad. For restaurants it is a real competitive area.

Absolutely loved everything about this place. They deserve more than 5 stars!!! I had a Pumpkin Spiced Latte and the Sweet potato waffle fry skillet! Very rarely do I see a plate come out that looks better than the picture on the menu but this DID!!! Great presentation and extremely delicious and bold mix of flavors and every element was perfectly cooked!!! Great job! If you have never been here you are missing out on a wonderful gem in your area!!!

For $15 an omelet and some tater tots it's not the greatest, I'm better off going to Golden Corral for $15 and all I can eat.

Very bad place, cook sucks, don't go there , unless you like bad food. I would not even go e the 1 star rating, they should have negative stars to choose from, ask for potato's, they bring them burnt, then I tell them, they bring me raw potatoes . Food came cold.

My friend and I came here for a late breakfast today (Saturday). Thankfully it wasn't too busy and they were able to seat us right away. The server was friendly and fairly prompt. I ordered banana bread french toast and a side of extra crispy hash browns. The food came out in less than 10 minutes, which was nice. But my hash browns were definitely not crispy so I asked the server to take them back and make them more crispy. He obliged and took them away. By the time I was done eating the banana bread french toast, my hash browns came out. They were extra crispy this time, just the way I like it. After eating a few bites, I went to pick up another bite and saw a long black, curly hair cooked into the hash browns! Literally weaved nicely into the crispy hash browns. I showed the server and asked him to take them back and off the bill. A few minutes later he came back and said he took them off the bill. A manager never came to speak with us. So when we were up front paying, I asked to speak with a manager. The host asked why and I told her. I asked if there was anything they could do to rectify this situation and they looked at me dumbfounded. The host made my friend pay before the manager came up to speak with me. When the manager came up she offered a credit to return, but there is no way I'll be going back. I wonder... Did they purposely do that because I sent it back, or was it an accident? 🤷🏻‍♀️

With soup, you get bun basket, and that's full of warm crusty, delectables, ready for butter or soup. Then, I devoured the only item on the menu that I crave, the Mediterranean Snapper. (My picture, unfortunately, is of my empty plate. Sorry.) It comes with vegetables, and their delicious pilaf rice. Ask for their tartar sauce if you don't get any, it's made fresh, and it's tasty. I love this meal here, it's done perfectly, tastes wonderful, and done just right every single time. It also comes with dessert. Their soups are all homemade, the chicken dumpling is a triumph, and a cup of soup is almost a bowl. (My picture is of the bowl.) Beware if you order a bowl of soup, please be truly hungry, or just ordering soup. I also appreciate their salads. I believe the garlic and 1000 are both homemade dressings, and taste wonderful. Great waitresses, nice atmosphere, good music. They also have machine gambling, if you are into it.

Great breakfast options. We ordered a tuna sandwich which comes with a side, we ordered soup, waffles with fruits, and chocolate chip pancake; they gave us 5 large pancakes, WOW! We went on Sunday and the place was crowded but there was no wait time. There is ample parking. The service is fast. Would go again. Highly recommended.

Consider the family atmosphere. I've been once, and would like to visit again. The menu is long enough to keep me entertained for a few belt sizes. The flavors are distinct, suggesting their ingredients are fresh or as natural as possible for inland logistics. The components taste as if they were cooked independently, then plated just before serving. That difference allows the flavors to blend in the mouth, instead of on the grill. I miss this atmosphere. The shuffling of plates, the sounds of service... Perhaps I'm out of time, out of touch, but this bright spot warmed my spirit. The chi latte was delightful. Steamed fresh.

While I did love JC George's, Honey-Jam is really great! An interesting menu with great flavors, great portions. We loved it! I do hope at some point they update the interior a bit because it just doesn't fit with their vibe.

Very nice place I did not know it was a franchise but it was still very good. I like to go to more mom and pop or ordinal places for breakfast but that's just my preference. The server was very sweet and the food was good. I did have a Frappuccino which was delicious

Today was my first visit to a Honey Jam Cafe. It is new to my neighborhood. I am pleasantly surprised at the excellent service and food quality. Everything I ordered came out correctly and most important to me-hot. Even my toast was nice and hot. My order came out very quickly, im sure the sofisticated ordering software they use to take the order in real time contributes to that. The service was swift, professional, and friendly. The food was delicious and fresh, highly recommend. I was in and out if there with a positive experience in about 35 min.

the food was amazing! everything was great except, our server Liz kept give me dirty looks and over all just kind of being rude to me. i have no idea why, i don’t even know her. but it made me very uncomfortable and kind of killed my mood. i’m not sure if she’s like this with everyone but i just wanted to make it known how she was openly rude to me for no reason.

Incompetent workers. I tried on two different occasions ordering a simple breakfast sandwich. The first order was incorrect so I called when I got to my destination to tell them that my order was incorrect. They said no problem we will give me a credit. I was ok with that. Now come to when I tried to get my incorrect order replaced. I ordered the same sandwich the exact same way and they made it incorrect again! They young lady said we have bacon on there is that ok? I said I never mentioned bacon once while placing any of my orders because I don't eat pork. One of the employees felt the need to ask me was I a Muslim? I have no idea the relevance of the question but I answered anyway with a no. The lady says no problem we can take the bacon off. I said that's the problem, it can't be just taken off it has to be remade. At thus point I'm not feeling comfortable with this so I asked for my money back. They tell me the manager was out so they called her and she told them to only give me a partial refund..I WILL NEVER GO TO HONEY JAM IN COUNTRYSIDE EVER!

Went on Sunday last week. Got there around 11:30 am. Restaurant was pretty crowded. Waiter was prompt in taking our drink order. We decided to place our food order at the same time. We ordered Corned Beef Hash extra crispy with poached eggs and toast. I expected it would take a while since the restaurant was fairly full. After 15 minutes our food arrived and our waiter asked how everything was. The Corned Beef Hash was definitely not extra crispy. It wasn't even lightly crispy. We both were hungry so without tasting anything I told the waiter everything was OK. I started eating my eggs and toast and my wife asked me if my Corned Beef Hash was hot. I tasted it and it was barely warm. We flagged down the waiter and told him that the Hash was barely warm. He apologized and said he would remake a side order for both of us. When it came out we thanked him. But when we tried the Hash it was extremely oily and smelled of hot oil like they use to coat the Griddle when cooking. We found the smell and the taste inedible. When we went to pay for the bill I asked to speak to the Manager. The girl at the register said she would get him, but another girl behind the register asked what the issue was and we explained our experience to her as she continued to ring up the bill and said that she was very sorry. I should have asked to speak to the manager before accepting the change for our payment of our bill. I found her apology unacceptable for our terrible breakfast experience. And this goes without saying, We will never dine at that location again.

Everything about this place was amazing. Our server, Jonathan, was wonderful and very attentive- 5 star service! The food was delicious, warm and very generous portions. The atmosphere is great. Can't wait to come back!

Huge , varied menu. Truly something for everyone. Keep in mind this is not fast food. There will be a wait on weekends. There are no value meals though they do have a rewards program. Bonus? Fancy coffee drinks and mimosas along with smoothies. Yummy and definitely a place you will want to return to.

We had a large party of almost 40, and we were treated as if we were just 1 or 2. Food was great and served very efficiently for so many people. Wait staff very friendly and attentive. Going back for my birthday!

Josh was absolutely amazing! So friendly and attentive. Definitely ask for him if you go and you’ll have a great experience. The food was very good, we had the strawberry crepes, breakfast tacos, and the New Mexico skillet. It was all very tasty and we are excited to go back.

Chris was a great server. Checked on us not too often but just enough. The size of the Wrap was a bit small for the price but the onion rings were delicious! I'll be back!

First off - the service was GREAT. Our waitress was wonderful and asked all the questions I didn't think about, like, "would you like the hashbrowns well done?" And, "Can I get you some flavored creamer?" Which was awesome. Their menu is large with some very unique offerings. However, the portions are relatively small and the coffee was not good. In fact, the reason we haven't gone back is that the coffee was bad and the portions were small for the price. The redeeming quality of this place was the large menu and the outstanding service.

I went here within the past week and it was great. I got some of their pancakes with scrambled eggs, and they certainly give you your money's worth. The eggs were pretty good and the pancakes were bigger than I thought they'd be. A friend got just the Cinnamon-roll pancakes (I think that's what they're called), and there were 3 or 4 pretty thick pancakes. Both my friend and I thought that they were delicious, and would likely come back! As if the food wasn't good on it's own, the staff were friendly and the atmosphere was nice too. I'd recommend you give this place a try sometime!

Went here for breakfast to meet some friends. We try and get together every couple years we all worked together at Sears Tower back in the 70's and 80's. Forgot to mention the food was very good and the service was good.

The atmosphere and service is definitely great. Although the food was not all the way up to my standards it is simply a matter of pallette and nothing simple salt and pepper couldn't have solved. They were very accommodating, food was nice and fresh, staff was friendly and I will definitely recommend and visit again

The food used to be decent then I got a pork tenderloin meal and I had so much gravy on it I thought I was getting a plate of soup this time I got it pork tenderloin dinner and the meat was pink the owner said it was the lighting that caused it pork is not supposed to be pink it should be white. Also had the owner overcharge me until I brought it to his attention that he gave me the correct change another time I gave him my credit card he put the wrong numbers in then had to cancel it and then put the correct numbers in he's so busy talking on the phone I know he has a business I know he has to run his business purchases through the phone but if you're working the phone have one of your waitresses work the register when it's not really busy and when I'm in there it's not really busy. I Will Not be going back there again even though it's convenient and the prices are okay for the food but the owner needs to pay more attention to what his business is doing

Great food, decent prices, and very friendly staff. I had the homemade meatloaf, and it was delicious. Homemade mashed potatoes, mushroom gravy and the warm breadsticks were really good. Wife had the shrimp dinner and said it was good as well. Good family atmosphere, and again very friendly staff.

Very clean diner, great American breakfast from traditional pancakes to chicken fried steak with gravy. The waitress was super helpful and running the whole side of the restaurant like a pro without us having to even ask for refills on our coffee. We will definitely be back

I've not been here since before the pandemic and I am happy to say that the food is still very good. The restaurant is kid-friendly and the breakfast is really solid. If you're looking for good diner food, this is a must place to visit.
