The hotel is not a big size hotel but a medium-size one. Yet I stay in this hotel for a reason that it is the closest hotel to the beach. And to be honest, the location is very close to the beach, which has set this hotel apart from everyone else. You have gone so far to see the sea and if you cannot feel the roar of that sea by sitting in your room, then the enjoyment of the sea is reduced by half. Honestly, the real feel of the sea is on the beach, but the peace of sitting in a room and listening to the roar of the sea waves all night is different. Clean and tidy hotel, only the elevator's size is not ok. The staff behaves very well, and the service is excellent. The complimentary buffet breakfast atmosphere and service were good, but the menu should have been a little better. I like the fact that the kids are playing. I saw a billiard playing space on the second floor, I didn't want to because I didn't have time. However, I have never seen the board open, maybe other guests like me do not play because it is not open. But in a word, their hospitality was very good.

Food was excellent. Very helpful staff. I ordered some beef curry at 2 AM, and guess what they did a fantastic job. The location is just perfect, you can just sit in your room, turn the AC on and just watch the waves crashing down. When I visit again, this will be it .

A Topnotch place to me, I stayed in room 502, with a sea view.. You have to experience this at least once in a lifetime. (Sleeping at night with a sea view & Waking up in the morning viewing & hearing the sea). The lift is the only thing that needs to be upgrade here. NOTE : The video & review is not sponsored. Rooms are a bit smaller than my expectation. I don't like the washroom, as the commode is fixed with abnormal angle so that it is hard to sit. The locker is a bit smelly, I think the previous guest put wet clothes inside. Services are average, some staff are very friendly, some aren't. Location is good, near to the Dolphin roundabout and opposite of the beach, within 2 minutes by walking you can touch the sand already. Breakfast comes with traditional food, I didn't try much other than bread and egg. That's acceptable.

A nice hotel with a stunning view of the sea. The location of this hotel is great. Good transport system available right outside the hotel. Also the beach is like right on the other side of the road, which is really great. We have taken the Sea Front Deluxe Supreme room. The room and bathroom came with everything necessary and was clean and tidy and spacious. The window was very nicely sealed, the noise reduction while it's closed is pretty good. Housekeeping was great. The breakfast from the restaurant was also pretty good. Happy with the food and 24 hrs snack service. Wanted to play the pool/billiards, but I was told it was unavailable after 9pm?! Which was a bummer... Like, Come on man, it's Cox's Bazar. People roam around till late midnight. I am not even sure I was given the right information or not. But should definitely extend the game room availability time at night. The view from the balcony was really one of the best at this budget. Almost the full sea is visible. Although the place is crowded till late night, the balcony is a very nice place to enjoy the fresh air. Overall, a really nice experience, will most likely visit again. Would highly recommend.

Great service and really good food from Albatross Restaurant. Their discount packages are highly recommended for couples. The sea view rooms are definitely worth checking out. It's also very close to a number of souvenir stores, transport services and restaurants. The location is very convenient for tourists. Would recommend and would visit again.

We chose this hotel only for its great location. We stayed at the Super Deluxe Room. However, it was not super at all. The washroom was very small and congested. We also found bed bugs in the bed. Furniture’s are old and needs repairment. The only good thing is their complementary breakfast. Limited items but It was good and tasty. Staffs behaviour is ok...

Stayed in their Sea Front Deluxe Supreme Room on the 6th floor for 2D1N trip. They had a 40% discount being offered which made it all the more lucrative. I am giving 5/5 stars for location - the hotel is right on top of Kolatoli beach and only a walking distance from Dolphin More and Hotel Sayeman. You can easily walk/take a tuktuk to nearby locations for cheap. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the view of the sea made it all the more worthwhile. The room came with a complimentary breakfast buffet which is served between 7am-10:00am. The restaurant was very crowded during breakfast timings as the space is a little cramped. Sea Crown is one of the older hotels in Cox's Bazar, but their rooms and service was very good.

It's a 3star hotel and restaurant. The hotel services are great. But there food of restaurant was awesome. Each and every item was so yummy. It's a beach side hotel. You can see and hear the sound of weaves from your hotels balcony.

Do not recommend at all. Rooms are dirty and smelly. Lift is used by the employees to served foods and as a result it always smells very rotten as they do not clean them as required. Their restaurant also smells really bad. The reception desk, sofa and lounge is tiny as well as very dirty. Not professional at all, very bad service. Do not recommend at all.

Good service. Especially their rooms are neat and clean. From my balcony I can see the Kolatoli beach. Their breakfast time is best , every dishes are good. we stay their 2 day , 2 night . They give us 2 breakfast fee . Overall -8/10 .

Top notch location. Good enough breakfast, although a bit monotonous. Service was also satisfactory, more attentive than most of the higher priced places. Rooms are good in quality. AC runs even on generator backup. Good internet. Try to aim to take rooms on the higher floors.

I booked a room with a side view of the sea. The room was spacious and had a balcony. The overall ambience was good and the hotel is 30 seconds walking distance from the beach.

We stayed in a sea view room on the first floor. The room was nicely decorated and all but the first floor sea view room is just beside the main road. It was very noisy. Even late at night we had to tolerate noises from autorickshaws and rando. dj parties from kolatoli beach which was very annoying. If you want to stay in a sea view room in this hotel avoid staying on the first floor. Their stuff was very helpful. Their complementary breakfast was okay ish. We ordered one plate of french fries from their room service. The fries were top notch. For 180 TK the quantity was more than enough for 3/4 people.

Stayed twice! One Great Experience (with sea view room) another, Regular Room (worse experience) ✅ Sea View Room Great View! Nice and Cozy at the heart of Kolatoli. Decent sized Room! 🚫 Regular Room Very very smelly and no ventilation system as there were no window! Highly avoidable. No good amenities as well Location is great, however breakfast is not good food quality could be better.

One of the closest hotel to the sea... Rooms are decent but could be better.... Refrigerator is not safe it gave me electric shock and out of fear i Didn't touch it later. Don't miss their milk tea. Stayed at their super deluxe room (the best they offer). The washroom is nowhere near how it should be. Service is good overall. Complimentary breakfast should be of better quality. Overall, it's very good value for money.

A mid ranged hotel. Very good location. Some Rooms have great and wider view of sea. However painting of some room has been faded. Exhaust of washroom wasn't working well. Price also should be lower.

Average but affordable hotel. The attendants are not tips mongers. Liked that. But since this hotel is affordable the accessories they provide like the soap or toothpaste are not up to the mark. So bring those with you.

A great 3 star hotel at Kolatoli beach. Sea view from this hotel is amazing. Love their behavior, food quality, hospitality etc. but this hotel is an old one. So the rooms are old decorated and floors are not made by tiles.

Adjacent to the beach, Sea Crown offers you satisfactory service within reasonable price. Their restaurant is open 24/7 which is another convenience. It was important for me as I could order tea whenever needed. Bhat items of their restaurant is very good to eat. Their specialty is Loitta Fry. Ask for a sea facing room and your stay will be even more delightful. Don't expect anything fancy from them but the basic needs will be fulfilled. The hotel is clean and cozy.

Its always a enjoyable stay with sea crown. Some Suggestion: 1. If possible a hair dryer may put in the washroom. 2. Need to check the possibility of establish a pocket gate in front side because i found in the night time security teams are frequently open the whole gate for entire which is really problematic i hope so.

Well, there are 4 types of rooms available at Sea crown. However, the bath rooms of honeymoon suit (side view) are very small. You can't even sit properly on the high commode. Not enough leg space. The foods are way expensive and not recommended. The view from the hotel and it's location is at one of the best places at Kolatoli beach.

The hotel was earlier an excellent one. But now many new hotels are stabilised near to it. I think the hotel authority may take into consideration to rebuild it with new look. It's location is the best one. Till today we feel comfortable to use dining facilities, though now a day stay other new hotels.

Visited back in June'22. Booked via email before arriving. Took their honeymoon package @13200BDT. Service was good, was a issue with toilet flash,resolved asap I mentioned. Room was quite clean, and staff response was quite faster!

This is a mid-range hotel and the nearest hotel from sea beach.. their stuffs are well mannered.. guests will get complimentary breakfast on staying.. they also have good security and privacy settings.

Sea front rooms have pretty decent view. Service is okay. The rooms are comfortable but not to spacious. But good thing is everything is at a walking distance.

I was only into the restaurant this time. BBQ dinner was good. I stayed in this hotel multiple times before. Not a top notch hotel but the location and view is unparalleled, recommended in Cox'sbazar.

Lovely view, very close to the beach. Good value for the money I’d say, the breakfast options are quite vast too! For the most part, this hotel checks every boxes. However, some improvements and further investments like a swimming pool, a new look in and out would make it more appealing to the guests. The hotel hasn’t changed very much, in order to fight with its rivals, I think it should adapt a new look, maybe a new colour scheme and so on! And a bit affordable room service for food may in turn make us purchase cups of tea and have meetings / gatherings in our rooms more often :)
