have
given
the
review
from
my
personal
experience
about
Shahzadi
Resort
-
Cox's
Bazar,
Dolphin
Mor,
we
book
the
hotel
on
1st-
October
2022.
Like
regular
guests,
we
look
at
the
rooms
and
haggle
over
the
rent,
confirm
two
rooms.
While
making
the
payment
the
hotel
manager
told
us
that
one
room
will
be
given
right
now
and
the
other
half
an
hour
later.
According
to
him,
when
we
contacted
him
after
half
an
hour,
he
requested
to
wait
for
an
hour.
When
contacted
again
after
an
hour
he
said
he
can't
give
us
the
room
before
evening
and
if
we
want
to
stay
then
we
have
to
wait
till
evening
otherwise
we
have
to
leave
with
the
money.
But
we
have
already
paid
for
two
rooms.
After
arguing
with
him
for
a
while,
he
promised
to
give
us
the
room
we
booked
at
7
pm.
Then
at
8pm
we
found
our
room.
The
furniture
and
interiors
of
the
rooms
were
broken,
unclean
and
uncared
for.
The
seat
shade
of
the
high
commode
in
the
washroom
was
broken.
Another
room
had
no
additional
locks
except
for
one
lock.
Other
services
in
the
room
are
not
available
properly
despite
repeated
requests.
I
would
request
that
there
is
nothing
new
to
experience
in
such
hotels
with
money.
