Great place, excellent service and management. Great portions with good pricing. See photos of Deb's chicken pot pie and my seafood casserole of perfectly cooked cod, baked stuffed shrimp, and scallops. Must have their seafood chowder. We had no room for dessert maybe next time.

Chose Davenport by chance, very happy that we did! Claudia provided excellent service and suggested delicious dishes. The Garlic Parmesan wings were AMAZING!! Worth stopping by!

Good food. I like the Cesar salad

This is one of our go-to choices for a local eatery. The food is always good, the service is always good. The atmosphere is always good. Tonight we chose a lighter meal. I had the Saloon burger and enjoyed it very much. It was cooked to medium perfectly. The meat was tender and juicy. My husband had a BLT and equally enjoyed it. The bacon was perfectly crispy and they understood what “lightly toasted” meant. Desserts are always great and the bar is very accommodating. Try the honey mustard!

We sat at the bar. The bartender was pretty cool. Attentive to us and all customers at the bar including making needed drinks for people in the dining areas. Nobody was thirsty. Food options were decent too. Anytime carved turkey is on the menu I get it. Nothing fancy but you don’t see oven roasted turkey much in restaurants. Not pictured but it was very good. Fork tender turkey. You can’t complain about a restaurant when you see someone get a sandwich like this. This was not mine but a stunning sandwich. An awesome experience. Has me wanting that sandwich for myself!

Food is very good & prices are average. Staff is very helpful, especially Server/Bartender, MELINDA! We ask for her everytime. She is professional, friendly, & food brought out hot! Unfortunately, she doesn't work there anymore. 🙁 The Menu is extensive. There are Specials every day. They also have Outdoor Dining. Food was very good. Salmon, steak tops and baked stuffed shrimp was delicious and hot. Appetizers were good too. Never disappointed. First time going to the Cumberland location. Highly recommended. Will return.

Salad was served just before meal. Dinner very rushed. Restaurant more than half full, no rush issue. Have to ask for everything Bread, extra drink, they walk by your table with an empty drink. Not a place to relax and have a good lunch. Been going here for years. Woman manager wants to know how are things, than just nods. Why ask!

I had a quite enjoyable meal at Davenport's last Sunday afternoon. The wait staff were very attentive and the food was terrific. The mood was calm and serene, and they had lite music from the 70's and early 80's playing from Sirius FM. Perfect music for a dinner party. The music was the icing on the cake. We all had the nachos, steamers, and lobster. No pressure to leave quickly, and just an all around great experience.

This is a pretty average restaurant. There are two things I wish they would do. One, I would love to see a little more variety. Maybe change up the daily specials, they are always the same. Two, please please please hire a decent website controller. The website is so poorly built. Half the time you can not order correctly, or some items not at all. It is very frustrating to deal with, and if you try to call on a busy night to place an order it is nearly impossible. Overall it is a decent place to get food.

I saw a waitress save the life of a customer that was choking and was impressed by their quick response. Food was great service was great! Will go again the next time I'm in Rhode Island.

Food and service were good. The menu is extensive with daily ,weekly and chef specials. Our server was attentive and patient.

The absolute BEST shepherd's pie I've ever had. Our server was so sweet. The only thing wrong was the booth seating & table. Waaaaay too tight!!!

The waitresses are always very friendly and very experience very fast and make it meals correctly all the time . every time I go there it’s a pleasure in and the manager always comes around and ask if everything‘s OK and everything it’s clean the food is delicious and it’s very pleasant atmosphere I recommend do you ever put you want my family and friends we always dining in there

Have been to Davenports’s several times and have never been disappointed. Food is well prepared, tasty, and attractively presented. Good value for quality and quantity, and would definitely recommend.

Wonderful dining experience. Sat at a high top table in the bar with a party of 4. Service was outstanding and the food was top notch. Looking forward to my next visit.

Just had a phenomenal experience at this establishment as Jaime our server was personable, knowledge and also extremely helpful with all our needs and questions we had. Will definitely be going back and hopefully will be able to have Jaime as our server once again.

Made the trip to Davenport's in cumberland after we went to the movies. I have always drove past this spot but never stopped in until last night. I ended up ordering the Sheppard's pie and also ordered the queen cut pime rib. It was definitely worth the trip, ended up taking the rest to go with a slice of their homemade chocolate cake. If your in the cumberland area come check this spot out.
