The quality of service for a pro account is therefore poor. Yet the billing is high. Monthly subscription + each online transaction billed. Je n'ai parfois tout simplement pas de réponses à mes mails. Je dois alors relancer ce qui me fait perdre du temps et occupe mon esprit quand au contraire, j'attends de mon partenaire bancaire qu'il fasse ce peu : répondre à ses clients. Par ailleurs, lorsque j'échange par téléphone, non seulement mon chargé de compte ne sait jamais qui je suis (est ce difficile d'enregistrer mon numéro de téléphone ?) mais en prime, il me promet de me rappeler, mais ne le fait jamais ! J'ai depuis 4 mois un virement qui n'est jamais arrivé au destinataire et qui n'est toujours pas re-crédité sur mon compte. Ceci relève de l'incompétence ou du manque de conscience professionnel. La qualité du service pour un compte pro est donc médiocre. Pourtant la facturation est élevée. Abonnement mensuel + chaque opération en ligne facturée. Les services en ligne (online banking) quant à eux sont corrects, et le service rendu pour les aspects online sont plus réactifs.
