لك عليه بس الشيشة عندهم طرب🤣

Cons: Favoritism in services. I have been a resident here for three months and still can’t access the indoor pool. When we first had a tour in the compound, they told us the pool was for ladies all week and the weekends are for for families. Every time we ask to access the pool the employees either say I am off duty or I am not responsible. No transparent way of accessing the pool. (Neighbors say the pool has excess chlorine anyway and that people developed allergies and couldn’t breath in the room). No showers around the pool, and the bathrooms in the playground are never in good shape. The school bus is only for a few selected schools and some families are able to use the bus although their kids are the only ones in a specific school. No clear criteria or equality in how the schools are chosen. Electric appliances are very old and were all malfunctioning at some point: the fridge, stove, dishwasher (still not working), dryer and washing machine. They all had defects. When we first moved in, all of them weren’t working and had to be fixed. We stayed for one month in winter with cold water, no one telling us how we should request to turn on the water heaters. No one explains or bothers on how to take care of the trees and plants in the backyard. Playground too small, kids get bored as there is nothing to do. The only sport available is football. Generally no transparency from the management. Not enough services. Pros: - Almost daily buses to malls in Dammam and Khobar. - Maintenance does respond quickly to requests to fix appliances (although appliances are VERY old and malfunction a lot). - Very clean and decent homes. - Rest of the furniture. - Nice community of neighbors. - Security and safety
