Had a very bad experience. We ordered mixed kebab for 35 riyal. It was really not worth it. I don't recommend It. There was literally no salt in the chicken and when we mentioned this the guy was joking around. The kebab didn't have onion / leaves which normally is provided with all the kebabs. Just few chicken chicken pieces without salt. At the end we order tea too. We waited for ten minutes and the guy came tea is late. Still we din't get tea.such an irresponsible behavior. And the food was really not worth it.

me and my cousin went to mezbaan restaurant last weekend and we ordered Non-veg thali, its really good specially cresspy bitter melon and they gave us 4 different types of curry with rice and roti(tortola) with dessert, overall Good.

Staff is well behaved and friendly. Not too much wait required here for your order. I gave them 4 star because of neglecting hygiene.

Anyways, we ordered some chicken biryani which is good with dal fry which has large servings. Dal is acceptable with free Raita and the bread is good. We also ordered butter chicken which is also acceptable as we tasted better in some restaurants... anyhow the main problem that we had is that the white rice that we ordered was only heated in the microwave; which as they have said, restaurants which heats their food in the microwave is not a good sign... overall it is OK but will think twice to come back again... reviews before are OK as I have read but I don't know what happened to the quality...

I had tried taking parcel of multiple biryani's from Mezban Shalimar and finally found chicken tikka was very good, we were trying all of these items since we were heading towards a small ceremony at home, where we have ordered 6Kg chicken tikka biryani on 22nd December 2023.But unfortunately we get cheated by the management since 6Kg biryani we found only approx 2Kg chicken rest were only full of rice which has embarrassed me and my family in front of our guest. By the grace of Almighty we have managed to complete the ceremony but i am writing this just to inform others that becareful before you order any item for any occasions, you must negotiate and discuss carefully, do not blindly trust them. Lastly i want to say that we all are very satisfied with taste but issue was with the qty of chicken. Thanks to Mezban Shalimar Management and hope they will not repeat the same with any other customers.
