Don't even think about visiting this branch. I don't really about the rest of the branches, but stay away from this one. Placed an order and waited for 30 minutes and then the simplely said that we don't know where your order is. On to of all, the place was packed with no social distancing. The manager was absent so we couldn't file a complain.

Ordered a super Herfy meal ( large) and onion rings , but re received meal with onion rings ( no French fries) the cost was 27 SR, I return back and asked why no French Fries ? He gave it to me and asked for additional 7 SR which was given to him, but again he gave me small French fries which cost only 5 SR?? They steal our money ?? You need to double check your order twice and before leaving the window ??? Visited this location close to midnight. Staff was very polite albeit a little slow. Chicken dynamite was delicious and large. Convenient location in downtown Dammam.

I've never eaten from Herfy before but once I bought it for my Pakistani colleague and he took a bite and straight up threw the whole sandwich in the trash. He later asked me to never buy from Herfy again. Yea... 1 star.

Water clogged near the entrance. Place needs maintenance.
