I find it disturbing that they say and name the place a 24 hour fast food restaurant, yet they never actually open 24 hours, I arrive there 5:40 AM and they are closed, they should change their sign they can't tell people that they open 24 hours yet they don't. In my opinion That really bothers me.

Food is not so good in taste like others have. We order multiple burgers 🍔 in different deals. Firstly we received the order very late and the cold drink provided was not according to our order. They just provided the sparkling water instead of sprite. Food was cold and not hot. The good thing of this outlet is only the ambience and seating arrangement. Staff was not so helpful except one lady who was very supportive and cooperative.

Not the first time to get a “LEFT OVER FOOD” and it’s so extremely dry like a rock!! 🪨🧀 (( I SWEAR I WAS ALMOST LOSING MY TEETH !!! )) 🦷 Even the cheese inside is dry like what you see in the pictures .. Also it happens to me with the fries 🍟!! And the employees always forgot to put some sauce in the bag, the ice cream is less than ever. 🍦 Please fix that we was loving Macdonald’s !

Poor customer service and I was trying to reach the cashier that is absent and found that he was on a long coffee break. The branch manager was witnessing my complaints and he just pretend that there nothing happened. I asked the services delivery man and he said I am not allowed to talk to customers and advised me to reach customer service to file a complaint. I've been in many McDonald's branches around the world and this is one of the worst customer experiences I have.

I might be exaggerated but I believe the only restaurant in the world which has the same taste of food in all branches. Note: The staff prioritized the take-out orders over the dine-in.

I experienced bad service here. I ordered using their digital platform and used a table tent ( i made sure the number was entered in their platform) so they’ll bring the food to our table. More than 30 minutes have elapsed and no one came to our table so i decided to go to the counter. I found out that the order was left at the counter. If they have no staff to bring the food, might as well remove that option in their platform. In the end, the hot latter i ordered wasn’t hot anymore.

The time management needs approval. I’ve waited for 30 mins just to have a sandwich, not even a meal. I felt like a beggar when I asked the employees to check my order, but no one even looked at me! They just focus on the drive-through orders just to keep the records! Then I had to cancel the order.

If I had the chance to give you Zero I would. They don’t want to take my order through call center due to traffic!! Last Tuesday I ordered mac meal and additional shrimp but I ended up with mac and cold potatoes and instead of shrimp they gave me chicken nuggets!!!!!

My first time to this branch and I was happy with my experience. The thing that I really like the most is the cleanliness of the store and I saw how the manager doing his job well. Kudos to the manager...Since before I loved McDonald's and my favorite is the fries🥰... i will visit again this store and wish all the best of the team...thank you...

Great food, love the privacy in the family section as well as the aircharger embedded on the tables

I've experienced this place in multiple situations, workers are always slow or lazy, dine in or drive through its all the same, they take too long to get the food done just for it to end up cold and dry even the drinks taste like water at times and when you adjust your order they're highly likely to get it wrong or mixed up with someone else's order, it happened to me multiple times, the employees change from time to time but the service is still the same and some of them are rude

Went for breakfast. Food took so long to get ready even though we were the only people in the restaurant. Muffins were kinda dry, Hash browns were so oily, and coffee wasn’t hot. This is not my first time trying McDonald’s breakfast, and these notes are specific for this location. Would go again but to other branches.

Food, place, ambiance and service is good, parking is a little issue as they have limited Parking soace

Pathetic experience ever nd I'm very disappointed why every branch is different from other why can't they serve same fresh food? I ordered a large grand spicy meal that was not fresh nd cold i went back nd ask them to serve fresh they gave the same burger nd putted some hot fries on that same old fries nd said its fresh nw.. i said went there for my kids nd wife but bad experience ever

I went to drive th... I waited more then amost 45 min waiting just for one car in front of me. The BIG issue is the withdrawal SR 107 and my amount is only SR 24 can you imagine Service is bad and so sloooooow. . Better to go another branch of MC

Very few I give all 5 stars. Mcdonalds have not only tasty food and beverages and coffee etc but their service is great and atmosphere is great too

Drive thru service is really slow but food is good.

Bad and slow service.. There is no respect for the customer. No one responds to your call and the cashier is not available for a quarter of an hour. My order took 45 minutes without a reason. The requests are not served in an orderly and organised manner according to numbers. The situation is repeated many time in same branch.

It seems this branch is a meeting place for delivery staff (whether hunger station or other delivery companies). They are sitting on 3 tables without a single order. They are like sitting in their company building. Big noise without any respect to the true customers. This branch is not worth dine in.

As always mcdonald's is one the best fast food chain.. but this time in rashid mall i felt the service was quite slow. It is not because of the staff. It was caused because there are very few workers to attend a big crowd on a week day evening

Not too crowded. Staff was friendly as usual and order was on time as well. Overall a good experience.

Neat ,clean ,well maintained too much rush ..everything written in Arabic..

Staff on the family counter was not polite, I ordered Macwarp which I replaced as it was like not fresh or chicken was refried. I took 10 to 15 minutes to prepare a new one as the guy told me they are making new it will take time and at the end new one was not even up to the standards. Usually McDonald's quality is better but on this branch no idea why it was different.

This brach is really excellent. I ordered 25 happy meals for an event and they served me in a swift time and provided balloons for the kids.

Lovely place near the beach and all sorts of shops.

Mcdo chicken burger is really tasty and loving memories that you could remember your special someone that you love.... ♥️😄 Hsehe

Bad food here watch out. I don’t know why McDonalds branches in Saudi taste different compared to US and UK. Saudi branches are really bad comparing to how great the food is in western branches. I hope they fix this
