This will be the stay that ends my Hilton status! I booked a room and checked in late so they billed me as a no show 90% of the night, canceled that room, then booked me another room as a separate reservation I never had and billed me for another night. I received no receipt for the transaction or information but luckily I caught the extra transaction on my credit card statement. I had to call the hotel multiple times because they could only see one bill. I had to send a picture of my credit card transactions to accounting and then they finally find this mysterious transaction. Now, I’m over 30 days out on my venture to get my money back and just got told that I was the one that double booked but I have no record of two reservations being made! All this just to be redirected to the reservations department to continue the dispute. All I got was an email address to start this whole process over. I’m furious at this point and the worst part is I showed up the night of my reservation and got a “no show” bill! Seriously? How incompetent can you be? Being a Diamond member is pointless when you get treated like this.

Stayed one night. Really nice hotel. Looks updated. Super convenient since we had an early morning flight. Great location. Room was spacious. Bathroom was huge with both a shower and a tub. Great customer service. Tobias at the front desk was super helpful at check-in when we needed a covid test, as well as helping us get some documents printed. We were so tired and confused and he was so nice and patient with explaining everything to us more than once. We’re so glad that Hilton has people like him there. We had a lovely and restful stay and look forward to returning during our future travels.

This hotel is beautiful, the rooms are incredibly quiet and well-appointed, but most impressive is the staff: whether at the desk, restaurants, or in the lobby they are helpful, friendly and welcoming. They make you feel right at home. This is a great place to get work done, focus, and eliminate the stress of travel

Quiet, comfortable small room. Great breakfast buffet. Handy executive lounge with snacks and drinks after 6:00. In the same building as the airport and train station, easy walking to terminals.

Wonderful hotel right at the main station terminal 1, would need to access with shuttle from terminal 2 and get up to the stairs, a little long walk with bad signs but eventually we found the hotel and it is in great location with lots of foods and facilities around. Pharmacy, supermarket, bakery and many restaurants even a Starbucks together with access of train and central transportations to downtown. I would stay again for its convenience but I would not hesitate to change if there is another hotel in terminal 2. As it is still not convenient for whoever arrives or departs at the other terminal. The design is beautiful and modern, I did find the room a little small as we were 3, 2 with extra bed but it was comfy and very new.

The hotel it self was nice. It was clean, and it is modern and updated. The downfall was in the comfort area of our stay. No where in this hotel is a water fountain or anyway to get adequate hydration unless you want to drink out of the tap or keep purchasing water bottles when you're thirsty. The bed was also very firm so if that's what you like then that's great for you, I am used to hotels having a more medium firm/plush bed that way it appeals to more people. The worst part was the ac. We had it on and it seemed to be running but the temperature was consistently too warm, and this is only during spring. I can't imagine it during the summer. There should at least be fans in the room or something to make up for the lackluster ac which doesn't really do much at all. If you dont care about these negatives then you will have a wonderful stay. If these are important to you then you might not enjoy it too much.

We stayed here during an overnight layover and enjoyed the experience. All of the staff we interacted with super friendly and the room was very comfortable. The only downside is that the hotel is not exactly “close” to the arrivals hall in the airport and takes a bit of navigation/walking to get there (Not the fault of the hotel, but more a fault of the Frankfurt airport in general!)

Hotel does not clearly state their cancellation policy. I was charged $180.00 for a “no-show” fee when out plans unexpectedly changed (in addition to the room). When I checked the website, vague language about “checking your reservation policy” but nothing about a no-show fee anywhere. There’s other airport hotels, which probably understand flights being delayed

Super convenient if you need to catch an early morning flight. The room was spacious and all practical amenities (mini fridge, iron, ergonomic chairs, water kettle, extra towels) were included. The receptionists were friendly and very helpful and printed some last minute travel documents for us for no additional cost. Overall a perfect stay for travellers transiting through Frankfurt. We didn't have the chance to try their breakfast spread which is complementary and is included in the regular tariff.

We spent a fantastic day at the Hilton Frankfurt Airport. Because we arrived so late, and had not informed hotel of this, we were marked as a no show, but were quickly checked into an upgraded suite which we really appreciated. We slept so well (black out curtains throughout), it's extremely sound proof, you would not believe you're next to an airport, train station and highway. Beds are super comfy, temperature control for each room, decor is on trend, nice lighting, super clean throughout. Our son was thrilled at an unexpected delivery of chocolate to our room. Super convenient to airport, just walk to terminal, all covered. Front desk staff were lovely to deal with. We didn't want to check out!

Save yourself the stress of that morning race to the airport and stay here. Beautiful, spotless, connecting rooms with amazingly comfortable beds. Breakfast not included in our fare and was outrageously expensive (34€), but you’ve got the whole airport facility to find food so no issue.

A wonderful place - our room was great - clean, very spacious and quiet, we could see the runway from the window. Walking distance to the airport. We stopped for a drink at the bar and were greeted with a smile - great service too.

Great location for an overnight stay at a Hilton Hotel so close to the airport. Walkable distance to both terminals and most importantly no need to go outside! We had an early flight (way before their breakfast area was open) and they offered us a take away breakfast which was perfect because most of the shops were still closed.

The staff is amazing! We were getting late for the train which is jus right under the hotel somewhere which is a plus and was a pleasant surprise. The person tackling our luggage was extremely kind and helped us even board the train! The rooms were very clean comfortable and quiet!

Quiet, clean and well equipped rooms - everything you need to relax between flights or get some work done. Staff is great, kind and helpful. Location is super convenient both to get to the airport terminals, trains as well as if you need to get downtown.

Very nice room with a lovely bathroom that contained a full bathtub! Nice to have a soak after a long journey. 2 negative points: 1. The hallways to the rooms smell like mildew. 2. The check in and out process was very slow and understaffed. The woman who helped me accidentally charged me twice and just generally seems very confused about the check in and out process for me.

Great location. Attentive staff during check in process. Was staying on the executive floors and as many others have mentioned, the air conditioning was atrociously bad, even when appearing to be on max cold settings. My wife and I were sweating horribly just sitting in our bed, as it felt like a sauna. Attempted to call the front desk for assistance many times but no answer. Attempted to visit front desk for assistance but the line was 15-20 customers long. My wife and I booked a room at the neighboring Hilton Garden Inn online and walked over to check out their rooms instead. They had GREAT Air conditioning, so we ended up sleeping in the Hilton Garden Inn room instead, which is what I recommend if you value quality air conditioning for sleeping. The only redeeming quality of our stay was the breakfast. Would not recommend staying here, as many others in the past also mentioned the poor air conditioning, and I could not agree more with its functioning.

It’s at the airport but you don’t hear the airplane noises in the hotel. Everything is amazing with the price you are paying. The breakfast is also very good. Good latte and fresh juice. Location is super convenient when you have a early flight. Highly recommended.

Our family stayed here during an overnight layover. We were able to walk from baggage claim to the hotel(all inside). The rooms were very spacious and very nice. I definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel is beautiful and convenient! Our room was large and very comfortable. The bathroom had both a separate shower and bathtub. The view from our window was nice - overlooking the beautiful green forested area next to the airport. Great, too, was the access to Deutsche Bahn - just below the hotel. Even being next to the airport, the hotel is extremely quiet and calm! We'll stay there again!

Helpful staff checking in. Very nicely accommodated Executive Lounge for the one night stay of my wife and I. We had an easy flight out so the Hilton provided a good location to get a decent night sleep before flying out. Room was as expected from a Hilton. Check out was a breeze as I just dropped my key and got my invoice 2 hours later.

Very strange hotel. It feels one lives in a ghost city. Checking in takes about half an hour because there's hardly any staff. They all smile and excuse themselves for the long waiting, but no front office manager to take the debet. Anything else one needs to know, one has to go through the same horror again of waiting. Our group wanted to cancel a second night for one member, but was not possible. We had to pay. Also for another person who was ill and could not come, we could not cancel the room (days in advance) If one calls from the room to reception there's endless waiting. I give this hotel a 1 star, except for the room itself. Really nice and good.

Checking in, hotel staff was very pleasant. Bar and restaurant within hotel. Parking garage available and a quick elevator ride gets you access. Hotel is located right on airport property. Easy bus ride to Terminal 2. Also located right above the train stops. The room was nice, but hot. AC was turned on all the way but it was still rather uncomfortably hot in the room.

Perfect place to start a long trip. Easy arrival with deutsche Bahn in the ICE. We had a lot of luggage and the hotel offered to store it for the night. Loved the room. Very clean, the bathroom was very hygienic. 10 minutes on foot to the terminals. Food court around.

I chose my room prior to arriving and when I arrived I was told that the room I chose was not ready. Instead of getting a room near where I chose (there were 4 other rooms near by) I got one in a completely different section. The rooms are nice but not as clean as I thought they would be. They weren’t dirty but definitely should not have missed the places that I noticed. Also not a big fan of open shower concept but that’s just me. We were able to walk straight over to the terminal to catch our flight. Very convenient. Overall my stay was okay.

Smoking rooms, right at the airport terminal, they gave us print outs of our travel documents which is amazing during COVID because you always need fresh copies of your vaccination passport. Room service has only 2 options at night but the breakfast was served in the room and was amazing. Enjoyed the smoked salmon and bread basket as well as the fresh OJ!

Excellent stay right before a flight. The rooms are well appointed and quiet. This place makes starting and ending a business trip MUCH easier. There are a number of convenient shops available nearby for last minute odds and ends too.

This is located within walking distance of the airport. I just wish there was better signage to get there. The rooms were very nice and the breakfast buffet was well stocked. We were a little disappointed that the dinner wasn’t an option that night but we found a restaurant nearby.

Standard boring business hotel. I do not know why they have a small window in the toilet wall. If somebody uses the toilet during night, the bedroom is lit up. Is is some German kinkiness or is it a Miss Hilton design? Service staff efficient, but why not give us an upgrade? During COVID times and on a Sunday the hotel was rather empty. One lost chance to make a good impression

Clean, comfortable, and quiet rooms, with friendly staff, conveniently located within a 10 minute walk of check-in at terminal 1. The modern rooms have all the amenities you would expect, including free Wi-Fi, conveniently located power receptacles, and an excellent workspace for business travelers. The Hilton has room service, and it's own restaurant, as well as being a short walk to several good quality eateries on the upper level, of the west side of the Square. A variety of smaller cafes and fast food options are also available throughout the Square, and the rest of the Frankfurt airport. An excellent choice for a relaxing evening and rest before the next days flight.

I stayed there many times it was always super clean, fantastic rooms and if you get hungry there are a few good restaurants on the other side in the building like Paulaner. Parking is a charm in their own garage with a very short Drive to the terminals.

Very nice, modern airport hotel, located within walking distance from Terminal 1. I definitely prefer this hotel over the Sheraton and Marriott which are also located right at the terminal. Unfortunately no „real“ room upgrades (only one category where you can’t really see a difference) for Hilton Diamond members. Breakfast is pretty good! Twin rooms have very tiny beds, smaller than Queen size.

We arrived a bit late. I requested a sofa bed. Marco had everything set up in the room-the rooms are well appointed, clean and spacious. That's why I only stay at a Hilton property-never disappointed

Had an excellent stay here. Felix Rühl had contacted me prior to my arrival offering to fulfill any request and sure enough my expectations were met and exceeded. Room was clean and comfortable. Would return and recommend to others.

Had a wonderful one night stay at Hilton Frankfurt Airport, before my flight back home - the next day. Calm and peaceful heaven attached to the Airport complex. Very convenient for transit flights.

What a beautiful hotel!!! Loved everything about it...food, location, rooms, staff... Been to the bar in the reception area on Saturday evening the 21.5.22 between 18.00 and 20.00. the lady in the bar was extremely nice and courteous and answered all my questions with so much patience...it was a pleasure to be there....I will choose this place again whenever I can

Perfect hotel to start your journey. Its directly located at the airport and near the train station. Check in was very fast and check out as well. Breakfast buffet was also very good. The room was spacious with great view over the forest and Frankfurt in the distance. Only slightly negative aspect was, that i had a 40€ food voucher which was labelled to be for room service but in the end one had to go to the restaurant, which was quite crowded and with long waiting times. When you travel alone its not that much fun to sit alone for a long time in restaurant. Beside that evrything was perfect.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Bar food was great and beer was cold! ☺ The bed was comfortable, the bathroom spacious with shower and bathtub, but the room layout was a bit awkward, and the arm chair was awful. There was a desk and office chair, plenty of outlets, and a spacious closet. Great location, as you can go from the airport to the hotel via a Skywalk, and connect to rail in the same area.

  • 5/5 Brittany A. 1 year ago on Google
Large clean and new rooms. The family room is great deal, because you just get adjoining rooms and thus an extra bathroom. The hotel is in the squaire and it was a 10-15 minute walk to Terminal 1, involving several escalators, so plan ahead if you have lots of luggage.

  • 5/5 Millie L. 1 year ago on Google
Professional staff, well trained and helpful. The rooms are well laid out and very clean. Beds are comfortable. The breakfast buffet has lots of options. It is my STAY AT hotel when I am at Frankfurt airport

  • 1/5 Joshua K. 1 year ago on Google
Horrible, overpriced room. Spent approximately 250 euro to stay here since we had a 6am flight and wanted to be close to the terminal. Was woken up at midnight with a call from the front desk (was going to wake up at 230 to get ready for the flight) about an AC issue that was supposedly reported in our room. We didn't make the initial complaint, but after receiving the call an overwhelming toilet smell started coming over the room, and as there are no windows you can open, we are now trapped in an unbelievable stench. Wonderful way to get ready for 14 hours of travelling. The worst Hilton I've ever stayed at and an absolute disgrace to the brand.

An outstanding hotel with top location and walking distance from the airport! One of my favorites when it comes to both personal travel but also organizing international business meetings! While at the airport, the hotel is super quiet, no disturbance whatsoever given this is one of the busiest airports in the World! Price-quality ratio - exceptionally good! Food quality - very good! Facilities and amenities - everything one might need for short-term stays! Rooms - spotless and perfectly clean! Highly recommended!.
