Very fancy and nice hotel directly across from the Frankfurt Airport. Just a quick walk through the sky bridge on the top floor and pass through the train station, and you're there. Reception is a little tricky to find, as you need to walk through the restaurant to find it. The Sheraton also has a large basement floor with a gym, small breakfast hall in the corner, meeting rooms, and an auxiliary pub. The rooms here are very well suited for an on the go business person: with an ample work desk, and also a good recliner chair for when it's time to relax. The TV is huge, the bed is comfy, and the room is spacious. I could want for nothing more from a hotel. Highly recommend.

Location is great for a one night layover. Lobby, elevator area and Sheraton club has a strong sewage smell. Couldn’t stay long in either. Not so strong on the 8th floor. Put laundry in for express service at 2pm (3pm cut off, returned at 6pm as told by reception staff) at 9pm no laundry. Called reception, laundry not done. Someone will bring my dirty laundry back to me! One hour later still no dirty laundry. I have been travelling for work for 20+ years, a regular titanium elite member or better, it’s never been worse. I have stayed at this hotel many times in the past and its been good but the last couple of visits have steadily deteriorated. I will never stay here again and I will warn others that I know travel through these parts to avoid this place at all costs. I was supposed to stay here again in 2 days but have just cancelled and booked the Hilton. Very disappointing.

Lets be honest, most important thing if you take a hotel at the airport is a convenient comfortable stay overnight and a good sleep. After reading further comments here it seems obvious that the air condition of the hotel is not in correct operation, not properly serviced or just poorly set. Either way since the rooms don't have windows to open it makes the room temperature unbearable . Calling the staff about it they said they would set the intensity higher but nothing changed. I would recommend everyone to avoid this and stay elsewhere. If not be prepared for a stuffy and way too hot room. And this wasn't even in summer, it was mid/end of May.

This hotel got 25+ one star reviews within the past six months and paid no attention to customer service whatsoever. I guess you don’t care so much about customer service anymore? Does management ever wonder why you get so many poorly rated reviews recently? This is a specific review for the person in charge of the Sheraton Club room. ————————— Worst Sheraton Club experience ever. We are a group of four hotel guests, each has their own rooms (4 rooms), and three have platinum status. However, the forth guest is denied entrance to the Sheraton Club, though the majority of the group are with valid status to be in the Sheraton Club. The staffing at the Sheraton Club rudely denied entry to the lounge to our group and told us that “no exceptions can be made, unless the person without status is staying in the same room as one of the three guests who are with status”. What is the logic behind this? What happened to customer service to your three guests who are entitled to be in the lounge? This is a joke, especially when the corporate sales person from the same hotel is trying so hard to sell to the group for more “project rated rooms”, and the fact that we have brought to the hotel additional 6 more guests with 10+ nights of hotel stays in the same trip as additional guests to the hotel. All of these couldn’t account for one entry to the Sheraton Club? I cannot believe this is the level of service you offer.

The people made the experience exceptional. Specifically Kevin and Cristina were the best in terms of attentiveness at the M Club lounge. I’m marking the hotel rooms with a low score because currently there is an entire wing of the hotel that is under construction and it is almost a nightmare to get there through construction signs, very slow and grungy personnel elevators. They need to finish renovation asap.

I recently had the misfortune of staying at the Sheraton Hotel located at Frankfurt Main Airport, and I can say with absolute certainty that it was one of the worst hotel experiences of my life. First and foremost, the complete absence of warm water in the hotel is inexcusable. It is a basic expectation that any hotel, especially one claiming to be of the Sheraton caliber, should provide its guests with the most fundamental of necessities: a hot shower. Yet, during my stay, I was subjected to icy-cold water, making the whole experience not only uncomfortable but also infuriating. It's mind-boggling how such a basic amenity could be overlooked. What baffles me the most is the hotel's audacity to continue accepting guests under these appalling conditions. It's evident that they prioritize profit over the well-being and comfort of their customers. My experience with the reception during check-out perfectly encapsulated their attitude. When I informed the receptionist that there was no warm water in my room, she responded with a cold smile, checked her computer, and simply said, "Thank you." This level of indifference and disregard for guests is not only unprofessional but also disgraceful for a brand like Sheraton. In conclusion, my stay at the Sheraton Hotel Frankfurt Main Airport was nothing short of a nightmare. The lack of warm water and the reception's nonchalant response were beyond disappointing and unacceptable. I urge anyone considering this hotel for their stay to look elsewhere for accommodations that value and respect their guests. Sheraton should be ashamed of allowing such a terrible experience to tarnish its reputation. This was a complete and utter letdown, and I will certainly never stay at a Sheraton property again.

Hotel at the airport just over the road from T1. Lobby stunk of sewage. Very off putting on arrival. Room was in the main building. Very odd layout. It was cold and unwelcoming and I couldn’t settle in there. Bed was comfortable however. Bathroom clean and tidy. Bar / restaurant was the saving grace. Nice staff. Food good. This is a strange setup however. The bar / restaurant was in the middle of the Sheraton and Marriott. Serviced both hotels. The location is right in the airport but the construction everywhere is less than ideal. Oh and the elevators are constantly going out of service. I would not stay here again.

It's September 2021 and Club Lounge is still closed, meanwhile at other locations(London, Rio de Janeiro etc) it's been open for several months(at least since the beginning of this year). As they say it's due to Covid, but we all know that's a lame excuse that stands for cutting the costs. Breakfast service is another nightmare - barely any choice(no salad or fresh veggies). Also you can retire and write a memoir by the time you will be checked-in.

The location is perfect if you have an early flight, the room was clean and quite big compared to the other hotels at the airport. The minus points: the whole lobby area smells extremely like sewage (like a pipe burst) and the way to the rooms is a bit complicated, you basically move to a whole different area to reach the very old elevators to go to your floor. The whole elevator areas looked very Soviet Union like, a bit weird for this level of hotel chain. Check in and out was very easy and fast.

I had a great experience with the staff. Angelika checked us in the night before our flight. I asked if there were any rooms with a view of the runway (because I’m an aviation nerd) and she gladly accommodated. Our experience at the restaurant was great as well. Our server was super fun and the steak dinner was amazing. The drinks were very pricey but this could be expected near an airport :) there was an odor of sewage in the lobby and hallways, but I’m thinking it may have something to do with the construction going on. The room smelled fine so I wasn’t really bothered. Great access to the airport.

Not really a nice experience. Location of the hotel is convenient however going to the rooms is a challenging part First, take a lift and come to the reception Then take a lift go down because the same lift doesn’t take you to the room floors Then change the life go to another one in order to go to your rooms Lifts and the area look quite creepy. I had to come back after that long walk because the checkin staff forgot to activate the key Staff is not helpful and sarcastic If one isn’t in a hurry to go to any nearest hotel then should not be there. Restaurant doesn’t have enough options to eat.

The summary of my experience is: great service all around, pretty decent food options, good breakfast for a European hotel, I thought the bed was comfortable, convenient location, hard to find. We arrived earlier in the afternoon and check in was fast. I walked by reception when it was much busier later but there were also five employees checking people in so it probably moved okay. The AC, like most European hotels, sucks.

Recently renovated, bedroom and bathroom up to date. Food a little pricey but why do you expect. Several bars and comfortable areas to relax and drink! Staff helpful and polite. Room service amazing. Gym 24h access which is fantastic with my work schedule. Really, it was only let down by the breakfast. Thanks for a lovely stay

After 24 hours of travel and little sleep, this hotel was a welcome gem! It was easy to find within the airport (it’s accessible from Terminal 1) and tastefully decorated with several areas to lounge, get a drink or snack or just find quiet alone. The bed was amazing! THR BEST PART? Quiet. Like so quiet that we didn’t hear the cars on the main road right outside our room, airplanes, the people next door, no one in the hallway nor the elevators right outside our door. AMAZING! We found it affordable for how nice it was.

Very convenient for early next day flights. I typically stay at the Hilton, but the Sheraton is even closer to the terminal, so I thought I would give it a shot. The service in the bar was excellent and the front desk staff were fluent in several languages. Beware if you travel like me with your Amazon Firestick as there is no access to input selection on either the remote or the TV itself. You won’t be able to connect it. Otherwise, it’s a great place to stay and very close to the main airport and security.

This has been a fantastic stay, and this Marriott property does the best job at rewarding status that I have experienced in a long time. Room upgrade, lounge with free drinks and food, and free breakfast with my status. I absolutely enjoyed the stay and the convenience of the hotel to the airport, train and car rental make it easy to get to wherever you want to go. Shower was great with a large area, waterfall head and separate detachable shower head. Room was comfy and work area was large. Really catering to the business travelers like me.

Sad to see the lounge is still in Covid settings. The bento boxes are sad and make the lounge seem outdated. You have a great location but the lounge food quality is sad. I have watched people come in make a drink take a sip and walk out as this is not the quality we expect from a Sheraton flagship. Live up to your name. Many of us only have one night to spend here and this sets a standard for our experiences with the Marriott brand. The staff is amazing and every trip we have here they make this an amazing experience

Longest ever check in. Even if you have checked in and only need to show your id. The elite line was slower than all them. Maybe they we’re new as each check in took 10 to 15 minutes!! and they should Add extra elite receptionists Impossible to call down for room services. Finally there are ZERO signs in the airport to get to the Sheraton. NOTHING helps you get there without wandering aimlessly and tried to call 5 times for help. Also Zero signs in hotel yo get to airport.

I gave a 5 stars for the location but the rest I gave 2 stars. I have been in many Sheraton hotels before but this one did not meet my expectations for such a famous hotel chain. I thought the standards have to be met but this was not the case. The windows were super dirty and unfortunately I could not enjoy the view of the airport. (See picture) The knob for the hot and cold water in the shower was missing (see pictures) The cleaning personnel knocked and came into the room while I was napping even though I hang the DO NOT DISTURB sign to my door. The sugar and powder milk sachets were hard like they got in contact with humidity or they were just old. The hotel atmosphere was cold due to the building and the staff at the Reception. Gym facility was under repair and couldn't be used.

The location of this hotel is ideal. I was coming in on the train and within a few minutes of getting off the train I'm checking in. And in the morning, no traffic to deal with, you just check out and walk to the terminal. The room was nice with a walk in shower and a decent working desk. I expected a bit more from my upgrade, but I can't say anything was missing. I wish the breakfast started earlier (I checked out at 6 and breakfast was at 6:30). I was pleasantly surprised at how quiet it was given the airport setting. All in all a good experience.

First let me start with the room service which is great: quick and on point. Secondly the place is gorgeous. It has bars, lounges, restaurants not to mention it is in the airport. You barely have to leave the hotel for anything actually and when you do leave it, you can easily walk into pharmacies and supermarkets or even shops of all sorts. This hotel is extremely convenient. And last but not least, the staff is fantastic! I has this staff member called Annika who provided me with astounding support anytime I needed! Ms. Annika is cheerful, smiley and well humored and the rest of the staff is no less than that. My stay was terrific and I hope to go back there soon.

Superb rooms but after the restaurant closed at 10 pm we could not get anything to eat. Luckily the McDonalds nearby was open. In the bathroom we would only get 1 little bottle of shampoo, shower cream, hair balm and body lotion, although we were two people in every room. That was a little greedy I think, every other hotel I have been to offer at least 1 little bottle of hygienic articles for each person staying there over night. The rooms were clean and tidy though and the hotel is very near the airport. That is good.

Great place for a quick layover in Frankfurt. Rooms were very nice. It was very quiet even though it was right at the airport. The club lounge was beautiful with a good selection of food and booze for the evening happy hour. Would definitely stay here again after a missed connection.

This is a decent Sheraton located within walking distance from the Frankfurt terminal. The room was a free room from Lufthansa for a late arrival. The room was very nice, bed comfortable, and WiFi was good. The on;y downside was the fact that you had to take a long walk to the room with hardly any signs and you got on a what looked like a service elevator and through a service area. I’m not sure if this temporary or not but I didn’t see any construction. I hope it’s temporary anyway. Other than that it was a nice hotel.

It solves its purpose as a very good airport hotel. The location is amazing as right underneath the hotel is the train station cum shopping mall. You can catch all the long distance as well as short distance Frankfurt city trains from there as well. The hotel has a lovely restaurant. Its a little bit on the expensive side but the food and service quality is good.

This was my time visiting Germany / the Frankfurt area and I’m glad that I chose this hotel. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to terminal 1 of the Frankfurt Airport. I know your probably thinking / saying but what the noise level like being at the airport!! I must admit I was very impressed I didn’t hear a single plane take off during my 4 day visit here. When comparing this hotel to others located in downtown Frankfurt I highly recommend this establishment over any other hotel in Frankfurt. The downtown area is extremely noise, and certain corner you don’t want to be on after dark. The staff at this hotel is absolutely amazing!!! Everyone is super nice and everyone always seems to have a smile on their face. The room are extremely clean and the liens are changed daily. Once again I highly recommend this establishment and I can’t wait till I have to visit the area again because I will with doubt be staying here!!

Although we had a complimentary stay there due to the fact that Lufthansa managed to make us miss our flight, I can say that the staff was really kind, helpful and friendly. The room was satisfactorily big and clean and the food was delicious. Easy checkout and conveniently situated within the airport premises. If you happen to find yourselves there, give it a shot

The location was convenient. My husband stayed here prior to my arrival, then we stayed there again before returning to the States. My husband and I really enjoyed the friendly service at the lobby bar. Pretty cocktails, and we recommend the Cesar salad! But it was a little confusing to find because Sheraton and Marriott share the property. The garage was also closed due to repairs or construction (I can't remember exactly) and no one around to help assist people to offload from the car to the lobby. I had to go up one level to reception and hijack a luggage cart. There was a gentleman standing in front of reception. I don't know what his roll with the hotel was. I assumed he was a porter or bellhop. but he never offered to help when I asked about using the luggage cart. So I took the cart and returned to the garage where my husband (and a couple other cars) blocked the parking gate to offload luggage. My husband returned our rental car because there was no where for him to park, while I moved 3 large suitcases, 2 carry on bags, shopping bags, and coats (for travel) alone to lobby reception. That's a lot for one person. Had I been alone with a car, I have no idea what I would have done. While we loaded the luggage cart. I noticed another couple arrive with a toddler and infant. They had luggage, car seats, diaper bags etc. And there was no one else to help them. I offered to let them put some things on our cart and we all somehow made it to the lobby. If they were going to close off parking, they should really have people available to help guests. The rooms were nothing special but completely acceptable. The AC sounded like it was running, but I could not feel any cool air coming out of the vents. The different corridors were a bit confusing. I would stay here again if I had to, but I might try the Marriott to compare.

You clearly pay for the location with this hotel. It is less than a five-minute walk via a covered walkway from Hall A of Terminal 1, so it's the ideal place for direct airport access. As a hotel, it's okay but nothing special. The lobby is very appealing, but our room was just alright. We booked a standard plus room with airport view, and we were able to see the runway and some planes but most of the view was blocked by the terminal building. Otherwise the room was a bit dark, had little ventilation , the shower leaked but otherwise it had everything you need, a comfortable bed, a desk and enough space for two people. Our rate included breakfast and the breakfast buffer was extensive and good quality. This is a convenient choice for an overnight layover.

Great location for connections to Frankfurt airport. The room is large, clean, and comfortable. Staff are always ready to help. I had 2 days of vacation here before a long flight and I was very satisfied with this hotel. Delicious food in restaurant

Our stay here was not great. As mentioned by other reviewers, the hotel is undergoing renovation, so getting to your room requires you to use two different elevators along a strange route. Luckily there is a fellow just standing in the hall directing lost people like ourselves. If you're on a high floor (like us) it could be a significant hike to your room. The elevators are also banged up and dirty. I'm not a princess, but it certainly didn't feel like staying in a Sheraton. Upon check-in, the front desk was unable to assist us due to maintenance with their system (just what someone wants to hear after a 9 hour flight) So we sat in the bar area and ordered food. There was one poor gentleman handling all the tables so getting a beer and salad took forever. Oh and also the food is extremely expensive, even by hotel/airport standards. We finally checked in and our bags were taken to our room by a gentleman who couldn't stop complaining about how far our room was. Same guy said he would send someone up the next morning to grab our bags and take them down. This person never showed up. Overall a pretty weird and disappointing experience. I would look at other options if I were staying near the airport again.

I am not sure how this hotel is now, but it was 1 star in June. It continues to be 1 star for me, as I thought they comped my second room based on the disappointment I experienced. However, yesterday, I was just charged 33K points for my second room. Here's my summary of why not to stay there unless the construction is complete, or I will update if they give me my points back for the second room (I paid full for the first one): 1) upon arrival we were notified that there was significant construction at the hotel and we would need to use the service elevator and use an alternate route to transit to the back part of the hotel (about a 5 minute walk) 2) rooms were fine, very clean 3) dinner at hotel was nice 4) I chose this hotel because I had a dog with me and thought the hotel was connected to the airport...it wasn't due to construction; nothing online noted that construction would make it very challenging to get a dog in a crate to the airport...it was VERY challenging 5) I was a Gold (now Platinum Elite) member and thought there would be breakfast...breakfast was 20 Euro 6) After breakfast, I walked back to my room (approximately 9 AM)--it was about a 15 minute walk due to the service people, and the construction people using the elevators... 7) When I got to my room, the key had been disabled (my checkout was 11 AM); nobody would let me in (I understand they were following protocol, no problem) 8) I called the front desk to see if I could avoid coming down to get a new key; they said no 9) 30 minutes later after walking to the front desk, dealing with the elevator situation, I was finally back in my room 10) The key was disabled, along with my digital key, so it wasn't due to magnetic interference 11) The staff told me that sometimes the system voids keys up to an hour ahead of expected checkout (I had said 1000 expected checkout) 12) I told the staff I thought I needed to pay for the second room; they said no; all is good. 11) Nearly missed my flight and I had to run through the airport with the dog in a crate and on a airport dolly 12) The hotel charged me 33K points four months later (after thinking they wouldn't charge me), and after contact two months ago about the payment error--where I responded with this story, and where I told them I'd pay with my corporate card (so I could be reimbursed). They never replied...FAIL.

Staff was very helpful, professional, and friendly. We were able to secure our luggage from the terminal parking lot to the hotel. Staff informed us of locations to eat and shop. They asked when we needed our luggage retrieved and brought to the terminal. They even were friendly with the kids. Rooms were really nice had all kinds of amenities. Problems; shower would turn hot to cold rapidly, and didn't really have fridge storage. Bed slept well.

Nice hotel and super location - good value. Not at the time of this writing (July 2023) some work is happening on the lifts/rooms that require a strange workaround path to access guest floors, not the end of the work, just awkward. also, the club is quite good with a nice dinner service and drinks from 5:30 to 8:00 p.m.

Location is all it has. My room was disappointing, decor was dated and some items were broken, paint was peeling, and the service at the restaurant in the lobby was very unwelcoming. 27 euro for a decent burger with bad service. Breakfast was very good and a great selection, but I and the other guests were rushed out the door 35 minutes before they closed. I have stayed at dozens of Sheratons around the world and this is the only one that I will not return to nor will I send my clients here. There are better options in the same area.

Good location, but abysmal customer service. The electricity was cut off during the night (probably a fried fuse), and I had to prepare for a very early flight with a phone flashlight (there was no-one at the reception). My girlfriend who had a later flight went to ask about it later, and instead of apologies got accusations about not reporting the issue earlier. If your product (a room with amenities) does not work, you're supposed to compensate the customer, not berate them. This is hospitality 101. Rooms are ok for the price.

I had an overnight stay at the Sheraton Frankfurt Airport Hotel on July 15, 2023, during a night flight change. The hotel's recent renovation created a fresh and modern ambiance, and my room was impeccably clean, providing a comfortable stay. The hotel's prime location near the airport was highly convenient for my overnight layover. I appreciated the peaceful atmosphere, allowing me to rest and recharge during my short stay. However, there were a few areas that could be improved. The check-in process was slower than expected, causing a slight delay upon my arrival. Additionally, locating the hotel's entry was challenging due to the lack of visible signage on the ground floor near the parking area. In terms of amenities, I was disappointed to find that there were no bathrobes and slippers provided in the room. This oversight diminished the comfort and convenience of my stay. Moreover, the water in the room remained cold despite attempting to warm it up as instructed by the staff. Unfortunately, I couldn't take a shower before going to sleep due to the cold water issue. Navigating to my room was a bit confusing initially, but the correct route was from E2 to E1 using the first elevator, followed by a short walk through the hall, and finally using the emergency elevator to reach the room floor. While the mini-bar in the room was empty, it didn't significantly impact my stay, as I only required a comfortable place to rest during my short layover. Additionally, I encountered a minor issue with the TV remote, which was quickly resolved by swapping the batteries. During check-out, I settled my bill with cash, but there was a mix-up in the payment process when the hotel attempted to withdraw funds from my card. This confusion caused some inconvenience. In summary, the Sheraton Frankfurt Airport Hotel offered a fresh and clean environment, which was suitable for my overnight stay during a flight change. The convenient location near the airport was beneficial, but improvements are needed in areas such as check-in efficiency, signage for the hotel entry, provision of bathrobes and slippers, water temperature control, and the payment process. Addressing these issues would greatly enhance the overall guest experience.

We’ve stayed here in July. It was ok. Oct 2021 Tonight we went to the Sheraton club and walking past the Sheraton front desk there is a strong toilet smell. The club is hard to find since Marriott shares space. Walked by once again the next morning and now it smells like something sweet as well as the same toilet smell.

My parents stayed at this hotel due to a flight interruption and the staff went above and beyond to make their stay pleasant. They accomodated all of our requests regarding my Dad's special health condition and were very professional on every contact that we had with them. We would like to specially thank Silke and her co-workers who managed my parents needs on that visit. Well-done Sheraton

One of best properties of Sheraton, Great ambience, floor Looby has starbucks and an open bar which gives a great vibes to relax. I would give 4 out 5 star to this hotel. Rooms are comfortable, view is perfect on both the sides. One side you can see the airport with colorful aircrafts. And the otherside you can see the Highway with beautiful sunset lighting.

Stayed here very often. Do even have a senior status with Sheraton. This location USED to have an excellent breakfast. Expensive but worth it. The new breakfast is a DESASTER. They charge an obscene amount of money for what should be luxury and the proximity to T1, however they've started remodeling which means to reach your room you have to take one elevator, hike to the conference center (which does have carpet in case you are dragging a wheeled bag) and then take an ugly, dinged up service elevator (see picture) up to a service area (see picture) which they didn't bother to clean. You would think if you are having guests walk through a service area that you would tidy up that first before starting the work in the rest of the building. The extra elevator eliminates the advantage of being close to the airport. The first room I had didn't even have working air conditioning. I know because I left it on for an hour and used my thermal imaging camera (see picture). The vent is the dark blue spot showing 75°F while the A/C controls were set to 15°C (not going to happen). Honestly the second room was not much better even though there was cooler air coming from the vents. Honestly it would be much cheaper and more convenient to stay by the main train station and take the train to the airport than to stay here. The only good thing was the nice woman who checked me in was very polite and friendly. Update: I woke up this morning to only cold water in the shower. When I told the front desk I could tell from her face that it happens often. She had to tell me a prepared speech about how it happens when the hotel is full (but part of it is closed for renovation) and everyone uses it at the same time they run out of hot water. No compensation was offered for the inconvenience. I honestly felt like I was robbed. To think they charge 289 Euro for the stay

Good hotel in a great location, easy to access. Staffing is very friendly and helpful. Suite was clean and large. Good equipped and very clean. Will come back. Also rooms were quiet and A/C unit did work well. Did get access to the Sheraton Lounge. Due to Covid selection was limited but enough for us. Person is charge was extremely nice, fun to talk to and clean space.

Location to terminal is amazing. Less than ten minutes from my room to airport check in. Wonderful. Restaurant and food prices at the hotel are extremely high. I was charged €32 for a breakfast that maybe should have been €15? Lots of staff working the breakfast room, but very inattentive. Food was average at best. Same with dinner. Decent food, but my dinner bill was €70 for soup, curry, and a cocktail. Nothing about the food and drink offerings warrant even half the price they’re charged.

Location, location, location! Easy access to the Frankfurt International Airport and a 5 minute walk to the train station. Not only are there many options for dining in the airport, but they also have room service and an Eatery open late hours. I really enjoyed their Fitness Center which had an amazing view of the Frankfurt Airport. Staff members were all friendly and helpful throughout my stay!

Great place to stay if you have an early morning flight. Sadly I only got to talk with the night clerk, but he got everything figured out for us. One of the main issues I had was that our flight was cancelled for the night and our baggage was under the plane. I was hoping they would have a mini store where we could buy toiletries like contact solution and deodorant. Sadly they don't carry these items or have a store nearby to purchase them. The rooms were amazing except that there wasn't a vent in the bathroom. So taking showers ended up steaming the whole room. But other than that I loved this stay!

Simple comfortable and functional hotel for those staying at the airport. You get a good bed, clean room, enough towels and good water pressure – all within a short walk to the terminal. There are a few toiletries but otherwise, it is a stark hotel made for layovers and early flights. The rooms are sound proofed so despite being attached to the airport, I never heard any airplane noise. Check in and check out at busy times can be chaotic with people rushing to catch onward flights. I checked in and out at the same time and just dropped off the room key the following morning avoiding the long line of guests and flight crew checking in/out. As a woman travelling alone, I REALLY appreciated the large metal bolt on the door – especially at night when there are guests coming and going at all hours down the long corridors. They had a restaurant on site called the Eatery which was inviting for the most part except for the fact that all guests had to walk through it to go to the airport bridge.

The hotel is great place to stay. The staff is super helpful and makes the check in easy - no stress. And, the location is quite convenient as the hotel is just walking distance from the airport. As soon as you exit the baggage claim, the hotel is just less than 2 minutes walk. The M lounge is very good and has very good food and drinks. I will stay here again.

Been here 2 hours. Nothing to complain about. Have a few observations: Check in was perfunctory. No smile, no welcome. First question was 'are you here for business or leisure?' Second question was 'can I ask when you're leaving in the morning?' I booked a club room, no detail of what that includes was mentioned so I asked. For information, both Marriott and Sheraton share an entrance, just take a flyover towards the station in T1. From there, follow the signs. Both are closer than the Hiltons. Room well appointed. You pay for the convenience. The heating is turned up to 125%, to the extent that tap water is either super hot or warm. No USBs are obvious, 2 are in the back of the TV. Thankfully there were UK plugs (2) so am able to use an adapter. Club access, easy. F&B is good. Looking forward to a good night's sleep before an early flight to Asia.
