The facilities are great, lagoon is amazing, decently kept rooms, tasty restaurant (especially the Thai!!), but don‘t come here and expect a calm night of sleep. I stayed here 5 weekends and every single time they had loud music pumping from a wedding in front of my room. Manger Mr. Manuel would promise me a calm night for my next reservation, move me to one end or the other, upgrade me to a suite, etc. but the noise is a constant here. So - come to enjoy the great facilities but stay away if you want to sleep :)

My husband and I spent a week here on our honey moon! The staff’s service was impeccable and we loved everything about the resort. The food at the breakfast buffet every morning was top tier! It’s also not far at all from numerous attractions like the Dubai Mall & Souks. We did not want to leave and we can’t wait to go back!!

I stayed at Pary Hyatt for 4 nights and it was absolutely lovely. Overall probably the best hotel I ever stayed at. What particularly stood out for me was the superior service and the friendliness of all employees I encountered. The hotel tries to make every bit of your stay as smooth and perfect as possible. Moreover, the entire complex is beautiful. I especially liked the adult pool. No better way to have a relaxing afternoon. Food, both in the restaurants and room service was also extremely delicious.

A very enjoyable stay in this property. Everyone is eager to help and all smiles. My main criticism is that you might get lost easily if you don't concentrate. Everything is a few corridors away. The room itself was a little old fashioned with not many, conveniently located power plugs, is as usual with older property. Otherwise it's clean and well maintained. I could stay here again because, by now, I kind of know the general layout of this hotel.

This low rise resort layout hotel is located 10mins away from the airport away from hustling bustling city. Top notch service was provided at every corner of my stay. Room and leisure facilities were well maintained. Tasteful restaurants and bars. Delightful walk around the premises. I enjoyed reading my book by the pool hearing birds singing above my head. Staff were attentive and friendly at all times.

This hotel deserves much more than 5 stars! The level of service, attention to detail and professionalism of staff were extraordinary. The hotel is located in the Port Saeed, the hotel boast a complex setting with with residential units and a golf resort. The whole area is lined with Palm trees and well kept gardens. Various restaurants and blocks of rooms linked together by bridges and walkways surrounding pools and bathing areas. I was lucky enough to have a room with a view over their private beach. The food and service was fantastic. I have never experienced a breakfast buffet quite like it, everything you can imagine! The whole experience was welcoming with exceptional service. An excellent hotel.

First of all a big thanks to Bharat for giving us a smooth check in, he was very friendly and he explained everything about our stay in the hotel. That is very professional and it’s nice to see a person who really enjoys doing his work. The rest of the staff were extremely good and professional too. We really enjoyed our stay, especially our room!

Regardless that the hotel is one of the best hotels I’ve seen, the staff are one of a kind. They are friendly, kind, and 24hrs available. As a guest speaker, my experience at this venue was quite positive. The hall was equipped with visible timers for speakers on stage, and the buffet offered delicious food. Although the venue is somewhat secluded, the event went smoothly, and I had a great overall experience.

Beautiful hotel with great service. Staffs are very friendly and helpful as well. One downside I would say is that the breakfast buffet didn’t feel very fresh to me. For that I am taking out a star. I think they could do better in providing fresher breakfast buffet. But wonderful staffs and well kept hotel. Definitely recommend it and wouldn’t mind staying there again. Though found it to be little far from downtown Dubai. In my opinion that was another downside.

My wife and I loved our stay at the Park Hyatt. The property is so beautiful you wouldn't want to leave. They have excellent restaurants, a cafe, a golf course, making it the perfect getaway for your relaxing vacation. Our favorite part of the trip was to sit by the creek deck and have food and drinks at Noepe, a Californian restaurant inside The property. We cannot wait to come back to Park Hyatt.

This is one of the best place I've ever been to in Dubai to chill and just hang out with friends. Although the foods are pricey but the view of the creek during sunset is captivating. You would fall in love with the place repeatedly. It's not far nor it's too crowded unless you go during the weekends. Highly recommended.👌👌👌❤️❤️❤️

From the moment we stepped out of the car, the service was nothing but perfection. Quersheed looked after us from start to finish as did all the staff. By far, this was the nicest Hyatt I have been to and I have been to many and it will be my fave hotel out of the whole Hyatt portfolio. From service, to front desk to the beautiful rooms, gorgeous pools, stunning breakfast buffet - this hotel has everything for families or business travellers. The adult pool reminds me of a beach club, the gorgeous kids pool with sand surrounding it, is just perfect for families and the third pool has the vibe of an Asian retreat. Went to the Park Hyatt Hotel in Dubai. We went for dinner at the Thai Restaurant. The entrance to the hotel is absolutely spectacular. The layout of this hotel is extremely inviting and has a very warm welcome. The setting is absolutely stunning with beautiful views of the Dubai skyline. Service and food was out of this world. An absolute must when in Dubai.

We had a wonderful stay at the Park Hyatt and would like to give special thanks to the staff of the hotel. We had an unfortunate event during our shopping tour of Dubai, but the Hyatt staff was with us all the way to help. Patrick and his team at the concierge service personally got involved and were able to assist us in resolving the issue. I couldn’t have thanked him more.

One of my favorite Park Hyatt properties. The view is great. Food at Twiggy and Cinamon Bazaar is fantastic. Lovely design and gardens. Nice pool. Only thing is the bed mattresses probably need an upgrade as they are quite stiff and the hair dryers need changing as they are weak.

Overall: a great hotel experience Pros: * Friendly staff * The most amazing food / all the restaurants were top tier * Clean rooms * Nice kid friendly pool / separate to the adults only pool * Amazing kids club & staff Cons: * We flew in at midnight with a child. The hotel mucked up our booking, claimed it was cancelled (Not true). We had prepaid for our entire hotel stay plus breakfast. They made us make a new booking, took ages at the reception desk, charging us a higher rate & requesting we seek a refund on our original booking. If it had not been so late at night checking in with a 3year old requiring a bed / sleep I would have walked out The next day the hotel admitted it was their fault & were not sure why the booking system messed up, The hotel layout is a chain of buildings which means long walks between pools, reception & restaurants.

What a lovely resort this is. The staff are absolutely incredible they each go above and beyond to make everything about your stay second to none. From the moment you arrive to the second you leave they are the most attentive, friendly, efficient and welcoming people. I can't honestly fault a thing. We came here as part of a conference that my husband was attending and it was organised to perfection. The hotel itself is stunning and has some really great amenities. The pool area is a lovely tranquil space and again the staff are always on point, there wasn't a visit that I wasn't greeted with a smiling face asking me where I wanted to sit, providing me with towels and an ice bucket with water. The beach pool is a lovely setting just far too hot for my liking if you like to sun worship and you're over 18 this place is for you. It's adults only. I started there earlier on and moved to the shaded pool as the day got later. This hotel is very conveniently located for the airport, it's slightly far from most other main attractions but has a metro stop nearby which I found really easy to use or there are always taxis around, use uber or careem. All in all we had a very relaxing stay and enjoyed this hotel immensely.

Will lay out my minor concern - the rooms start feeling a bit tired - smell, furniture. Everything else is great about the hotel: extremely helpful staff, great selection of restaurants, view from our room was absolutely lovely (someone's yacht, greenery, water).

I have never stayed in their hotel rooms but I have used their facilities. The gym, sauna, steam and pool were all amazing. They provide all your needs like towels, bathrobes and toiletries. Also all the staff were amazing especially in Amara. PS. Their hair dryer in the ladies bathroom is Dyson 🙌🏽

The Park Hyatt Creek is an exceptionally luxurious hotel that leaves no wish unfulfilled. We arrived very late, and the welcome and reception were exceptionally friendly. Adnan, the porter, escorted us to our room, which was both luxurious and spacious. My husband preferred a room on a higher floor, and the staff made the switch effortlessly. There was a welcoming gift of fruit, macarons, and wine waiting in the room. The entire hotel staff is incredibly well-trained and friendly. I was particularly delighted by the beautiful hydrangeas in my room yesterday; it was such a thoughtful gesture. We come from the hotel and hospitality industry ourselves, and the attention to detail and exceptional hospitality here have truly impressed us. At this point, I'd like to extend a big thank you to the entire team. We feel very much at home here. Furthermore, the breakfast buffet is extensive, offering everything one could desire. Additionally, there is a wide range of à la carte options. The hotel features various pools, including one for adults with fantastic music in an Ibiza-style atmosphere. Here, I must mention again that the staff is exceptionally friendly. The entire property is very well-maintained and clean.

AMAZING hotel to stay in if you’re visiting Dubai. The man made beach pool is absolutely amazing looking at Dubai skyline. There’s train station right in front that goes to burj Khalifa and it passes museum of the future and the frame. Service is top notch, bell people and front desk called us by our names as soon as we got out of the taxi. 10min from the airport so perfect hotel to stay in

This is a superb hotel by any standards. Casual, yet sophisticated, warm and inviting, yet professional. In a great location with an incredible beach style pool on the Dubai Creek and a central atrium pool for something more sheltered. Expect impeccable service, delicious food and extremely comfortable rooms at all times. Highly recommended.

This is an outstanding hotel. The staff is very friendly and forthcoming throughout the resort. Especially the team at the pool tries their very best to make your wishes become reality. The breakfast is very good in comparison to other hotels on that level. The only negative feedback we have is that most of the sunbeds at the Lagoon is now reserved for the private club. So as a hotel guest you struggle to find a place after 11am. The manager assured that they are working on it and we’re looking forward to our next stay.

Above and beyond! We had to postpone our honeymoon due to Covid-19. We are both senior physicians in major hospitals… we had a lot to do during the last 18 months… We had been guests at this hotel 2 years ago, just before we got married & wanted to come back because of the nice atmosphere (staff, service, dining etc. ). On our wedding anniversary & my birthday (same date) we had booked a special lunch with Transfer and all the options at the Burj Al Arab… $$$… through no fault of the other hotel (Burj Al Arab), everything went pear-shaped… no transfer, no reservation (even though viator.com had sent us confirmations - zero stars for viator.com…)… We were devastated. Totally disappointed and standing around in full gala dress… The staff from the Park Hyatt was wonderful! They did everything they could to resolve the problem. When it was apparent that nothing could be done, we were treated like royalty! They did everything they could to make this day a very special day for my wife and me! Champagne! Cocktails! Dinner invitation! Flowers! This was a truly wonderful day. All thanks to the staff of this great hotel.. We will definitely make the Park Hyatt our go-to address in Dubai for every future visit. Like I wrote - above and beyond all normal expectations!

I am able to say that this place is truly a hidden gem in Dubai. The hotel invests time to take care of the gardens and interior design which invites you to explore.

This was our first at the Park Hyatt Dubai although we have visited this hotel whilst we had rented the villas near the hotel some years back. Not expecting too much we arrived at the hotel with slight misunderstanding Akaya the front office manager took things in her hand and from there on things went very smoothly. I have stayed in many hotels around the world and in Dubai and this hotel is really amongst the best. Kudos to the management as they have done a great job. The hotel was fully booked but the service level was excellent. From bell desk, room service, laundry and house keeping par excellence. The great thing is that the property is not in the center so life quite chilled. I want to thank everyone for great service in the busiest of time in your hotel.

Absolutely beautiful hotel. Very different design from the rest of dubai so it's a nice a change of pace. Breakfast and brunch was very delicious and worth every penny. Excellent hotel choice for Hyatt members, the service was top notch.

We went for the Saturday buffet. Most of the food was excellent and there was a good variety to choose from. The outside stations and others in separate rooms gave it a nice feel. Service was an issue... virtually non-existent. One expects more for the premium price charged.

Park Hyatt Dubai provides all the lodging services, banquet venue, a mini golf course, hotel, villas and restaurants. This is a nice place if you are visiting or just want a place to stay around Diera Dubai. Its at creek bank, you can even rent yachts here for party or just cruise. They have the 5 star service. A little pricey on the budget but it serves the purpose and pricing can be justified given the facilities and privilege here. Roaming around in the area is quite easy as well. You can walk around easy, take your car or get limo service there easily. Parks are nice and clean. The bar their has all the options. In my experience it is was a 5-star experience.

Even the location is spot on: a buggy ride from reception and short walk to the Metro station, and only a short drive to the airport. itself a very nice hotel with extensive grounds and beautiful pools. Breakfast was delicious. Staff at the pool and restaurants were nice. Reception area depends who was there. Don't let yourself be transported to Block 4!!! A huge construction site that works from 7 a.m. until well after midnight. At the front desk they always say they are fully booked. We have stayed at the hotel for a very long time and know the scheming that they always put you in the block 4 building first. With complaints one is put off to the next day to change the room. The hotel should warn you before booking, that the cheapest room type is a room on a very noisy and sandy construction site. First video is in building 1. Second video in building 4

Amazing stay, cannot wait to some back again! We had a minor issue with the view from our room as there was maintenance happening outside our window. The front desk manager Karim Metwaly was so so helpful and made sure our stay was better than we could have imagined! The beach side rooms are just to die for, not forgetting the lagoon! In a nutshell Park Hyatt is excellent. Everything is fantastic, from palm trees to the multiple pools with artificial sand beaches to the excellent attention to detail in the rooms. But the cherry on the cake is definitely the highly professional and cordial staff members. The breakfast was delicious, with lots of options, I always looked forward to it during my stay. And the adult pool has such a lovely view of the creek with the Burj Khalifa in the distance, just breathtaking.

When you enter to the hotel, you feel like you are in some palace from fairytale) love ambience. Included beautiful spa and beautiful restaurants. Very nice and quit place for families and couples .
