The Hotel is on it's final phase of renovations, and you can tell the rooms have upgraded flooring and new bathroom fixtures.  The exercise room is surprisingly good, with multiple treadmills, other machines, free weights, mats and other equipment.  Pro tip: the exercise room includes a purified bottle filler so you can get fresh water anytime during your stay.  Finally the free breakfast is good (what you'd expect) but what surprised me is that they upen the grab and go breakfast area early (3AM) so you still get breakfast before an early flight.  All in a nice hotel 5-10 minutes from DEN airport. (Note there is a $12 parking fee per night)

Staying here now, booked because I have an early flight tomorrow and wanted to use their shuttle service. First shuttle at 4am was already full, next one 30 mins later is too late for me to make my flight in time. Spending an extra $30 for a Lyft to the airport which defeats the purpose. Inside the lobby and rooms are up to date but bathroom is not clean. Absolutely unacceptable I don’t even want to shower in here. Toe nails on the floor, boot prints in the tub, dirt on the sink counter. Walls are paper thin I can hear kids running upstairs and people next door having conversations - can hear every word. Wi-Fi is painfully slow. Don’t stay here there are a dozen other hotels within walking distance.

The night service desk was great! The room was great and very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and they had tons of hot options. They have an airport shuttle which you can sign up for the night before. Pleasant stay!

Words cannot describe how grateful we are to the staff here. They helped us find a room at 3am after a cancelled flight and accommodated a third party booking mistake. Room was clean and breakfast was great! Thank you again, front office manager Ally!!

Checked in very late, and Josh at the front desk was awesome! We were tired from traveling and he took care of us quickly and was very accommodating to our late arrival. The rooms are nice and clean, good amenities, good breakfast and plenty of coffee.

Our bedspread was dirty upon arrival. The following morning we left our hotel around 10:00 and came back at 4:00. Our room had never been touched. The front desk told us the manager fired several housekeepers and they only had two working. We immediately cancelled the remainder of our stay, and went the Hampton Inn. We were treated so well at the Hampton inn.

The hotel is immaculately clean, the room was comfortable and spacious, the breakfast was good, and the staff was friendly. Unfortunately, the noise issue was bad enough to turn a 5-star review into a 1-star review. The walls have no sound insulation, and the staff is unable to do anything about the numerous inconsiderate guests who made a lot of noise into the early hours of the morning. I barely slept during my stay. The hotel would do well to hire additional security.

I stayed here back in October 2022, because I had some rewards points. My stay was uneventful, the staff was professional and helpful, but the reason for my rating was based on the room. There was some questionable stains on some furniture and in tub. I happened to spill some water on the bathroom floor and wiped it up with the towel, and the towel was so dirty afterwards. Overall decent stay cleanliness a little questionable. Also cell phone and Wi-Fi service is terrible because it’s so close to the airport.

The hotel is good with no major issues that I have come across. I need to make a shout out to an employee. Taylor!!!! Taylor is amazing and extremely helpful. I stay at this location once a month for my job. Every time I check in I am excited to see Taylor. She is kind, helpful, empathetic and is always willing to go the extra mile to help with what ever is needed. She is very respectful and accommodating with anything you need. She by far makes the process so easy. I hope she is appreciated with her employer as much as I appreciate her customer service. I will always book here and feel appreciated because of her. I can have not bad about this hotel. We were tired without a place to stay, had reservation at a another hotel was not aware Check in was at 3 next day least to say it was 12am. Julie from front desk went above and beyond to make sure we got in asap. Basic breakfast, rooms were nice and clean. In general great staff, great rooms and cozy eating area. 100% will be visiting again and recommended. Great job!

If your flying in or just spending the night waiting to fly not too bad of a location. Gas station and dispensary 20 feet from the front door...... that said, we got free early check-in. The rooms are not as good as I thought for the price but worked. Was a little sketched as the family or whoever owns it was in a group at the front desk every time I went out to smoke. Just going off the vibe. All in all would stay there again in a pinch,but nothing to write home about.

Far as is goes no frills but did the job... 10 minutes from car rental return outside DIA. Was greeted courteously a d processed quickly...no delay. My only downside was the room was by the elevator so I could clearly hear a ding every time...turned HVAC fan to always on and drowned it out

Awful check in experience as a young woman traveling alone. Woman working the front desk had an attitude immediately, did not pay attention to the spelling of my name despite having my ID and repeatedly tried to have me pay for someone else’s room: simply due to her mistake and lack of attention to detail. It should not be difficult to check in for a reservation paid for in advance.

Our flight from Newark Airport to Denver had been delayed 3 times. Communicating with the night auditor at the Holiday Inn Express was very kind and assured us our room would be held. We arrived exhausted at 1:30 a.m. Arranged for the shuttle to the airport in a few short hours. We appreciate the helpfulness. Thank you

Our bed was remade with the same dirty sheets throughout our 5 day stay. The rooms were also not soundproofed very well as we could hear the tv next door all evening.

I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Express Denver Airport and had a great experience. The hotel was comfortable, offering all the amenities I needed for a pleasant stay. The free shuttle service to the airport was incredibly convenient, making my travel arrangements hassle-free. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Denver.

As soon as I walked in the door I was so pleased. The air freshener was so nice and pleasant. My family and I checked in on Thursday 9 Nov at 1100. I don't remember her name but the young lady that checked us in was very professional and nice. She made sure we were all on the same floor near each other. (Thank you for that) 👍🏽. Our rooms were very nice and roomy. The maid service provided us with clean towels the next day. Breakfast 🥞🍳was also nice. Everything was clean and neat. I'm in love with the Cinnamon rolls 😍. Our stay at the newly renovated Denver Airport Holiday 🏩 Inn was marvelous. Thanks and see ya again soon.

Rooms have linoleum and no carpet so they feel fresh and clean. Quiet as this is a hotel people primarily use for the airport...not many kids and no pool. Went to eat at the restaurant across the parking lot and it was fantastic! Disappointed the shuttle couldn't drop us off closer to our destination at the airport. Opposite side of our check in. My mother is disabled and needed assistance and a wheelchair. We found one but that was pure luck. Driver was nice and helped her in and out of the shuttle. Guess it was a learning experience for us all.
