Rooms were comfortable, fairly modern and pretty quiet for such a central location. I was initially skeptical of the 'minimalist' clothes hanger but it worked perfectly for the week I was there. The shower uses a water-saving head but still pretty refreshing after a long day. Initially my room heater was broken but it was fixed immediately by an engineer as soon as I told the front desk, who were always friendly and helpful. The heated rooftop pool, poolside bar and games room is really a great feature, especially if you can get a room on the 5th floor of the tower building where they are located. Pay attention when the front desk tell you which building your room is in so you don't repeat my mistake of trying to get into the wrong room! Fitness facilities are pretty decent - I think the complimentary gym had every type of resistance machine ever made, plus plenty of bikes and treadmills, but only one aging rowing machine (Concept 2, but definitely in need of a service!). A few free weights but no barbells. The breakfast buffet is tasty but quite expensive, while the Yard House restaurant has several reasonably priced and tasty options for lunch or dinner. There are also plenty of other restaurants nearby. Gluten-free options: the breakfast buffet is clearly labeled for allergens, with a decent selection available every day. The Yard House do gluten free buns or lettuce wrap burgers, as well as special versions of several other dishes (and two gluten free beers to choose from). The conference facilities are good and they have plenty of large meeting rooms organized in a fairly centralized way, making meeting up with colleagues pretty easy even at a large meeting. The alcohol prices at conference events are pretty extortionate, but that seems to be the case everywhere.

I work in the hospitality industry in a busy mountain town in Colorado so am very aware of the industry and the challenges it brings. In saying that, I try to be reasonable and understanding when staying in hotels. Before even checking in, we found that we had to pay $45 to park at the hotel parking garage for the night. Why when you are paying to stay somewhere do you need to pay an additional $45 to park your vehicle? At no time during booking were we made aware of the parking situation, would be nice to know when booking! The common areas and lobby are beautiful and the staff checking us in were nice. When we arrived to our room, I did a walk through of the room and bathroom. I discovered hair all over the shower wall and pubic hair on the shower floor. The back of the toilet had urine and hair on it. The bathroom floor was dirty. My husband and I were exited to use the outdoor “heated” pool but upon going to use it, it was freezing! It was 30 degrees outside, the pool is outdoors but a complete miss advertisement of a “heated” pool! When we left the pool after deciding it was too cold to swim in, we checked out the game room, then the laundry area.We saw some sort of thermostat exposed with no cover over it in the laundry room. Appears like bit of a hazard (see photo) What we hoped would be a nice stay in a nice hotel was very disappointing for the price we paid. Could have easily stayed for free with friends as opposed to spending $$$$$$ for a dirty bathroom and cold pool.

This is not necessarily a review of the hotel itself. I am currently living in a peer supported sobriety community in downtown Denver. The men here are all battling a combination of drug and alcohol addiction issues, and are all in desperate situations. Many are unemployed and have no access to outside friends or family over the holiday season. The Sheraton was nice enough to cater in an absolutely magnificent Christmas dinner of prime rib and wonderful side dishes as well as delicious desserts for all of the residents here. All of the staff members were friendly and supportive of everyone here and the food was delicious. To me, that speaks volumes about the generosity and caring that comes from the entire business as a whole, from the door men to the board of directors. We all here will forever appreciate the kindness and support we were shown by the Sheraton and it's staff. If you want to support a business who actually cares about and gives back to the community. Please by all means if you plan on staying in downtown Denver, consider booking with the Sheraton.

A great hotel for hosting conferences. Ample conference rooms and space available. Rooms are very comfortable and quite sound proof. You will have a good sleep here, which is very nice, especially when dealing with Jet lag. Location is decent and is quite central. The staff are very friendly and food was okay. Some days the food was great and some days they weren’t, but based on the size of the crowd, it might have been tricky for them to cope.

We stayed there for a conference and we enjoyed it. The room was nice with a very comfortable king bed. It was on the smaller side but we had everything we needed. They have plenty of venues for conferences, however some rooms are very difficult to find. Elevators are really slow so it took forever to move from one floor to another. They have a restaurant inside with many options and the bar is nice even if the cocktails are okay and expensive. We really appreciated that they allow dogs so we could take our chihuahua everywhere. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

This is a very nice hotel. The facilities in grounds are well-maintained and clean. It was a very safe and secure feeling in and around the hotel. The rooms were not very big but adequate for my needs. They were not set up for business related activities. That would be my only complaint. The staff was professional and friendly and quite helpful.

From afar this hotel looks nice but once you are staying here you notice all of the imperfections and inconveniences that simply make the stay not worth it. Have been here for a week attending a conference and had issues with television (which was looked at but NEVER fixed), curtains not opening/closing for two days (maintenance came but didn't complete the job and we had to put in another request the next day), bathroom barn doors style that do not close all the way, and don't get me started on the sleepless nights due to the noise from elevator, extremely loud air/heating system, and the sinking mattress that leaves us with sore backs and hips. So much potential here but it definitely doesn't live up to the price tag as our stay has been miserable. We are excited to leave. Two stars for a couple of staff members that were very helpful.

Stopped in for a work conference so I can only speak to that experience and not the hotel rooms. Plan to Walk quite a bit. I think we used every floor and available room in the Tower side. Great experience, the rooms were cozy, some of the best chairs I've ever experienced at a work conference. The sound audio and visuals were easy to understand and every room had plenty of water available. Plus you are so close to shops and other options right in walking distance.

Typical hotel with hotel amenities. Staff were friendly and informative! Rooms are a nice size and comfortable bed. Can ask for a complimentary room microwave (when available). This hotel offers many amenities such as a bar, restaurant, and a Top Golf simulation experience. Right on 16th Ave and many restaurants! The Denver Pavilion is just a block away. Great for any downtown experience.

we enjoyed the stay, its close to everything and the game room has one pool table. the lobby was beautiful and you get a welcome bag. Paying $45 for parking is ridiculous. The room was really nice. Windows don't open. Toilets are really low to the ground. I recommend it.

Stayed here recently for 1 night- overall a very pretty, clean hotel. I always check for bed bugs when I enter a hotel room, by lifting up sheets and mattress and checking all around bed/ furniture. Very clean and no bed bugs! Bathroom was nice, plenty of towels. Interesting because it clearly used to be an older hotel ( we stayed in the Tower) but the rooms are 100% updated in cool grays and blues with new furniture. Had a drink at the bar, it was good. Also the gentleman in the gray suit, that checked us in at the front desk was very professional. Overall a great experience and I'd like to stay here again.

I came here in January 2022 for a real estate conference and stayed for two nights. As a Titanium member, I get upgraded occasionally, and luckily, I was upgraded to a suite in the tower. It has an interesting layout that I would say is for entertaining people. I did a video tour and put that on YouTube. The bathroom was very large and the bedroom was nice and quiet. But, there was an L shaped entertaining room that would be good for a Happy Hour with clients or something like that? :-) Also, it had a nice view during the day and at night of the Civic Center park and art museum, etc. Mountain views out the bedroom window. The hotel is great, we had a drink and tried a burger and an appetizer at the bar and we were given breakfast tickets to the buffet and it was great and the server was very kind! The conference was held here and it was also very good. The lunch was great - I really like the dressing on the salad and the healthy feel of the lunch. Dessert was good too! We parked offsite and walked two blocks. Overall, a great stay and experience with all the things I got to do/try. Thanks!

Very nice hotel. EXCELLENT location. Great convention facilities and capacity. Good exercise room. Nice outdoor heated pool, though not quite warm enough to temp me. I really wish it had a few hot tubs. None that I could find. I'd take hot tubs over a swimming pool, personally. Good restaurants on site and many in close proximity with so many more if you walk a block or more. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Jay at the reception was an absolute angel at check in and gave the most amazing room of the entire hotel I think!!!! Huge ceilings, super spacious and so far so GREAT! Gym is big and loads of machines, could have more weights though

Do NOT use their valet services. They will charge you for a full day if you use them for an hour, no matter what they tell you, and they'll try to trick you into paying twice - once over text and again when you check out. I've raised this issue with customer service and they refuse to refund me for the double payment, the overpayment, AND the fact that they charged me for parking on a day I wasn't even THERE. Horrible service. I expect better from the Sheraton. My membership number won't be seeing use again.

I arrived with my infant, hoping for a quiet space to nurse and let him rest. However, our room wasn’t ready, and waiting over an hour was tough and frustrating. The offered solution, a cramped lobby pod with a glass door and single stool, lacked empathy. This experience leaves me hesitant to return. Furthermore, finding stained crib sheets added to the disappointment. It’s disheartening when such critical details are overlooked.

I couldn't connect for almost an hour. Complete incompetents who are asking me if my battery is charged and telling me what it's supposed to do. Hey, you're charging $350/night to business travelers. Get people who can run a network, Room is very short of electrical outlets. I have to unplug the clock to use my cpap. One outlet near the work table so I can't plug in my phone and computer. No restaurant for breakfast. Starbucks with surly counter staff charges $30 for bad bacon and eggs and coffee. Pickup in shopping bag. 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel in the bathroom. I could go on. What a horrible hotel.

Great place to stay in Denver. The room was huge and clean, with an awesome walk-in shower. The service was great. I could not find the pool. I should have asked. Conference rooms were across the street, but difficult to navigate as the building is divided up into different floors and sections. Some elevators went to specific floors, but not all the ones needed. Escalators were turned off. Some were blocked off. That was very weird and unprofessional to navigate.

Great atmosphere and mostly friendly staff. They get testy with you when you smoke next to ash can but you are still in view of their front doors. Maybe some very clear signs posted would stop the occasional staff member from being hasty in asking guests to move.

The Sheraton lies downtown in the heart of the business district off of the 16th Street area where the shopping and restaurants are located. Today, the hotel had a fall October fest with some local merchants. Staff was on hand and greeted people with smiles. The hotel has two large towers. The rooms are all new and so I am sure there is not a bad room other than an obstructed view. There are a few items that need to be addressed. 1) There are zero hooks in the bathroom even to hang clothes or a bathrobe. 2) The hand towel is too low and so it hangs halfway onto the sink counter. 3) The club lounge is missing the dessert service from 7:30-9:30 like other Marriott properties. 4) There is no cappuccino machine in the club lounge, but there is one for a fee at the bar. One other concern I had, but this might just be me. The bed was so hard to sleep on that it was not comforting. Just seemed too firm for me.

My 6-month old daughter really enjoyed her experience staying at the Sheraton - my wife and I did as well. Staff was incredibly friendly, kind, and attentive. Room was very comfortable and well appointed. Close walk to the conference center, nearby restaurants, and shops. The only downside was being placed in a double when we had booked a King bed. Thanks for the memorable stay!

Rooms are up to date and nice. Conference rooms were a notch better than the usual. Conference support folks were super. Location is great for restaurants and not too far from all sorts of other things. Prices for rooms seem to vary wildly.

We stayed in this location for a week. The room we got in the plaza building was super clean and spacious. However, it was on the opposite side of where the elevators are located which meant a very long walk from your room to reach the elevator. We had a two year old and my wife was pregnant so It wasn’t very convenient. Parking is a rip off. $50 a night! An expense that we were not aware of. And that’s a lot of money if you’re staying for more than a day or two. If you’re not into going to bars and fine diners this place isn’t worth it specially with kids. Staff overall was really nice and helpful. The outdoor patio area was my favorite spot to have coffee early in the morning.

Great place in the heart of downtown! Clean and comfortable rooms, common areas were all very clean. I was so impressed with the hotel for such a great price. Would absolutely categorize as a 4 star hotel. The lobby has great seating areas throughout and dining areas as well as a Starbucks and bar. Only con was Valet was incredibly expensive at just over $50 for the night.

I was really blown away by this hotel. I chose it for an extended family gathering with several kids (ages 10-11). The pool was fantastic for all: great outdoor furniture, a bar, ping pong and -- icing on the cake -- a fabulous DJ over Labor Day weekend. The free breakfast buffet was way better than average. Starbucks in the lobby from 6 am, a huge gym with Pelotons...honestly, I couldn't have asked for much more. I never even leave reviews but feel compelled because we had such a great time.

Very nice clean and spacious rooms. Cool vibe. Friendly and helpful staff. A special thank you to Chris from valet staff who was clutch during a time sensitive situation upon my arrival. Much appreciated! Valet manager Brian was helpful too.

Simply not worth it. I understand it’s the long weekend when I booked my stay. I’ve been a titanium elite member before and now a platinum elite, but 1. My suite night awards was not acceded. 2. I requested an early check in and when I arrived at the check in time, the room wasn’t ready. 3. I was promised an upgrade with options of a 1 Bedroom executive suite or a larger room with oversized beds, but when I checked in several hours later, I was given just the regular one. 4. No welcome gift or points added as promised for elite members 5. Behavior of the front desk was rude. I choose not to stay here again, I don’t see any value with Marriott membership. There are other hotels in the same vicinity, I would choose them and also support local and small businesses.

Good location. Easy to walk to other businesses and restaurants. The hotel has a good option of restaurants in bars. The lounge area is great for watching sports. The rooms seem updated with a nice TV. We did have some weird water stains near our bed. The sheets had some stains that were not from our stay.

The hotel and associated areas are incredibly nice, tastefully designed and up-to-date. We came for a stay-cation, specifically for the pool — but would say it wasn’t really worth it. The pool is large and there are great, resort style lounges but the sun doesn’t really fully shine on the pool area until around 1pm — due to the taller buildings. The hotel advertises the pool as heated but the water is really cold - even in June. If you go for the pool just know that later afternoon is really the best time to enjoy it. Everything is kept really clean and there are plenty of towels. Has potential if you can catch it on the right day.

Over all good stay at a modern hotel for the price. Great location walking distance to 16th street food, downtown art museum and more. The room design is slightly flawed with a barn sliding door on the bathroom that does not give total privacy with no fan in the bathroom. Water pressure great with modern removable shower head. Beds are very comfortable. Rooftop pool a plus, wish they came way more frequently to take towels as we were there and no towels were available so maybe bring a towel from your room to be safe, as the hotel is large to walk through! Over all we really enjoyed our stay

I have gone to quite a few conferences. This hotel/conference center was by far the best I've been to. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean. The rooms were nice, clean and quite. There was a convenient and well-stocked gift store in the lobby that had everything I needed, including a travel-friendly down jacket, umbrellas and tooth paste. The food served at the conference was superb. I was there for two different conferences and the hotel served healthy options for both. For example, for several meals they served salad. The lettuce was so fresh it was crunchy, with no chemical preservative taste. I can't find lettuce that fresh in the grocery store. The salad dressings tasted home made and were healthy and delicious. Portions were generous. The hotel had lots of options so eating eight meals there was not boring or repetitive. The first conference had over 200 attendees and the second conference was probably close to 400 attendees. Nicely done thank you.

There are little things that bothers me about this hotel. Let's start with the good. It's upscale, looks amazing, and is in the heart of the city so you can navigate really easily. The staff is also super friendly! However, the downsides are as follows: No microwave in the rooms, but there is a tiny fridge. I've been in lower end hotels and they had both. This only bothered me when my friend and I brought food back to the room and had no way to heat it up. Next, parking is Hella expensive at about $40 a day, so it's better to find a daily rate that's reasonable elsewhere. Last but not least, the hotel is divided by two buildings, with the second taller one called "the tower" figuring out how to get to my room or the garage was a bit of a struggle the first day because I wasn't aware the second set of rooms were in the tower and you had to cross a bridge and take a second elevator to get there. Getting back to the car was annoying because I had to walk down hall, take elevator down, cross the bridge, then take the second elevator to the basement levels. If you forget something in your room you won't be able to quickly make it there. Outside of that, I had a great time and a peaceful stay.

Make sure to use Hoᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking any place. This web site will compare countless booking websites and normally will have prices much cheaper compared to others! Thank me later on! This resort is one of the best in this area. I have been staying here for a very long time. If you stay for a few days you for sure won't be disappointed. Very nice clean and spacious rooms. Cool vibe. Friendly and helpful staff. A special thank you to Chris from valet staff who was clutch during a time sensitive situation upon my arrival. Much appreciated! Valet manager Brian was helpful too.
