I have rarely ever been this angry about a hotel in my life. I have always heard bad things about a motel, but never thought it was this bad. While the room online says 79 dollars for a room, with all the fees and taxes, it cost over 120 dollars for the room. Walking outside of the motel, there are literally walls peeling off as I was walking. Handles rusting. The room had so much smoke even though we ordered a non-smoking room. There was a cigarette hole on my bedding sheet. It's unbelievable. They did gave us two queens size beds and the mattress and the pillow was at least comfortable. Walk into the shower room, the floors are cracked at the corner, the shower has strange black spots in the middle. House keeping felt non existence. This place also feels unsafe, there are dubious characters around , doors slams , and yelling near my room. Funny enough the bathroom door doesn't even have a lock. When I tried to shut the door, the door was so tight I couldn't open it back up, so we had to leave the door open when we used the bathroom. The soap bar they give you it's pretty gross and smells pretty bad. The whole room felt like it has not been updated for at least 40 years. The lady checking us in was friendly at least. My friend and I decided to leave right after we got up the next day , because of how horrible this motel was . Please don't spent your money here, it's really not worth it. There are plenty of other hotels to check out near the area. We didn't do our research and ended up booking motel 6 since we thought it was the cheapest option. It's not worth it. The motel next to it also looks dubious and scary, please go somewhere else. There is a bridge across from the motel 6 and has various lodging option that could not possibly be worse than motel 6.

Booked a non smoking room, when i arrive they told me non smoking rooms were sold out? After some prodding somehow a non smoking room was available 15 minutes later. Once I get to the room still smells like smoke, what a surprise 😒🚬

This Motel 6 provided myself and my family with a very warm and comfortable stay! I was treated with the utmost respect from the attentive staff. As well as was highly satisfied with the cleanliness of the rooms and establishment. Good quality. Good prices. Plenty food within the area. Will be returning for my next stay. Thanks Annette

This place is great. No hundreds in deposit on your debit card, like other places that you won't get back for several business days after you leave. The rooms are clean and good size. They even smoking rooms and non-smoking rooms. The only thing I would say to make it better would be a microwave in every room instead of one in the vending area to share. The staff are great and very helpful. Great room for a great price

This is definitely a place to stay for the desperate and broke. Unfortunately I am broke. The service was not very good and even though I had a reservation, the lady at the desk was yelling about how the cleaner isn’t cleaning fast enough and they have limited selections. I got a room though and that wasn’t an issue for me. When I got to the room there were mystery liquids on the counter with stained sheets. The cleanliness was definitely not on par. The location is also pretty bad. Not a good place to be at night.

I stayed at the Airport location over a month ago, and because the room was clean and just what one should expect with paying an awesome price that's offered here I would stay again. But what, or I should say, who really sealed the deal for me on a satisfied experience and the confidence I have, if in the future I need somewhere to stay around there again, Jennifer's customer service while I was checking in and being so helpful and friendly made it an easy pick. Thank you Jennifer! You were awesome and just what every business should strive to have in an employee. Hope I see you again! You're the best!

We found a black widow spider in room after we were there about 20 minutes. Called management and told them we wanted to be reimbursed since we were going to stay at a different hotel. Called corporate office. They were supposed to call me but never did. The door looked like it was hit by hammers. It was all bashed in. There was an overflowing trash can right by our door. And this was 9 pm. The room stunk.

Andrea D. the night auditor at this location was AMAZING!!! HOTELS.COM MESSED MY ENTIRE reservation up and it took two hours, 4 phone calls and a lot of patience to get me in my room... Most front desk workers would have given up probably hours before that especially since it wasn't motel 6 or her mistake it was hotels.com, but she stuck through it and made it WORK and she even paid 2$ for me it was incredible. She made sure the horrible experience I had with hotels.com had a happy ending and I appreciate her so much! Andrea is the greatest! Thanks girl!

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone! First they made a mistake with our reservation. Then we finally get to the room and there are at least 15 flies flying around and some on the bed. Also fruit flies in the bathroom. The worst part was the smell, it smelt musty and like something died. In addition it had a stale cigarette odor lingering even though we requested a non-smoking room. I couldn't even stay in the room for more than a few minutes. Also the hand towel had stains on it and there was no shampoo or conditioner. We cancelled our reservation and stayed somewhere else.

I understand you get what you pay for but for $100 I was not expecting the towels to be stained, water working sporadically, the buildings look like heck, room smelled like smoke even though we asked for non smoking and some very shady characters loitering in the parking lot drinking. Not sure how this joint has 3 stars. Front desk was very courteous not if the rest could pass the muster… skip!

This motel 9 has always been decent. The rooms have always been clean, I've notied noticed the last 5 or 6 times I visited since June of 2023. They are getting hit with cockroaches now. Didn't have those till recent that I noticed. The staff is pleasant and helpful.

It was an excellent stay because Vernni, that works the front desk at night, was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were quiet and clean. If I could recommend one change though to the actual motel property, it would be to have 24 hour access to the laundry facilities. Not everyone keeps the normal daytime schedule. Other then that one little complaint, I'd definitely recommend this motel to anyone and everyone.

I have stayed in over a hundred Motel 6’s throughout my life and have never had a bad experience until this time which was absolutely horrendous. The front desk staff (both ladies) had a terrible attitude (with other guests and myself). I booked my room for one night 2 weeks in advance for a queen non-smoking room. When I got there to check in, the girl helping me at the front desk said all they had were smoking rooms with a queen bed or non-smoking with 2 double beds. I had proof of my reservation with me. What is the point of reserving a room in advance if the room is not going to be held for you?? Listening to other guests checking in at the same time, it was the same story being told to everyone. Then the front desk girl tried to tell me that I was going to have to pay $7 EXTRA for the DOWNGRADED bed size. I refused this and actually inquired about getting a partial refund for what I paid since the room was downgraded from what I reserved. At this point she was extremely rude and just checked me in without saying anything about what room she was checking me in to. I got up to the room and it was in fact a double bed room. I went back down to again request a partial refund since this is not what I reserved. At this time the other girl, with many other guests in the check-in area, YELLED that I could take the room I was given or get a refund and leave. I requested to speak to management but it was too late at night (~9pm) so they were not around. Given the belligerence of the front desk staff, I left and went back to the room to speak with my boyfriend. He then went back downstairs to the desk where the girls were again extremely rude. He requested that we receive the refund for the room, at which time they told him that wasn’t an option anymore and then the staff member WALKED OFF as he was trying to speak with her. My boyfriend used to work in hotels (as front desk staff and then as a sales manager) and this is the most obscene behavior either of us have ever witnessed. I attempted to find a phone number online to speak with someone (customer service, etc) and it was after hours so I was unable to do so. I left an online message and asked someone to please call me (or at least email me) to further discuss this experience and have still not heard from anyone. Again, I have stayed at tons of Motel 6’s and have never had a problem before now. I again would appreciate someone reaching out to me to discuss this experience and I highly recommend finding new front desk staff at this location specifically. They have no business working in customer service with the attitudes they showed that night. Other than this, minus the bed size, the room itself was as expected for a Motel 6 (which is fine for me). Cleanliness was fine. The area itself is definitely sketchy and there were quite a lot of people just hanging around outside into the night, but this was not what I had issues with.

Needs to be updated and most everything was worn out, old and some things broken. Smell is bad. Needs new paint all the way round. The shower floor stained...didnt see any bugs which was a plus. Price was ok but should be lower considering the worn out flat mattress. Service A+ . Lady working front desk was fast and friendly...thank you. Give her a raise!!

it was honestly not as bad as I thought, just get a no smoking room if you are looking for the absolute best quality of room. Otherwise they have all the amenities I needed. Bring your own toiletries they only provide bar soap.

Got stuck at Denver airport for over 26 hours, just needed a place to rest for a few hours. Beds were filthy. Didn’t seem to be in a great area. Wanted new sheets and there was no blankets, so I called down to the office and had to walk outside the building and down to the office to get them at almost 2am. And they still had very suspicious stains on them. Paid almost 400$ to stay here, won’t be doing that again. They had a very clearly broken cord that they had shoved into the back of the tv, which obviously didn’t work. There were clear signs that drug activity had been going on inside the room. The phone and desk inside the room were filthy. If I didn’t need sleep so bad I would have left. I slept on top of some of my clothes that I laid out on top of the bed so I wouldn’t have direct contact with the sheets and pillows. Disappointed.

the only reason for the 2 stars is b/c of the front desk staff that I interacted with was extremely friendly and helpful. BUT I was nervous about the location -heard several gun shots in the middle of the night -extremely noisy busy street! The worst part was NO HOT WATER. my sink was also completely clogged. It was just me and my sink was filled to the brim with water I had used washing my hands and brushing my teeth. I did book it 2 weeks in advance with a very reasonable price of $79 -same rooms were renting for $178 the night I stayed.

No issues with staff, they were great over the 2 days. Location does not feel particularly safe, but there was a private security vehicle there so that's something positive. The bed (room 207 or 203, can't remember, if any staff/management are reading) was pretty awful. One side was almost completely collapsed in on itself. The other side of the bed was fine, but if I wasn't traveling alone, someone would have had a bad night's sleep.

The room was cleaned, fresh towels, soap, the staff was very accommodating. The lady had literally just cleaned room prior to us checking in. Asked name she said vernni she’s good at what she does. Great place to stay if you’re passing through Aurora Colorado.

You should stay here only if you have no other options. The only draw here is that it’s the last place to fill up. You may like the price but the rooms are scary. Nothing about the room felt welcoming. The AC was so loud I thought I would lose hearing. I decided to forfeit my second night - I needed to get some sleep. One thing is good here: the staff are very nice and they care.

Traveling state to state and I have to say Motel 6 is great for dogs, clean linen, hot showers and comfortable rooms nearly all of the time. This place is probably the best in the area. People don’t always understand that some people travel with pets - without drama. This place has the least of it and a lovely staff. If you’re a low drama person, you’ll sleep well here. :)

Management is very respectful and kind. Maintence man is on point and handles issues very quickly. I recommend this location 10/10

I am so pleased and impressed with how helpful and kind the staff are at this establishment. I was able to book over the phone with ease and when I arrived an hour later, everything was all set to go. After what had been a rough day at the airport, it was great to have no problems and feel like my needs were met. It’s those little details that make a big difference. I will definitely come back and would recommend this motel 6 to all.

This motel 6 has gone far and beyond what anybody could imagine a motel 6 would be. They definitely leave the light on for you the rooms are phenomenally clean. Marisol at the front desk is fast friendly and one of the best front desk staff to deal with. Motel 6 up I will be back again and again and again.
