We've been coming here for 15 years or more every January for a show at the convention center next door. We took a couple of years of for the pandemic. Unfortunately I think much of Denver and this hotel did too...and never came back. The hotel staff is friendly. But the property is getting quite dated. Many little things that are starting to stand out. Fixtures dated and hanging on barely...carpet in serious need of update...furniture thats seen better days. Restaurant not open for dinner. Mini market ran out of multiple breakfast items early. Or you can get the almost 30 dollar breakfast buffet and be the only ones in the room. Room service menu extremely limited now. Forget about hot food really except for chicken fingers. Add in 60 bucks a day to park. And honestly there's nothing special to these rooms that you can't find for literally half the price at just about any decent chain hotel out there. You're paying for what used to be location and convenience / access. Also have to say that downtown Denver is a fraction of its former self. Many businesses gone and storefronts empty. Streets much dirtier than I remember. Restaurants we've been eating at for many years gone. Others just closed and locked up sitting empty. And WAY more homeless on the streets than I remember in the past. Kinda sad, really. We love this place. Hope things start to bounce back.

Very impressive Hyatt in central Denver. Had a suite which was really nicely appointed. Bed was excellent and the room was extremely clean. It’s at a great location next to the convention center and walking distance to many good spots. We had complementary breakfast which was fine but nothing particularly special. The bar area in the breakfast area was esthetically very impressive with cooper piping. The other coffee/bar area near the lobby was also quite nice. I definitely would consider this hotel again if in the area.

I give this place 5 stars on all aspects. Great great location! A walk, scooter, bike ride from anything downtown. Did not have to drive the car once. Service was very on point and polite. Great gym facility and very cool hot tub outside with great view. Will definitely book here again when visiting downtown Denver

Our 5 yr son has been begging to go into a skyscraper for months, we were very happy to to check prices and see that somehow this place was slightly more than our usual type of place. The booking part was a bit confusing but we managed. We were able to select a higher floor. When we arrived here my husband checked us in and was happy to see we got floor 17 he told the check in employee about our only reason for staying and the awesome employee changed our floor to 33 with amazing views. Parking was a stressful thought for us we ended paying for their self parking which is pricey for one night. Walking into the building was very wonderful and shocking to us, so large and clean and the tiles so shiny. Just speechless on our view, beyond what I expected The creature of ours ate his dinner on the ledge and stared out the windows for the longest time. The pool was advertised as having views but it doesn't, the pool could be warmer. The outdoor was outside again no views to be had I recommend hitting the hot tub well before 7pm, that's when it got busy in their. Back to my main part. The rooms are very nice everything was cleaned, the room came with great amenities, you'll find a complimentary bottle of water as well. The pillows are perfect, the bed was comfortable (better than what we are used to at other places) My only "complaints" are the lack of ventilation fan in the bathroom, not pleasant when your partner has um......yeah and the other would be the mini refrigerator was not cold and no easy way to adjust the temperature. Oh forgot to mention earlier, the noise is non-existent unless you open the window, can't even hear people walking down the hall or walking above us. I didn't hear my family approaching the room, no noise until they opened the door. I'm beyond grateful for this opportunity and hope one-day we will get lucky enough to stay here again. Thank you to the employee working the check in desk at 4pm 1-2-24, who made our experience way better than expected.

Valet was quick, check in was easy. The rooms were clean. I didn’t hear any of the rooms next to us. The upstairs bar has a beautiful view. The bar tender Ashley was fun and cool. Loved talking to her about her travels. She keeps are glasses of water full the whole time.

The lobby area was nice and spacious, but my room was rather basic for the price I paid. Staff were very friendly! There was a pool but only two lanes. Hot tub on the terrace was no where to be found - I followed the sign but the door was locked even during opening hours (after 5am). This hotel still supplies shower gel and shampoo, etc in small plastic bottles, which is very plastic intensive and not environmental. I think this should be changed to refilled bottles on the wall like many other hotels have done.

Great location, easy to get around. Perfect for conferences or large events - great service, one negative, expensive valet parking but there are less expensive options close by to self park. Rooms were clean, comfortable and well appointed offering a great view higher up. Coffee and light meals available in the lobby area - overall a 5 star from me. Will stay again and am happy to recommend!

Upon arriving, there was a cleanliness issue with the room I had booked. However, the Hyatt staff quickly responded and placed me into a different room for no additional cost. They made sure to accommodate all my room preferences. The housekeeping management team even gave me a lovely handwritten card and a voucher for free coffee. They didn't have to, but they took the time to do a kind act. Also, my outgoing flight was delayed. I was allowed to delay my checkout time ($20/hr). They also offered to hold my luggage so I can explore the city more before leaving. Overall my stay has been nothing but wonderful! Thank you to all the Hyatt Regency staff ❤️

Very clean and beautiful rooms. The views are amazing. I stayed on the 20th floor. It's super convenient if you're in town for a conference at the convention center. It is not connected physically, which surprised me, but wasn't a problem since it's a 1 minute walk across the street. The front desk does a great job of keeping the lines short. I definitely recommend the breakfast buffet if you're staying there. It was $29 and could be charged to your room or paid separately. I would definitely stay again.

Amazing hotel. Service is a complete disaster. Its hard to describe the level of incompetents at the front desk. I spoke with manager and she was very competent. Sign of the times. hard to find front desk people who care. Room, gym, restaurant was excellent. Facility is really spectacular.

We had an excellent time at the Hyatt Regency in Denver over the winter break holiday. The service was fantastic and everyone we met was so helpful and accommodating. We were upgraded to a lovely suite with so much space - it really was such a nice part of trip to have sofas and a dining table and two bathrooms. We were really grateful. The pool area is fun and the outdoor hot tub is lovely and relaxing. There are so many great restaurant options - you really don’t need to leave the hotel! We had some delicious desserts and drinks at the gorgeous Peak Lounge - the view is truly impressive. Breakfast was great - an omelet station is always a lot of fun and there was really something for everyone from oatmeal to bagels and smoked salmon and everything in between. Great recognition of globalist benefits. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and won’t hesitate to return! Thank you!

We just celebrated our 5th wedding anniversary at this hotel. It was absolutely magical! The attention to detail for our special occasion was heartwarming, from the personalized welcome amenities to the romantic ambiance throughout. The staff went above and beyond to make our experience truly unforgettable. Thomas was Very helpful. The exquisite room, breathtaking views, and indulgent dining options created the perfect setting for our celebration. We are grateful for the exceptional service and warm hospitality that made our anniversary truly special. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a romantic and memorable getaway!"

We came here after some terrible experience with another hotel and we are really glad we did. The staff (esp. Ari) went out of his way to help us and made sure we have a warm and wonderful stay here. The room we stayed is very clean. The hotel is clearly well maintained. The cookies and the infused water in the lobby are also a nice touch. I would highly recommend this place. Parking is a bit expensive---there are much cheaper options nearby if you don't mind walking a little bit.

Stayed here for 3 nights. The room was clean and well kept upon my arrival. The bed was comfortable. Housekeeping was good each day and made sure the bed was made and there was plenty of towels. This is the first hotel I've stayed at where they use a duvet and slip it between two sheets - I liked that as I knew I had completely clean bedding. Staff was friendly and welcoming on check-in even at the late hour of almost 2AM. There was a place to refill my water bottle but it was unfortunately in the lobby by the elevator.

I expect more from Hyatt Regency. The room is spacious but the closet is very small. Also room cleaning is average and not all items are added daily (like body bath and shampoo). Also parking is the most expensive in the area. The gym however is very good as it has plenty of cardio and weight equipment.

10/10 would recommend. Mac/Connor which manages concierge is incredibly hospitable and was very helpful during out stay. Ari from front desk as well is really kind and warm - I enjoyed my 3D2N stay very much and a large portion of it is due to the warmness of the amazing service received. Everyone went out of their way to make our stay amazing. Strongly recommend everyone to stay this hotel!

All of the staff were wonderful. They hosted a conference for my group and they went out of their way to make everything top notch. Thank you. The room was clean, nice, and fairly spacious on the 22nd floor. That said, a microwave to go with our mini fridge would have been great... even if it was in a snack room in a central location on each floor.

I have in better rooms. For $885 for a one night stay, the room should be better and nicer. It was like walking into a Motel 6. No shower facility for a wheelchair bound customer. The room quoted at lower rate when it was booked. I will never stay again. I will be sure to let my customers know.

This hotel has exceptional service from the bartenders to other support staff. One night, I ate at the bar on the main floor. I suggest you try the rib sliders. They were OMG good! I also felt secure due to safety measures taken to keep patrons safe. Later, my colleagues and I were able to sit in the lobby to fellowship. What an awesome experience!

PLEASE READ IN FULL!! Our family stayed here for the 1st time, to attend for the 1st time, the 1940s Ball, & for one, the hotel & the ball were beautiful! We had a wonderful time, ultimately, however, not long after we got there, our daughter passed out. I can't say how grateful we are for the staff!! They brought our daughter juice, crackers, offered to send up chicken noodle soup when she wasn't feeling better & needed to go back to our room. While waiting for the soup, the manager, Austin, came personally to our room & asked if there was anything we needed; medical attention... & though we didn't, he let us know if we needed anything further to call down & ask for him personally. Having such a scare & then receiving such personal care from the staff, was such a blessing to us! After some time, the soup came (not your mere Campbells soup!), obviously homemade, in a large bowl! Our daughter finished it (the best she's ever had!), felt better & was able to go back & enjoy the remainder of the night at the 1940's ball! We will certainly go back when the opportunity comes again & will forever be thankful for the personal care received from the amazing staff, which goes far beyond whatever material beauty the hotel could ever possess!!

Location! So many places to walk to for food and/or entertainment. Great spot. Friendly staff and overall a nice stay. Light rail across the street makes it extremely convenient to get back to the airport or other parts of the city.

Nice hotel in a nice location. Cookies in the lobby were a nice touch. Didn't end up going into the pool, but the pool and outdoor sauna with a view looked great. Rated 2 stars because checkout took 40 minutes. Took up the last chunk of my morning for activities while helpful staff tried to figure out what was up with the computer system. Had booked with loyalty points w/ no incidentals, so had never seen a checkout that needed more than 5 min before.

Very big lobby with a nice bar and restaurant in the lobby. Amazing views on higher floors and very nice bar/lounge on the 27th floor where you have a great view of the mountains. Rooms were decent nothing fancy but nice overall. Staff were helpful and attentive.

Hotel, room, bed, service, and breakfast were all 4/5 stars. I am a Hyatt member so they provided me water and late check out which was nice. The fellow who checked me in was friendly, enthusiastic and informative. Overall comfortable stay for a business trip. Hyatt definitely delivers a consistent experience. However, having been to other more modern hotel brands in Europe, I feel the hotel needs to upgrade furnishings to better compete.

Absolutely beautiful hotel! Located in a perfect area, wonderful rooms and the view was gorgeous! The staff was less than friendly and we're somewhat rude but... They checked us in and out quickly. The valet was super nice though!

Great hotel for a conference. A good number of restaurants within walking distance so you can grab lunch in between sessions. The nearby restaurants were decent and the hotel is a 15 minute Uber to some of the fun neighborhood areas. There were enough amenities to not be boring. The room was nice with a great view of the city. I would definitely stay here again in the future. I can’t remember if I’m a rewards member. It would have been nice to have water in the room. There was a coffee maker, so that’s cool.

Amazing stay at Hyatt Regency Denver. I get room at 14 floor and the view is very amazing. The front desk staff who help us at check in time is very amazing. The staff at breakfast area, I think her name is Kimberly, she is super nice and friendly, she provided excellent customer service. Thank you for providing the best hospitality service. I will come back again to this Hyatt if I visit Denver. Thank you !

Staying here the 1st time room were very clean. The view was very nice could be nice to see a little bit more. The pool the hot tub was great. The breakfast in bed was very Good I enjoyed this place might come back again... The only thing that I wasn't happy was the drink we ordered was not what we want it taste really weird. It was too sweet end up having stomach issues.

We got a two room suite. Found it a bit odd we had to walk through one room to get to the other. The suite was nice, clean and spacious. We were very comfortable for our 5-6 days. Location is amazing with lots in walking distance. Sadly the spa was not operational, they shut down in covid never to return.

If you're coming to Denver and don't mind the hustle and bustle of downtown, Hyatt Regency is one of the best options in the area. Stayed only two nights and it was a great experience. It's in a great location with almost everything right around the corner. Had a bit of an issue connecting to their TV system but I wasn't planning on just watching TV while here so it didn't really affect the experience. If you can afford it, this is the hotel to go to.

My room was large, spacious, and cozy. The only problem I had is that my AC did not actually get the room cold, but it was cool enough for me to sleep comfortably. The rest of the hotel is maintained beautifully and they were very helpful with any requests. Location is very close to so many things making downtown Denver extremely walkable.

We stayed at the Hyatt Regency Denver at Colorado Convention Center for a night. The location of the hotel was amazing and it was in the downtown of Colorado which helped us since it was a walking distance to different restaurants. The check-in process was easy and we were able to check-in into our rooms very easily. The service was on point and hotel was clean and decorated. The room was neat and clean and had all the necessary amenities required. Definitely go to the peaks lounge that Hyatt offers as you can get amazing drinks at the lounge and can also 360 degree view of Denver downtown. The hotel also has an amazing gym for the workout, plus swimming pool and hot tub for relaxing. Overall one of the best stays in Denver downtown with all the amenities to chill, relax and spend time with family.

Great venue. Stayed here for a conference last week and really enjoyed the location. There is a huge gym and indoor heated pool with a large outdoor hot tub. The whole hotel was spotlessly clean and tidy. I can also recommend the large breakfast buffet which served a selection of hot and cold food. Close to theater and opera house, botanic gardens.
