The room was all right, but I couldn't shake the feeling this was going to drip on me. I understand this a design choice, but I could be wrong. We checked in around nine or ten at night. The lobby was busy, a cacophony of bright colors and people all rushing and bumping into one another. I made a mental note to check out the restaurant in the morning and went directly to sleep. In the morning I found out that the restaurant freely distributes stink-eye to the weary poor folks who wander into their establishment uninvited. "Do you have a reservation?" The exasperated host asked... looking at us as if we climbed out of a dumpster... We slept in a modified parking spot, not a dumpster. Cut us some slack? Eventually we were allowed to sit at the bar, where I had a scone and some yogurt. My water glass stayed full. I really do feel we upset many people by even walking into this place. I spoke with no one, outside of ordering, and I still don't know what the right answer was for where I was allowed to eat... Breakfast was good. I felt relieved when it was time to pay the check. Still not sure what the mandatory amenities charge was for, I did not find much to use it on... I feel it is more likely being used as a deposit... Be prepared. The experience was not bad, just not for me. It is a very nice and hip place, very loud and trendy, the water is as expensive as anywhere else. I'm just happy the ceiling didn't drip.

Stayed here before a wedding and had a great corner room with a city view. The rooms were very clean, the linens were higher end than I normally see in an IHG brand hotel. The design of the room was classy. The bathroom barn-door style door is very heavy so if someone has less strength, or is a child, they could need help. The hallways and elevators were clean, and there was a nice area to gather and visit in the lobby. Upon checking in they mentioned free breakfast. Being an IHG I had a certain idea in mind, but it was literally a microwave and some Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches and yogurts. Not what I was looking for. The parking garage had a sign stating $35 parking for guests, yet when we got a ticket and validated and left they charged us $45, so not sure what that was about. There is a bar with tapas in the lobby of you want to grab a drink and snack before heading out.

When we got into the room I wiped everything down and there were huge dust bunnies on the night stands. So clearly their cleaning is lacking. The shower wouldn't even drain and when my husband lifted up the drain cover there was a huge chunk of hair. So that also was not cleaned, and it's completely disgusting. When we did take a shower the body wash was empty so we had to use shampoo to wash our bodies. The rug in the room looked so dirty I didn't even want to walk around in my socks. At the end we were charged $242 total for a queen room for ONE night in Denver. I would say definitely NOT worth the money whatsoever. When we were leaving in the morning the front staff was rude and didn't even smile or say hello. We were charged for amenities, not really even sure what amenities we paid for. The heat/AC unit in the room was so loud so if noise bothers you, you're probably not going to sleep well here. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Stayed here for a week on business, one of the worst hotel experiences. They don't an actual coffee maker in the room, instead they had some espresso thing that was awful. When I went downstairs to the lobby for coffee one morning, the guy said they were out of coffee beans and offered me an espresso drink instead. So I got that. It was disgusting, undrinkable, I ended up throwing it away. Room fridge froze all my stuff (not slushy-froze, like solid-froze). No microwave in the room to reheat my food and didn't know there was even one downstairs until the end of my stay, so I ended up throwing stuff away. The breakfast place that was included with my upgraded room (that I paid extra for) was gross, couldn't just get normal food, everything was "fancy" and made it taste bad. Ex: I ordered just a side of eggs because I didn't like the other options, they gave me a fried egg patty COVERED with green onions, like a huge handful, I should've taken a photo. (My coworker and I were both staying there for a week and only used the vouchers two days, despite them being free, that's how bad it was.) Wi-Fi was spotty and cell reception was impossible. The room seemed clean but at the end of the stay I found a package of OTC medicine under the sink so clearly it wasn't super thorough. The only positive thing about the room or hotel was the shower was awesome, great water pressure and temp regulation. I was extremely disappointed with my entire stay and will absolutely never stay there again, and will rethink staying at other IHG hotels because of this. Save yourself some money and stay at the Holiday Inn or something instead.

My husband and I stayed here for one night. We were in town for Jason Aldean and this hotel is within perfect (safe) walking distance of Ball Arena. There is a parking garage across the street, and the hotel offers valet parking as well. This hotel is also super close to Coors Field and Union Station. Lots of restaurants and bars close by as well. Tupelo Honey, Whiskey Tango Foxtrot, Ghost Donkey, and Three Saints Revival are a few great options. Inside, the hotel is clean and has a great atmosphere. There's a sitting area in the lobby, a small store area, and in the morning, they have a coffee cart. You need your room card to access your floor via elevator, which makes it feel very secure. We chose a standard king room, which is pretty small but was perfect for us for the night. Normal amenities such as closet, iron, fridge and coffee were provided in the room. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area. 10 out of 10!

The hotel service is poor. I accidentally left an expensive article of clothing in the room, literally called the same day to inquire about it, got the run around from the hotel staff (only a single Lost and Found manager has authority to look into it, and is generally unavailable), and after more than a week they finally inform me they don’t have it. Given all the other options in the area, would recommend staying somewhere else.

This hotel was nice. the location is great with a whole foods (my saving grace) and a CVS near by. I did like how I could text management if I needed anything. most of times they responded well and quickly. However, my room's bathroom had those barn doors for the bathroom without a lock. Which if you are sharing with others it really sucks to tell people not to go in the bathroom because you are in it. The only other problem that bothered me was that we did not get our room refreshed for three days. Mind you we were in and out, and they did do it once I asked. Other than that it was still a nice experience. I just wish the restaurant in the hotel (three saints) was more affordable.

The room was great but the satellite TV went in and out throughout our 5 day stay. The customer service was good however, when we signed up for reward members, it offered late check out. When we asked, they offered 12pm. I advised we were reward members, they asked what our member number was.... finally after providing that, they offered 1pm which was just fine with us but then day of....we had maid service knock on our door, called our room twice and my personal phone, wondering when we were leaving? Last, don't bother with room service as we ordered one morning at 1055am and the system advised delivery at 1122am. At 1140am I called, person answering the phone said he would check on it and call me back. Called me back 10 minutes later...said the system should of never took our order as breakfast was over at 1030am? Needless to say, they didn't offer to make us anything other than a refund on the food that we never got. For a $250 a night room....would not stay to there we again unless these things were improved upon.

The room is extremely quiet but the air conditioning is quite loud. The ceiling in the room is bare concrete which is interesting. The shower is nice. The location is right next to Union Station making it a great place to stay if you fly in as a train takes you from the airport to Union Station. There is a pretty decent restaurant in the hotel and many more restaurants nearby.

I stayed in the Hotel Indigo while exploring Denver ahead of riding the Rocky Mountaineer train to Moab. The property is close to Union Station and ideally placed for visiting attractions in downtown Denver. The room that I was allocated was spacious and comfortable. Also quiet, it ensured that I slept well ahead of rising early to make use of the complimentary Wi-Fi to take care of emails.

Nicely appointed rooms. The beds are super comfy. Shower head was odd… detachable (bonus) but on a vertical rail and kept slipping down or rotating around the rail. Very few amenities or extras offered… other downtown hotels in the same price range provide free car rides (limited to 2mile radius) better coffee and other discounts and local perks from surrounding businesses. View of Dow down Denver from my eighth (top) floor room was decent, to spite being in the arm pit of the u-shaped building.

BEWARE OF ADDITIONAL FEES. They do not include the Amentity Fee when you book to stay competitive but you will pay it. They should just include it if it is mandatory to pay. Also, parking is not free. One night of self parking was $40. To put it in perspective, those fees were an extra 25% on top of our room fee. Other than that it was nice hotel in a great location. The young lady at the front desk made coffee early for us because we were checking out at 4am.

We stayed here overnight, and it's a great location. It's minutes away from Union Station and a brisk 20-minute walk to the Ball Arena where we saw Mariah Carey. The room was clean, and the staff was friendly. There's an elegant restaurant in the hotel that specializes in Mediterranean tapas too.

great location, great staff. I ate at the restaurant (Three Saints) 3 times in 5 days because the tapas was so good. Rooms are on the small side-but that is typical for downtown hotels.

great location, right in dt core. lots of restaurants and shops around. right next to the station. the room is not very big but well designed. they really did a good job offering a modern minimalist vibe, but still providing enough amenities to insure a comfortable stay. the staff is super attentive and friendly, we arrived late at night, the lady at the front desk still made us feel welcomed. thank you!

Don't forget to use HoteIDully.ᴄᴏm when booking any place. They compare hundreds of booking web sites and typically will have rooms much cheaper than others! Thank me later on! This hotel is one of the best in the area. I have been staying here for a long time. If you decide to stay here you won't be disappointed. This hotel is in a great location in the city with a very cool vibe. The rooms are spacious and the style is contemporary with a homy twist. Staff is always welcoming and helpful. The restaurant bar is also very cool and attached to the hotel which makes it convenient.

Check in for my 3 night stay started with no mention of elite status. Was given a room on the low floor, despite my stated preference of a high floor. My welcome amenity points were not deposited until I said something the next morning. The room only had decaf coffees and had 8 of them. They were out of regular coffee (K-cups for the room) on the Friday of Labor Day weekend. I was told there would be coffee in the lobby each morning. Saturday morning, the coffee in the lobby was empty. 10 minutes later the manager brought coffee. When I told him about the decaf in the room, he snarkily responded, "how'd that work out for you?" I bought myself K-Cups for $15 Saturday afternoon and based on the rest of the review, I'm glad I did! At 9:30 Sunday morning, there was no coffee in the lobby. At about 7 Monday morning, there was no coffee in the lobby and the clerk told me they were completely out. There's a CVS across the street for crying out loud! I told the clerk I bought my own and there was no offer to credit that to my stay. I stay 150 nights in hotels a year and this is the first time I have ever had to buy my own coffee. Absolutely insane! I did actually feel bad for the young woman who worked graveyard shift and could not do anything about the situation.

I had stayed at this hotel about 5 years ago and had a great experience. I was looking forward to the same experience, but it was not the case with the new management and people working there. I asked for a corner room, and they were full. ok, I understand that. They said that they would be able to get me a high floor room with a view. Ok, that would work. Well I get there and they have booked me a room on the lowest floor they have and no view. I ask again if they had any corner rooms that opened up, and they tell me they did. GREAT! Well the give me the new room and it is not a corner room. Well whatever, at least it is higher up and does have a view. Sad that the front desk doesn't know which of their own rooms are corner rooms. The website says they have Keurig machines in the room. Well they don't. They "upgraded" to a new machine so our Keurig K-cups for our coffee we brought didn't work and had to go to Starbucks. We asked housekeeping about this and they said the replaced them all, but they might still have some of the old ones. Well they brought us a broken Keurig machine. Frustrating. Their booking also does not tell you that they charge a mandatory $20 a night "amenity" tax. But the good news is that you get $100 of local and long distance phone calling credit. Who uses this? There were other perks like $10 of water credit, and the light breakfast and $5 off the $35 nightly parking, but I would have rather had the option to opt our of this or at least be aware of this before booking. Finally as an IHG member one of the perks that IHG provides is a late checkout at 2PM. Well despite this being an IHG hotel, they initially only offered a 12:30 checkout, and I needed to ask the front desk the day of. Well in doing that, they said they could only offer 1PM. I had to argue with them, but eventually got the 2PM checkout but it was this huge inconvenience for them. I will not be staying at this hotel again. Communication was horrible, the website had false advertising with what they offered, and hidden charges made it a bit of a nightmare. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Do not stay here. Half of the outlets don't work in the rooms, most of the TV channels don't come in due to "weak signal", there are no safes in the rooms, and the housekeeping staff do not respect the do not disturb signs. I had mine on the door, as I do not want people in my room during a pandemic. The housekeeping came into my room, touched and moved all of my things and then took the do not disturb sign away. I CANNOT believe they did this and put me and my household at risk by contaminating my room AND my belongings. I travel here for work and stayed here due to it being the closest option. I will never make that choice again. Last time I stayed here, there was dirty carpet and clothing from previous people in my room. Disgusted and very upset!!!!!

As others have said this hotel has a great location in downtown Denver. The parking options are fair compared to other similar hotels, at $30 a night to self park. The rooms were large and clean, my only complaint would be the AC. It was loud enough to wake us up when it kicked on at night. So loud that could not hear the TV when the AC was on. I didn't alert the front desk, but it was something I would for sure think about before staying here again. The staff did send texts throughout our stay to check in on how things were going, the service was great. The breakfast bar was limited, but did have some ok options. As others have said, there is a nightly amenity fee. It does include a $5 credit for snacks and $10 for water as well as $5 off self parking so not a total waste. Oh, and don't forget it includes $100 in long distance calling.....for those of you who still make long distance calls from hotel phones? Weird. Overall would stay here again, largest annoyance was the AC noise, other than that not bad at all.4.5 seems about a correct rating for the hotel overall.

I've stayed here many times on my way through Denver, beginning during the COVID pandemic, and continuing through today. Every time I've stayed at Indigo Denver has been a very good experience. From the friendly reception, to a clean, convenient garage, to comfortable rooms with new amenities, the Indigo has been a great find. Hopefully, I'll be able to stay during baseball season, as the hotel is walking distance from the ball park. Highly recommend.

The room was nice and had a decent view. The room was ready as we arrived earlier than our check in time. Once we walked into our room although it was just serviced and cleaned it had a distinct odor of food. I mentioned it to the housekeeper who was cleaning the adjacent room but her reply to me was "oh I didn't clean it" and it seemed that we had to settle for that. The front counter staff was super nice and professional.

The staff was friendly and very helpful with directions. The location was perfect for the purpose of our stay. The room was comfortable, the shower hot, but house keeping needs to learn how to vacuum. Crumbs and chips scattered the floor when we got our room.

One of the best hotel stays I've had in a long time. Staff was absolutely amazing and extremely informative. The hotel had a cool vibe and the rooms were very nice. First room had issues and they quickly accommodated me with a better room that had an amazing view of the city. David was especially helpful, with lots of suggestions of things to check out all over the city.

Said they would let us know when our room was ready since our flight arrived at 6 AM. They didn't. The bathroom was cramped and not well organized. The shampoo dispenser fell off the wall. The ceiling of the room is bare concrete and looks really bad with the decor of the rest of the room. Parking is expensive and convoluted. The hotel is okay, but very expensive for what you get. EDIT: Management cared about my thoughts and was very accommodating after our stay. This made me want to give this hotel another try.
