Recently, I had a horrible experience with Holiday Inn on my pre paid booking for two nights. My flight from New York got delayed by three hours so I called hotel as well through Priceline to inform about late arrival. Front desk informed to provide me room even after 2 am but when I have reached there around 2:30 - 2:45 am, I have been told that they are sold out. I have pleaded their front to help me find out another hotel or connect me with their Manager but it was denied. I was left on my own perils with family in a strange city in mid night to find out another hotel. Later, I got to know their front moved my booking to next date actually. Very unprofessional, unsympathetic and unreliable.

We showed up here fairly late, probably 11 pm/midnight or so. As we pulled up I noticed someone rush in from the parking lot. I went inside and realized it was the night clerk looking clearly guilty. She reeked of weed, so I suspected she had been outside on a smoke break that I interrupted. We get checked in and go to our room. The next morning I realize my trucks been broken in too and some stuff is missing. At first I don’t think much of it as I didn’t have any valuables in my vehicle. I had taken all of our bags inside. I asked the same lady I had seen the night before if there were cameras. There are, but of course only police can look at them. And there was no one higher up I could speak with. We stayed one more day as my wife had major surgery and we didn’t feel comfortable driving across the state away from the hospital. The next day I realized my computer bag was missing. Except the computer bag was in my hotel room. Not my truck. Asked again to see cameras. No can do. Suspect an inside job by the lady at the front desk. I also suspect that when I saw her running inside she wasn’t just smoking outside. Of course I can’t prove she did anything. But the bag was definitely missing from my room which we left locked. I would find some where else to stay

Our flight was delayed coming in and we had booked this hotel weeks prior. Once in the lobby at 4am we were immediately told, "We have no rooms." Despite our reservation, they had overbooked our room. No notification ahead of time and as of now, no refund. Front desk was no help - couldn't tell us the name of the hotels across the street but told us they had no availability. Luckily I called the Best Western (across the street, with availability) and they got us a room right away. Do not stay here. Stay at the Best Western across the street.

The staff were excellent from day 1. Rooms were spotless, breakfast was amazing. I called Diego ahead of time because I drove 13 hours and arrived earlier than expected. He made sure my room was ready for me ahead of time and let us in early for a much needed nap

I have to say that this Holliday Inn is very good and nice place to stay. I stay here weekly and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. The house keeping staff is awesome. They are friendly and take good care of your room and hotel. Everything is clean and your rooms are great. Breakfast is good with many options but the coffee is not the best tasting. Thank goodness for kuregs in the rooms. The Hot Tub and Pool is awesome and clean. I look forward to seeing the staff and staying here on a regular basis. Feels like family when you're away from home.

ATTENTION FOODIES !! The best Holliday inn food EVER! Actually the kitchen is ran by a very nice lady from Mississippi! And she made sure the food is good . Hotel food is know for being lousy . This holiday Inn is worth it just for the breakfast . Make sure to check out Miss Sandy ... Hopefully corporate at Holliday Inn promotes her ! Good food at a hotel continental is hard to find. Only reason it wasn't 6 stars is five is the limit ! Great job . Ty

The only thing wrong with my stay was a broken pancake machine. We switched from our week long trip of staying with another chain that offers breakfast waffles. ( I really like the pancake machine.) Not to fear though. I had sausage gravy with amazing biscuits fluffy eggs and sausage patty’s. They had a great selection of the healthy stuff to. The pool was the right temperature and the hot tub was amazing. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean along with the bathroom. The towels actually smelled great. 😋 The staff was accommodating at all times. Sandy in the breakfast nook is amazing. Every trip out of our room was met with happy staff members. I’m not writing this for money. I just hope if enough people stay here they can afford to fix the pancake machine. It’s really awesome !😁

If I could give any hotel zero stars, this would be the one. We stayed here for one night and the housekeeping crew was very aggressive. We had a family member leave behind a room key for us because we were running late, and shortly after we made it to our rooms, housekeeping tried to come into the room (for what reason, I don’t know). The rude front desk agent that was working that evening also argued with my partner about the spelling of his name. As we were leaving that evening, they were putting up handwritten “Sold Out” signs. The next morning, we were woken fairly early by housekeeping (before 8 AM), and we heard a lot of loud stomping in the room above us. When we called the front desk to report it, they called us back a few minutes later and said “We received a noise complaint.” We said, “Yeah, we were the room that reported it…” and all they did was “Ahhhahahaha….” *click*. Not impressed at all with the service here and I would steer clear of this hotel if at all possible in the future.

Room was nice and clean, when checking in the guy only asked for my last name in a rude manner, did not even said hi or welcome. Not even said where the room is located, elevator location, wifi assistance or breakfast instructions. Never been greeted in this manner at other Holiday Inn hotels in the past.

The front desk clerk tried to walk into my room at 9:45 while myself and my children were sleeping. When I told the morning clerk, she didn’t care. When I asked for a way to contact management, she refused. This place sucks.

Crystal at the front desk is absolutely amazing. We were in a bind with our reservation and lost it on Thanksgiving day and she took her time to call around and figured it out and she did fix it for us. I truly don't know what we would've done if she hadn't went above and beyond to get our reservations back. Thank you again Crystal

The service from the front desk is exceptional. Rooms are immaculate and the complimentary breakfast in the morning is a great way to start the day!

Update: they charged the card I swiped for the deposit incorrectly. I had to call to get that charge fixed. Check in was really slow. The room we had reserved was not available and the front desk took a while to get us a room. The AC was pretty loud and the reception couldn’t move us to a different room because the manager is not available at night.

Professional Traveler. Pros…okay location but limited parking for a small truck and trailer. Okay breakfast but nice staff. Cons…Room keys demagnetize easily so you have to get them re-magnetized. Water pressure in shower low. Bed is too hard. Wi-Fi Internet, sporadic, went off-line twice in one evening and completely off-line for 30 minutes and counting. Waiting for tech-support to show up to fix. AC unit a little noisy.

Rooms are pretty good no complaints really just a couple small cosmetic things that keep it from making 5 stars. Service is kinda lacking lots of billing issues that shouldn't have happened. In the end they were fixed. I don't like the hassle of having to fix things that should have been taken care of. And when you get hundreds of dollars in miss charges it is more than a mere inconvenience

The checkin process was so quick and easy, I was impressed! The staff was very friendly and took time to explain nicely when we needed to extend our stay. They made the experience very relaxed. The amenities available can’t be beat. The room was very comfy and had very nice soaps and lotions. The mini fridge and AC worked very well, plus the location is super convenient - accessible and surrounded by food & drink places.

The mattress was HORRIBLE. As soon as you sit on it, you feel the springs creak. They need to update their mattresses. We chose this place because of the good reviews. We were very mislead. Front desk was very nice.

The motel was pretty good. I only have a couple of complaints. Our sink didn't drain very well, but it was my fault, because I didn't report it. They say breakfast is until 0930, but they run out around 0910 and they don't replenish anything after that time. The housekeeping crew were fabulous. Our room was always cleaned very well, even when we left our room after 1100am. Overall, the motel was a great place to stay.

Having just waited 31 days for my deposit to be refunded after 3 long distance phone calls I cannot give more than 1 star. They took a random 108 dollars when I was I was told it would be 50 deposit. Every one of the other 10 hotels we stayed at on our trip refunded the deposit the next day. Very poor. Couldn't recommend. No one returned my calls and IHG helpline was useless. Good luck!

I checked in to room 419 on 6/5. On 6/6 I could not get into my room because they had marked me as a no-show. I was told that I was checked in by a new employee and they made a mistake. Regina helped me get checked back in. She insisted that I was in room 421 and gave me a key to that room. I entered that room and found that it belonged to someone else. I returned to the front desk and got my key to 419, my actual room. THEY ACTUALLY LET ME INTO SOMEONE ELSE'S ROOM!!! Over the 4 night stay I had to get 8 new room keys because they stopped working, that's 8 trips to the front desk!!!! A couple weeks after checking out I noticed that they charged me twice for the room and they are refusing to refund the second charge. I PAID DOUBLE FOR THIS BAD EXPERIENCE.

Overall the experience was quite positive and I had only one negative issue. I paid using IHG points in advance for the room and was still charged the regular rate + tax to my credit card. The person who checked me out said that the lady who checked me in did not do so correctly. He assured me that the extra charge will fall off. I will update if it does not. Regarding the room / stay it’s self everything was quite good given the area of town. I highly recommend removing all valuable from your car. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I asked for late checkout and was not disturbed at all. I feel training of staff needs to be improved but overall a good stay and would definitely stay here again. I slept in and as such did not try the breakfast.

This was a great hotel that had all the amenities you would expect. The room was spacious and clean as well. My time staying there someone was always present at the desk and quick to assist with any questions or issues. There is also a hot tub and pool which was surprising. Nearby, within walking distance, were multiple places to eat and even a liquor store if you wanted to get something. For your run of the mill hotel this offered everything you'd expect.

Front desk attendant was rude and condescending. I gave him my name and confirmation number and he insisted had the wrong day or wrong location because he didn't see it on the screen he was looking at, and instead of asking other questions he put me down. I told him I had received an email saying my key was ready and then he was put out because I had checked in online and he says I should have said that first. He should have asked instead of putting me down. The room was fantastic and the bed was so comfy. Best water pressure and temp in Denver!! The breakfast had a lot of great choices, so everyone could get something they liked. Overall nice stay.
