Highly recommended and I travel 100 nights a year. Great location - walking distance from a steakhouse, comedy club, and a cluster of nearby hotels. Inside, the staff and rooms are good, check-in/out was efficient, very modern, and a pro sports team was staying there when I was there so a nice buzz around the hotel too. Very nice club lounge on the main floor!

This is a very good hotel if you are visiting the area, itā€™s literally on-stop shopping. The hotel is extremely large, and has a large restaurant, bar, fitness center and numerous banquet rooms on the premise. The staff was very helpful and friendly, and the rooms were very clean in spacious. I stayed in a king room, which had a full sectional sofa to lounge around. My only drawback is the hotel parking was a little pricey, but overall this was a great stay. I highly recommend this hotel.

Worst Marriott ever. I would have given 0 star if I could. We picked this one because of the location, and thatā€™s really the only positive about this hotel - but there are dozens of alternatives around the area. This hotel seems very poorly managed, if managed at all. 0 star on maintenance - 1 out of 3 elevators were out of service at both towers, and no sign on one of them. The elevator door opened on me 8x before another guest and I gave up. 0 star on cleanliness - there were pee stain and hairs on the toilet seat. Had to wipe it 5x at midnight, an experience Iā€™ve never had in my life before. Simply gross. Dust on everything from coffee pot to switches. 0 star on soundproof. You can here everything from outdoor air conditioning machines and your neighbors TV and shutting doors. 0 star on parking - besides the fact that they charge $15 per night for parking, the gate doesnā€™t work very well, we had issues with room keys not working and ticket stuck. Had to push the help button 4 out of 5 times we tried to park. Finally, I left luggage to a receptionist for a few hours. When I got back, I found my stuff sitting at the corner of reception area, honestly could have been stolen by anyone with only one staff in that huge area. Doesnā€™t this hotel have a storage room? Horrible experience. M lounge closed on Saturdays. Just weird. Totally regret booking.

I was charged for a room that I booked with points. 20 days after check out, I am told (repeatedly) that a refund was issued and to wait another 7 to 10 business days. No one has explained why this has happened or taken personal ownership. No compensation for my time to contact them. Now I am showing a new reservation for this hotel on my app. I wonder if I will be charged again. What a broken systemand that they can't and don't know how to operate. Also, the front desk staff never welcomed me or thanked me for being an elite status member. She did not forget these lines when she greeted in the person in front of me. UPDATE 9/30 - As of today, I have only received as partial refund. Besides the "owners" response below, there has been no further communications from the front desk manager or accountant after telling them that they have miscalculated the refund and have double charged me for parking. I have reached out to Marriott customer service for assistance. Beware to anyone who provides this hotel a credit card for "incidentals."

In general I had a good experience at the hotel, I had no problems in getting a fairly early check-in and my room was big and clean, exactly what I needed for a short business trip. The reason for removing one star in my review is due to the person at the front desk that checked me out. She was fairly rude, I very politely said ā€œgood morning, I am checking out and would like a copy of my invoiceā€. She just looked at me like if I had said something annoying, printed my invoice without saying a word, and after I said ā€œthank youā€, she just looked at me like she was annoyed again and said nothing at all. I would expect the front desk of a hotel like this to be more welcoming. I must say the rest of the hotel staff I talked to were very nice

Clean, large rooms and the service was great. Very friendly and responsive. The restaurant / bar was convenient, good drinks & food, and the service there was excellent. Breakfast would have definitely been a plus to have especially for the checkout/travel day. But there is a Starbucks relatively close by that opens at 5/5:30am if you're in need for coffee. Since the waters provided were $5 per we didn't use that or the in-room coffee maker. Having a room with a view of the mountains or generally outdoor view, is recommended. That being said, would definitely stay here again!

This place is great! Beautiful lobby, top notch service, excellent bar, and two great swimming pools, not to mention the awesome hot tub! I wish they had complimentary breakfast, but in some cities it seems like the nicer the place, the less likely they are to offer that. Still, we would definitely stay there again!

Seems like a great hotel and it's super nice inside. I went to just eat dinner at the Pint Brothers. The problem is this place charges your 10 bucks for parking? Like why? It's not a busy area, and its not in the city. That's just a scam. I wouldn't go back just for that reason alone. I asked if they validate parking and I was told no. Never going there. I suggest you don't either, not worth the parking fee.

Recently spent a week here whilst on holiday in Denver. Very good experience from start to finish. Great location just outside the centre, definitely need a car to get around. As I was staying for a longer period, the hotel kindly waived the daily $15 parking fee. I was also upgraded to a larger room with a kitchen area which was most welcome. Pleasant and helpful staff throughout, from the reception to the house keeping team. Would not hesitate to stay again if nearby.

Canā€™t make this up- our room when we were getting settled in had a pull out mattress with pee on the sheets and mattress. It immediately stunk up the whole room of pee. The shower also didnā€™t look like it was tended to. Management did a great job of trying to rectify by moving us to a new room and waiving some fees and giving us a free breakfast. Overall, the hotel seemed strained with staff (aka understaffed) and showed for it by some of the areas lacking cleanliness, including the gym. Again, pretty good hotel but not to the typical standard of the Marriott brand.

  • 2/5 Mary L. 10 months ago on Google
I was very disappointed in the cleanliness and quality of my room. The fitted sheets were too small for the mattress and came off every night while I slept. It was obvious this was an issue because they were torn from trying to stretch so tight and the top sheets couldnā€™t tuck in when they made the beds. I had to move rooms 3 times at check in due to the sheets being obviously dirty/stained, spots on the mirrors, dust everywhere, and a half eaten snickers bar in a cabinet. However, I do want to thank the front desk staff for being so helpful with these issues. They were accommodating and apologetic. I work in a hotel and they handled the situation perfectly. Housekeeping really needs to improve.

I stayed at this hotel for several nights in May. As an Ambassador Elite, I almost live in Marriott/Bonvoy hotels throughout the country, but I primarily choose the Marriott brand because of their focus on business travelers. I can say that my time at this hotel was the best of any Marriott hotel I've EVER visited. The facilities are modern and well maintained. The staff is friendly, helpful, and efficient. And their attention to detail is impeccable. It's obvious that the management is excellent. I highly recommend this hotel for your visit.

It's an elegant place, but you need to hound the staff for your points. GUARD YOUR REWARDS ACCOUNT CLOSELY AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT. I changed the room reservation to MY OWN NAME a few days before the trip. I refreshed my rewards account and presented the number to the desk attendant personally AND verified that it was associated with my stay BEFORE I LEFT THE HOTEL. My name appears on the bill, but the goons who manipulate memberships won't credit my stay properly to my account--even after I presented my case scrupulously TWICE. A better establishment in Grand Rapids was able to account and credit one night appropriately.

Stayed here twice the last two visits to Denver. Service is friendly, and location is convenient. Rooms are nice, clean for the most part. I'm giving it a 4 stars because of a huge splatter on our wall underneath the sliding door to the bathroom. Yuck! Nevertheless, it's a nice hotel and definitely our family's place to stay from now on. I just hope the housekeepers pay better attention to detail

The Denver Tech Center Marriott offers a delightful stay with its spacious rooms and modern decor. The M Club Lounge stands out as one of the best among Marriott lounges, providing a premium experience. The breakfast in the lounge, featuring crisp bacon and eggs, is a definite highlight. Additionally, the well-equipped fitness center adds to the overall appeal, making it a top choice for both business and leisure travelers.

Rooms were nice and M lounge access is a must. Great variety of beverages- particularly enjoyed the Americano machine. Staff was attentive. Great customer service experience.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, you could see Denvers sky line from our room! Will definitely be back when needing a place to stay, also the restaurant in the hotel was amazing!

Great hotel with many amenities. Gift shop, Starbucks , gym & pool. The personal is amazing. I will definitely stay here again. I wish the restaurant had more options in the menu. Itā€™s the same menu for lunch&dinner.

Good spacious bedrooms, unfortunately some rooms donā€™t have a outside view but instead have a window to the big atrium.

This is the only thing I want to comment on. My family and I came to see my grandfather while he was in town. We had a nice dinner at their first floor restaurant. My sister bought him a cake from a very well known local bakery. We were then told by our server that we could not eat the cake within the restaurant because it was considered outside food. This is a very greedy and selfish establishment. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Very petty.

Stayed here while at Denver GalactiCon and had a great time. The room was very comfortable, great bed, and front desk was friendly and helpful. What I didn't like was the lack of food choices, my hamburger tasted like it was cooked hours earlier, and the bun was stale, plus very expensive! Parking was a nightmare, and we were charged for parking, but then the hotel lifted the gates, so everyone not staying at the hotel got free parking!

The rooms are clean and up to date, and the staff is professional (if not somewhat indifferent). If you are a business traveler, and what you need is sleep, this is the place for you. For everyone else, bring a flashlight - this place is dark. Many of the rooms do not have direct access to natural light. Gray and dark brown hues dominate an interior whose low lighting levels will have you looking forward to getting back outside.

Decent location. Quiet. Has a small bar downstairs. Nice even space. Room is decent and on the newer side. No reply complains. Not much encounter with service staff.

Large rooms with a nice sofa. Lighting is not controlled centrally and have to walk around and turn them off/on one by one. The TV brightness was at its lowest and couldn't adjust. Thereis coffe maker but water bottles cost 5 dollar. All in all, it was OK

Even though there was kids dance event going on, there is plenty of room in the building that it did not take away from a normal stay and experience without feeling overwhelmed.

Rooms could use more light. The stairwells have locked doors at every level except floor 7... (and signage indicates floor 2 is unlocked... it isn't), most of the hand sanitizer are not functioning.

The Denver Tech Center is centrally located, but hard and confusing to drive around. It is more suited to trains, buses, bikes and walkers. The hotel was nice, but the convention was laid out so that whatever you wanted to do you had to walk a lot and usually ended up in the wrong place having to go back and almost start over. The restaurant in the hotel was horribly overpriced, but the portions were huge. The wait staff was polite, but very slow and not very attentive. The bedroom was nice but the bed was too high and had a soft top that made it near impossible to move once you had made it up on the bed. The amount of the room was very high and it didn't even have a tub. I had a nice stay, but some things could have been better. There was a gift shoppe and a coffee shop, but they were closed more often then they were open.

We've stayed here before so we knew it was a good choice while booking. However this time DMTC went above and beyond. We actually were booked at another property about a mile away and it was a disaster from the start. It was so bad we decided within 5 minutes to find another place. We were able to get a room booked here immediately for a very fair rate and drive over. The gals at the desk were so friendly and helpful. I told then about our bad experience and they comped our parking and gave us a free breakfast for 2 in the bar restaurant which was awesome by the way. They didn't have to do that, especially during a slow part of the year. We are very grateful for the attentive service and will definitely be back not only to this property but other Marriott properties as well. We'll done.

Very conveniently located, right next to the highway. Parking is generally available but for larger parties it is not enough but they do arrange additional parking around the area. So be ready to walk and cross the streets. I loved the ambience inside. It really felt cozy with a cute gift shop, coffee shop and sports bar. The area on the west side gets a lot of sunshine- that we all felt really nice about. Overall it was a great experience. And will come back in the future.

Always a wonderful stay at this location. Staff is friendly and helpful. The bar inside the hotel has great food and drinks. The last time we went, we were upgraded to a suite. The bed was really comfortable and the room was great. 100% recommended anyone to stay here.

  • 5/5 Taylor T. 6 months ago on Google
This place is excellent. The front office staff was so professional and eager to help us make our stay great. The hotel itself is beautiful and the rooms are large, clean and nice. I was there for a huge conference and everything ran smooth. Even the catered food was great. 10/10 I'd recommend again. Adjusting feedback: the restaraunt was a bit slow.

  • 3/5 Arn H. 5 months ago on Google
Nothing stood out nor was anything exceptional as one would have expect from the Marriott brand. Stains on the seats in the room, both the sink and bathtub had trouble draining the entire stay so we found ourselves in standing water most showers. Service was average. Our first night we requested a pack and play delivered to the room, which somehow ended up taking not only multiple phone calls, but a trip back downstairs and the better part of an hour. The only redeeming quality was the restaurant which was great all around.

I just love this hotel. Always have!! Awesome express rates thru one of those booking apps...(even on a weekend) I always find myself slapped in the face with simple satisfaction by the end of my stay! Great rooms, nice desighn, clean and sharp. CHILL staff, positive attitude and confident employees leave me comfortable & able to ask for Anything else I might need.

  • 3/5 Brockman G. 1 year ago on Google
The hotel is nice, our room was comfortable and roomy enough for 4 people. The only downside was the maid service. We had to ask to get our room cleaned several times. They didn't change our sheets, we had to always ask for additional towels, (there was 4 people in the room, we needed more towels), and when they did clean they didn't clean the floors very well. If the cleaning issue could get resolved in the future, this would be a great place to stay.

Zero complaints, easy booking and check-in, clean, comfortable room with all the amenities (mini-fridge, safe, iron & board, hair dryer, etc.), good pillow selection and comfortable bed, nice finishes. If I needed to reach for a complaint it might be low ceilings in the entry & bathroom. The location is quiet, the restaurant and bar are solid. The prices and food are decent. Overall good value, service and experience.

  • 5/5 Ryan C. 1 year ago on Google
Clean, quiet, comfortable, aesthetically pleasing. Everything is in working order. The check-in process was easy and quick. We were able to spend more time relaxing because we didnā€™t have to fight with things not being right. Luxurious? Not really. But very nice.

Great place for conventions and doing business. Staff is very accommodating to large groups such as the dance competition we were there for. Prices are a little high for food in the restaurants and the hotel cost itself, but not bad for a weekend of competition.

My husband and I came for date night! It was perfect from the start when the amazing manager, Steph took such great care of us. She was so friendly and helpful and made us feel special! Our room was nice and clean. We ate at the restaurant which was SO good. The only downfall was that the hot tub was ooo. But the pool was warm!

Queen sized bed, and a low shower head (fine for me I'm 5'6, but my friend whom is 6'1 had to bend down). Room seems clean, not too small but not huge. Nice view from the room. Have. It has a chance to explore the hotel much, but there is a pib inside, lounge, and fitness center that I've seen so far. Would come back for another stay.

Nice hotel, comfortable room, really comfortable bed. Fun bar, close to (walking distance) some nice restaurants. Only bad thing...the lobby had a strong perfume smell that seemed to give a lot of us a headache.

When I stayed here there was no breakfast offered (sounds like this might have changed), they were charging for parking despite less than 20% of the parking spaces being used, and all entrances except for the main entrance were closed off which made it a frustratingly long walk from my car to my room. I tried to use their gym and one of the treadmills was unusable. I placed a sign to warn others that it wasn't working and the next day my sign had been removed. They seem to care about their image and have zero concern for the guest experience.

This is a great place to visit! The evening "snack" service was more like a small dinner buffet! The kids loved it, and it filled the bellies of the spouse and I. Add'l we were provided with 2 free bar drinks each! Very nice way to relax from a day of travel. The kids enjoyed the pool, the adults thought it was a little on the cool (temp) side, but tolerable. Beds we comfy enough (nothing compares to the yours at home) that no one was sore in the morning. Breakfast service in the morning was great, even the coffee! (star taken for the pool temp.)

I have stayed at this hotel 2 times in the past 3 months and both times my experience at this hotel was pretty bad. The walls are paper thin, the hotel is OLD and therefore riddled with problems, and there has been a shortage of hot water as well. This coupled with the low ceilings just make for an experience when compared to other hotels seems like you are wasting your $$$. Stay away.

Absolutely in love with this hotel! It's huge! Has everything you need! Plenty of event spaces to choose from, a restaurant that's open 6:30am to 11pm, it has a Starbucks INSIDE! A mini mart type of store, gym, indoor and outdoor pool! Everything! We have a baby and needed a microwave and they had (3) plus a toaster in a private area near the lobby so that was helpful. Our Room was okay, a couple of things I'd change but nothing big enough to complain about. Staff was friendly, location was perfect! I would absolutely recommend this hotel and we'll be back again! Thank you Marriott! You definitely met the standards you presented online!

I came here straight from the airport I guess I didn't read the description properly you have to pay $15 for parking here, I don't think I've ever had to pay for parking at any hotel I've ever stayed at. It's also $15 for internet unless you're a member. The restaurant in the lobby is decent it's pretty bland as far as decor goes I just took my food back up to the room the, chicken parm is great. Beds and pillows are comfortable. I wouldn't stay here again just because of the paid parking $15 a day and it's not in a trendy area or anything.

Called before booking day of and asked if a pack and play or Crib was available. I was told that would not be a problem. Got their early so they did not run out, asked for it at check-in at 3, was told one would be brought right up. Got back from Diner and activities at about 9 P.M, still no pack and play. Called down to front desk, was told one would be brought up immediately, never came. At approx 10:20 after keeping my Child up late waiting for a Crib, front desk called and apologized that none were available and there was nothing that could be done, except they would let front Manager know and to touch base with me in the morning. Checked out, never heard from front desk or manager. Reached out to Marriot Customer Service online form, the hotel STILL has not contacted me back almost 2 weeks later. Poorly run, disorganized. Left us in a bind with no where for our 2 year old to sleep! We would have at ask to be at least transferred to a two bedroom or another hotel had we known before 10 P.M at night.

I visited the Denver Marriott Tech Center for an event during the first week of September. The front desk service was great! They were very friendly and the check in process was very easy. The room was clean, and plenty of amenities were provided. The only downfall to this stay was that parking and WI-FI are not free! If Iā€™m paying a high price for a couple nights I expect to at least get some free parking and some WI-FI. Other than that, my stay was great.

The hotel is great, with the beds being comfortable and well decorated. The venue space is also really nice as it has a lot of interesting areas and meeting spaces. The food is a bit overpriced but there's a Wendy's right down the road. Can't wait for TSA next year!

This is a basic hotel geared toward large groups and conferences. I would never stay here for pleasure. It is not a luxury hotel and Iā€™m surprised itā€™s billed as 4 star when the Jacquard is also Marriott and 4 starsā€¦since they are in the same cityā€¦I would always pick Jacquard. The food in the Pint Brothers restaurant was really good.

Great location for this hotel in Denverā€™s Tech Center. The staff is very friendly. The hotel has a nice gym and seating areas near the lobby. Pint Brothers is a restaurant associated with the hotel that even provides room service.

Itā€™s a run of the mill Marriott with a above and beyond staff running the lobby, housekeeping, etc. the room was cozy and I stayed here for a wedding that was happening at the downstairs ballroom. (This is the short building attached to the Marriott tech center, thereā€™s a visible difference.) the ā€˜pint brother ale houseā€™ that is in the ground floor was very good and tasty, I got the Ruben.

This was my first stay here for Colorado Anime Fest 2023. Overall staff is nice but rooms are lacking. The duvets felt like sand paper and the beds are alright as far as comfort. The showers/tubs look pretty cheap and old, the shower curtain doesnā€™t have a plastic liner for the inside part so it just becomes a wet mass of cloth, water pressure and heating isnā€™t great either. But the mirror in the bathroom was very nice. For this specific weekend, breakfast was not included, which wasnā€™t mentioned when I booked the reservation but I understand why they didnā€™t serve it since there was an event. The Fairfield Inn & Suites directly next to this hotel was much nicer. Their beds are more comfortable and the showers/tubs are much more updated. Over all, it was convenient to have the hotel room in the same building as the convention and hotel staff was friendly, but some things felt cheap.
