This is a new taco bell however the visit was disappointing. I understand th staff is probably new and trying to work out kinks however the AI of taking orders should free up staff to get food out. We just had nachos and drinks and it took over 15min. The cheese was half full and chips were too salty. No ice for the drinks and the drink choice the kids wanted was out. The lobby and patio was neat and clean.

I was sitting in my car on West warren next to the restaurant. I was meeting someone at Taco Bell for lunch. The Taco Bell employee approached me and was verbally abusive telling me I couldn’t sit on the street in front of her house. I explained I would only be there for a few minutes. I was waiting on someone. she called the police! The police informed her that it was public property. This person is far too unstable to work in public.

Although this location is shiny and new, there are major troubles that lie beneath. I have been two times now, both times ordering online. The first time it took over 30 minutes to get my food. When I got it, it was wrong. The second time I ordered, it took 45 minutes to get my food. It was also wrong. other people that were waiting inside with me. Also had orders that were taking 45 to 50 minutes or more. No one apologizes, no one acknowledges that you’re waiting. They just simply handle only the drive-through customers. It is incredibly disappointing that a brand new location like this has no support, or doesn’t have the staffing resources to support it. I can’t in good conscience continue to go here. I encourage you, and others, to visit a different Taco Bell somewhere else. They simply don’t have their act together and I don’t know when they will. I won’t be waiting to find out. A simple apology or appreciation for our business could mean so much. But hey, at least it has a water fountain.

Terrible service and terrible managers… staff seemed to not know anything or care plus the food was disgusting. I will never come to this location again… this is the 3rd time my order was bad… the owners need to be ashamed just throwing a Taco Bell here basically for the money because they don’t care about the food quality nor hiring competent employees

Honestly if you want taco bell just go to a different location not this one. Some of the staff just do not care. I had already ordered my food when I found out another person waited over an hour and 20 minutes. Safe to say my wait was even longer

Walked up with my family to check out the new Taco Bell. Waited for over 45 minutes to find out that our order had been made but separated and sold to others as mobile and door dash orders. We were refunded and picked up some pizza and subs from Me. C’s instead so I have no idea how the food is. At least half of the staff were not working as they should while the drive thru line wrapped to the street and in store customers waited. There isn’t really anywhere you would want to sit inside but they do have nice outdoor seating which is great for a store in Michigan :). Wish they had put something else here.

Did an online order to pick up in the drive through. Not a single car moved for 10 minutes and with the modern design you can see inside. 2 employees I could see were standing in their phones. Meanwhile it said my food was already made and ready. So I parked and went inside where I grabbed my food from the in-store of pick-up area and not a single employee even acknowledged me. We had a 9 item order and 4 items were missing and the modification of another never happened. When I went back (15 minutes later) to get the missing items, I didn't get a single apology and I had to ask staff twice to get help. Not too mention the parking lot/drive thru was hilariously awfully planned out.

Placed online order 45 minutes before lunch and waited nearly 25 minutes to get it once inside restaurant. Employees complained that online/mobile orders weren't visible for them to see.

Staff was doing their best. It was busy and they spent too much time correcting orders. They couldn't provide fried items for some reason. The kiosk system was a little confusing. The drive through was closed.

Really fresh food!! A little slow, but they just opened up! Friendly staff!

This is a new build, Taco Bell in Detroit. Open and spacious, with modern touches and a huge water fountain. Really nice outdoor seating, somewhat small indoor dining, but effective. There are 3 kiosks for orders; however, staff are available to talk orders directly. The food was good. I tried their new grilled cheese shredded beef Taco. This offering now ranks high on my favorite items from Taco Bell! It came with 2 dipping sauces, all forb$3.49. I would recommend it!

Nicest and best Taco Bell on the East side. Can be busy at peak times but has slow times like today I went and there were 3 cars ahead. I was there about 5 minutes, excellent service

The staff inside act as though they are doing you Favor. They forget if the public didn't come into the restaurant they would not9 have a job.they should appreciate the public.

This was the 3rd chance I gave them! Awful service! I ordered a veggie Mexican pizza as listed on their menu. The staff acted like they had no idea what that even was. What I got was a strange looking burrito filled with meat. Workers there don’t seem to be happy to take your order or give you your food. I politely asked for sauce using the words please and thank you. What I got in return was some sauce with an audible grunt. I mean c’mon. Is it too much to ask for an accurate order served with a smile at the very least. I’m changing my opinion on the possible opening of Chick-fil-A down the street. It may be a traffic nightmare but the employees at least know how to be polite and value their customers. Maybe Taco Bell could get some pointers from them. I’m never going back to this location. I will go out of my way and drive up Mack to the SCS location. Do better!
