Can I PLEASE have a Bacon cheeseburger with my onion??? This was the most horrid customer service from a Burger King by far. It's terrible that you can't go to the restaurants in the city because their attitudes stink to no end. All I ordered was a sandwich and as you can see the onion was bigger than the burger and the cheese wasn't melted and the employee was dry and unpleasant. Take my advice readers, you would be better off going to the store and buying the ingredients and making your own $6 burger versus going to that location.

Wasn't happy this time, fries were cold and had an old grease taste. The double cheeseburger was okay till I reached then and it had soap/sanitizer taste, a strong taste like it was dipped or set into it. Usually they are Pretty good and the service fast compared to McDonald's down the street.

Ordered a Double whopper combo and didn't get it. They gave me a single wopper. They don't answer the phone either. Sandwiched was cold. Bacon wasn't cooked. Just threw it away.

Always out of menu items. Went to order an impossible whopper and they were out. Onion rings? Out. Wanted a crispy chicken sandwich as a replacement and they insisted the only fried items they had were fries and fish. No wonder they're always empty. Close it now.

Need to change the hours. I just tried to get breakfast at 9:30 Am on a Thursday and the place was closed. It happens quite often.

Ordered a double whopper well done and the lady told me everything is fresh already off the broiler. Super nice older woman . Food was hot and good!

Love the Impossible Burger. Customer service is okay. Food was fresh. Parking lot needs work. There are alot of pot holes when you're pulling in. * Update* They have recently fixed the large potholes in the parking lot💖

It really isn't words to explain how Good Burger King's food is. I love their burgers oh, I love their other Foods too. But there is some flaws in Burger Kings staff. It seemed like when I went there she did not want to listen to what I was trying to say I wasn't complaining or anything. I was just trying to tell her my order. She was assuming different things. And I had to keep telling her what I wanted. However I did not report that stuff member. Because after that she said she's sorry they've just been busy switching from breakfast to lunch. I do like their fries and they do have fries hahaha. But they probably do need to stop at a little bit more salt for my taste buds personally.
