This new Dunkin took the place of the Starbucks that used to be here. The employees were super nice and cheerful, the place was comfortable and clean, and the iced coffee still hit haha. They did just open so some of their employees are going through training, so things were just a tad slow, but that wasn’t really a problem.

Donuts are a day old and stale. Just order drinks from this location. If you stay at the attached Hollywood Casino Hotel, you can watch them bring the donuts over on a truck around 11:00 pm the night before to sell the next day. Not a place for fresh food.

Dirty first off, second the guy was on his phone and got annoyed with me for ordering 😳 I guess I interpreted his finger scroll and third the coffee was DISGUSTING! Dunkin in the casino needs a WHOLE STAFF why he’s touching my money and preparing my coffee? No hand sanitizer no washing hands after each transaction and PLUS you are touching a nasty phone! NEVER ORDERING FROM HERE AGAIN!

Dennis made me a Carmel Latte and it was made to perfection!! I wish he was there to make my drinks when I return! His customer service skills were great also!

Coffee was not good. It was a light color that resembled iced tea. It didn’t taste good at all. I do not recommend. I wish I would have went without. Employees were nice, but not knowledgeable.

This is the worst ran Dunkin that I’ve have ever been to. The cashiers act like they have never used a cash register before. They’re always out of products, the line is always long, and the counter setup is backwards.

Bad and very damn slow service. Staff doesn’t cooperate. Dunkin donuts is supposed to be fast service but this is totally opposite.

Diamond is so unprofessional she is nasty to her employees she is not fit to be GM she rude to the customers she always late and get mad at employees she even fired one of her employees because she didn’t like her.. the girl that also always make my coffee everyday she fired.
