It’s a little difficult to give a review on the service, products, etc, as they were closed when I went. I live in Canada. On a recent trip to the US, I finally had the opportunity to try Dunkin coffee and I’ve grown to love it very much. To the extent that when I need a little pick me up, I will cross the Ambassador Bridge (pay roughly $15USD/$20 CAD in tolls round trip) and get myself an iced drink. I had found this location, and it was listed as 24 hours which was perfect. I drove across the border, paid the tolls, drove about 20-25 minutes to this location and it was closed…. I understand that things change and things happen, but it was just disappointing since I did so much, and wasted $20 in tolls, plus my gas and time to get there, for it to be closed. There was no sign on the window or anything. I see that now the 24/7 hours have been confirmed recently so I’m very hopeful that it will actually be open the next time I go.

Asked cashier multiple times if the chorizo egg wrap had meat in it and she replied there’s no meat in there, after taking couple bites saw there’s pork meat in there, when I looked it up and indeed there was meat in that wrap, and I suffered severe allergic reactions, they need to be trained well.

$2.99 for a plain toasted bagel I left a $1 tip and they tried gave it to me burnt black... I am Highly disappointed

I ordered an iced Carmel machiatto, they forgot the Carmel so I had just espresso and milk. I had to go to Astoria bakery a few feet away to get an actual Carmel macchiato. Aside from the coffee, service is terrible every single time I’ve been there. (It’s right up the street from my job) Almost every single employee is extremely unprofessional. Bad attitudes, really rude and make you feel unwelcome. I’m not sure any of their staff gets properly trained as it seems they will hire anyone with zero standards. Shameful as they’re conveniently located.

I ordered a plain bagel with cream cheese and an everything bagel with cream cheese and 2 hot teas with tea bags in the side. I received a plain bagel with a slice of American cheese and an everything bagel with nothing on it and 2 teas with the tea bags in the cup.

Honestly going to this Dunkin Donuts was the best part of the night. Full of energy Loved it
