Wish I could give zero stars! Would not be going bk to another McDonald's again! Ppl can't follow directions on a simple order & give me fresh food instead I get an old burnt dried out chicken sandwich with some old pickles on some buns..asked for my meal to be cooked to order with cheese & guess what? No cheese either!.... Only thing that was fresh were the fries 🍟 TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE!!

My husband came home with what they thought was a buttermilk chicken sandwich, I wouldn’t even consider this food! I hope google lets me upload a photo. The chicken is so hard!

I woke up early on a Sunday morning to get to Home Depot when it opened and didn’t have coffee yet, so I ordered through my app. Got to the drive thru and their iced coffee machines were down. I really wanted an iced coffee because it’s too dang hot for hot coffee, but I told them to go ahead and make me a regular coffee instead. The person taking my order decided to whip up his own concoction with ice, coffee, cream, sugar, and the caramel syrup from the sundaes. Talk about going above and beyond with customer service! I don’t have his name and the store phone number takes me to Wisconsin, but it was today, at 8:30 am, whoever was scheduled to be on the speaker for the drive thru. Thank you SO MUCH! You truly started my day off with a HUGE smile and I am SO appreciative of your innovation and willingness to satisfy a customers cravings! Give that man a raise!!

Always giving out cold food, and don’t wanna give you a refund!! Gotta pull ahead to get your drinks and food remade. Because you asked for it fresh. Do anybody take work serious anymore. Morning time employees are nice though.

I always go to this place an every time they remind me why I should stop going there my boyfriends food was over cooked my mcchicken it was super hard and the bread was super burnt this mcdonalds should be either shut down or restaffed because this is ridiculous and disgusting

Would give 0 stars if possible. I had a mobile order that I paid for online to pick up through the drive-thru. The line moved extremely slow. I finally made it to the 2nd window after 30 minutes only for them to ask me to pull up because my order wasn't ready. I waited by the door another 10 minutes before walking inside to ask for a refund. The cashier refunded my money and as I was walking out someone was heading to my car with food! That was my first and last visit at this location.

As a dasher, it sucks. The wait was forever. Lobby full of people and no one on the register. They didn't prepare the customer's order until I got there. No drinks available, just trash.

I’m not gonna lie I used to hate this McDonald’s location. They were unprofessional, nasty attitude‘s, but recently when I’ve been going at night and the staff is actually really really professional and is good service, and I’m all about customer service. Whoever the manager is on Night Shift is doing a great job I heard him while I was in the drive-through and the way he talk to his staff and keep him motivated and The way he communicated with them was awesome 👌🏾. I love what I see there now fr BIG DIFFERENCE then before on mornings or afternoons. Plus the food was really fresh 5 Stars for me
