    I ordered on doordash and I had hair in my food. I called and spoke to the manager Brian and he replaced my food with no problem he has excellent customer service. I appreciate him not giving me a hassle at all which I did return the food because I haven't eaten it. Thanks for having good customer service and a good manager on shift appreciate you Brian.

    It would be higher but they literally don't have anything here they're always out of food the machines that makes the specialty stuff isn't even in the building but the gentlemen managers always make sure the food is hot. Good customer service

    When you place a special order, they give you what they want you to have. Myself and my mother Order was not what we ordered and it was slappy and Cole. It was like they gave us leftover food from the day before. This is the second time i've came here and I threw my whole order in the garbage will not be going back

    Asked for a Large Sweet tea with lemonade without ice. Received a large Sweet tea with lemonade & EXTRA ice. After removing the ice that I didn’t want, the middle photo below is what I was left with. Last picture represents how much ice that was in my sweet tea with lemonade for $2.96! And it wasn’t anything sweet about the tea at all. Should’ve just kept driving like I started to.

    Creepy Automated message when you pull in. Not the actual person you will be talking to, very confusing as he asks you a question but isn't there to respond. Drive tru was not run great. Wanted me to pull into a handicap spot to wait for food. Forgot all sauces, said they'd be back with them and didn't return. Had to go inside and wait again for the rest of my order. Won't be back.

    Stopped in for 2 McChicken's. Went inside ordered. Cashier was friendly. Decided to use bathroom after I got my order I set in on a table with receipt 2 tables away from cashier and 3 other workers. A young man who was standing inside decided to take my food and left the building. I asked the workers if they saw where my food went. They told me the young man probably took it. The manager on duty replaced my food. Lesson learned for me.

    Food was hot and good. However, waited for more than 20 mins just to get the food. I don’t see any benefit of using the mobile app to order because you will have to wait along time for the order.

    Waited in the drive thru line for 25 minutes to place a order. Then 30 minutes to get my food. I had drank majority of my frozen coke before I got my food. Avoid this restaurant if you can.
