    Stood in line on the inside 35 mins and waited for my food. Asked the young lady that took my order for my cookies to be fresh 6 times. She even told me that she would drop them for me to make sure of it. When I got my order all my food was cold and the cookies were even brick hard. Fries tasted like paper no salt on them and the entire time I waited on the inside for my order the employees were yelling and screaming and talking loud nonstop while “making food” ..it was very unorganized. Not one employee had a set station. They were all over the place which is highly unsanitary. I thought I would go to this one to avoid going to the one on Grand River and Livernois, but I guess it’s just a Detroit thing. They also didn’t have any lemonade icys. Just Pepsi and blueberry. I’m just gonna stop eating at Mickey dees all in all. If I could give them a negative rating I would! Terrible wait time and unorganized. I can say the male manager in charge with the two buns in his head did have a pleasant attitude under all the stress however. Nice guy.

    They served me cold fries and food. The food was not fresh. The inside was not clean. They remade my sandwich with the same meat. The manager was not welcoming nor friendly. I will not be returning. Money wasted! And I spent almost 30 dollars.

    The customer service SUCKS!! They are SUPERRRRR SLOWWW and the quality of food is never fresh. The restaurant is nasty. DO NOT order here!! 🤮🤮

    I was going to try to get me a under the table job at first to circumvent reporting to SSI. I legitimately filed with the app on the door and completed the application and asked for a part-time job. Possibly because I rate things here on Google my application was a circumvented while I waited to receive notice of some type of start date. I'm broke now and looking for opportunities and where my daughter told me that McDonald's would be a good start somehow I became ineligible. I went here twice and talked to someone and they took my information twice and redirected me in a way that the equipment was down and at first I accepted it as innocuous but then I made sure to leave it again and I was never called back. I just got out of prison and rightfully people can hire who they want to hire but the fact of the matter is there was no continuity as far as I was told that I will be contacted and it did not happen. The first time I filed I legitimately asked for a part-time job but there was a whining sentiment You can't work all day!? Where it could have been simply said that we need an all-day worker, so you have it I'm stuck here writing reviews on Google hoping that maybe in my brokeness somebody will give me a transparency job. Until then I'll be "transparent" on Google.

    Was up there waited 45 mins for my order. Had to check it a few times. Had ask for the manager she never came. Had to ask again. Then she gave me a burger with an f’ing attitude and no apology. If you hate your job that’s not my fault. Customer service is everything. It’s too damn hectic there!

    This place is just horribly lacking in customer service. Our frozen coke cup was damaged, and the lid wouldn't fit. I handed it back thru the window and the lady took it, tried a different lid, came back, and handed it to me. The lid didn't stay on, of course, because it was a bad cup not lid and spilled the contents all over my cup holder and car seat. The cashier then turned her back on me in the drive thru window as I tried to ask for napkins to help clean the mess. She just put her back against the window and waved for me to leave. They had my money already, why would they care if my order was correct or even edible. 🤔

    Lady had a bad attitude. While ordering she kept sayingthat she is not understanding what we were ordering after saying we needed 2b. Upon getting to the window to make our payment she had her back turned to the window for a good period of time so we drove to the window where we collected the drink and she came storming there for payment. After asking her why she had her back turned to us so long back at payment window if she was off duty, she slammed the window in our faces and walked off. . This was always my favorite mc donalds and after tonight i am very disappointed. Next time tell employee to ask customers to hhol a minute iinsted of hhavig her back turned.
