The shrimp taco trio was flavorful, and there was value for your buck. The decor was nice but typical and the service was good, but not too friendly. The establishment is very roomy for a large crowd, and their is a large variety on the drink, beer and wine menu. The brunch was filling, I really loved the smoked salmon. The location of the restaurant is very conveniently placed, although you may have to pay for parking before paying for your meal, unless you walk from one of the nearby hotels or otherp businesses. I hate to pay for parking when I am going out to eat, parking should always be complementary! The patio was nice in the daylight, it should be even nicer at night. I give the restaurant a (3) for average, due to the less than friendly service and the typical decor. Food was good but not fabulous, but it didn't brake the bank.

Had a fantastic meal everytime (so far about 5 at the Detroit location) valentines special was awesome Mary was our server and she was awesome! The meal was very good..... Finally tried the brunch and I was not impressed at all. The selections were very few, even with the omelet station, there were no veggies like broccoli or spinach, plus they were a bit on the dry side. It wasnt so bad that I wouldn't return, it jus wouldn't be my first choice. The staff was amazin all times except when got the pregnant server, she tried to hustle us and was very angry and today I think Kevin was the only worker, he did it all I believe! Lol, he was awesome tho, he kept it movin in there! Our favorite part the last 2 times were the addon champagne, it awesome!....💋

Had a lunch meeting at this location and was very impressed with the cleanliness, the service and the food was surprisingly very good. For their target diners they deliver excellent food. The Caesar salad was definitely overdressed but still palatable. The trio chicken was very well prepared and seasoned. I can’t compare it to a fine dining menu but for its category it is definitely five star worthy. Finding the entrance to the restaurant was not obvious by any means. Whilst I had a drink I still expected the water to be replenished even at the end when the bill arrived. Finishing touch. Lunch was not overcrowded so conversations were manageable, it wasn’t overly noisy.

GC is pretty good. I have ate in Troy location maybe 2 or 3 times and Detroit location twice. The food was pretty good. We ordered half off small plates but the food was more like big plates. I left very very full and it was pretty tasty. I would recommend coming for a happy hour if you have the chance.

Walking in the setting was really nice. Reservations were made and the service from start to finish was wonderful. The appetizer (wings) perfection! The crunch was just right on the wings and was just enough sauce. When the food came out the plates didn't seem like it would be enough. But it was just right.

Place was really nice. Restaurant was clean and had a good atmosphere. Went there with my girlfriend to sit for happy hour out on the patio..unfortunately the patio was closed. The happy hour specials were good, with the food portions being very good! The tacos were great and have a nice spice (especially the shrimp tacos). The beer was good, especially the coconut stout which has good chocolate and coffee notes. Definitely recommend!

The food was great. The cooks in the back was kinda loud with their personal conversation, our waitress was a little slow but helpful. I came with a party of 20 and we all enjoyed the food. Those meatballs were the best I ever had . We will be back.We are at the Renaissance location in Detroit.

The food was unbelievably good. I ordered the crispy shrimp taco trio and BBQ pulled pork served on a jalapeño waffle. The sauce on the shrimp taco had the right amount of spice and was very flavorful. The pulled pork was extremely juicy and I loved the fried onions on top. I also ordered the Flying Monkey for an alcoholic drink and it was wonderfully fruity. Although the food was good, the service was horrible. We did have a large party and some came later, but at the time of our reservation, we were told we couldn’t go to our table with even a handful of our party. After a few more minutes we learned our table was given away and were told to wait for another to open up. This was an additional 40 minutes to an hour wait to be seated. During this time, one of our class reunion coordinators went back and forth explaining the situation so we could be seated with our current amount in the party, but was refused each time. Once seated and our waitress finally took the orders, we waited another hour for our food. I was at the restaurant for a total of FOUR hours. I was highly disappointed in the service and expected more from a restaurant located on the riverfront. The three stars given was for the food NOT the service.
