Warning:
Niki’s
Pizza
will
sell
you
a
burnt
pizza
and
refuse
to
replace
it
when
you
notify
them,
EVEN
when
you
bring
the
pizza
back!
We
ordered
takeout
on
a
Wednesday
night
and
got
home
to
discover
both
pizzas
were
considerably
overcooked.
We
called
them
back
that
night
but
could
not
get
through
over
the
phone.
I
encouraged
my
son
to
take
the
pizzas
back
(one
of
which
had
slices
missing
because
my
son
didn’t
think
it
was
that
bad
until
it
became
apparent
that
it
was
only
getting
worse)
because
an
establishment
like
Niki’s
should
never
have
allowed
those
pizzas
to
leave
the
restaurant.
When
he
arrived,
he
was
told
nothing
could
be
done
about
the
half-eaten
because
he
had
eaten
half
of
it.
While
I
still
feel
like
they
could
have
at
least
replaced
them
with
four
slices,
he
accepted
their
offer
to
replace
the
other
full
pizza
despite
the
inconvenience
of
having
to
drive
30
minutes
back
to
the
restaurant.
But
here
is
where
the
insult
gets
added
to
the
injury:
my
son
was
told
at
3
pm
that
there
was
no
manager
available
and
he
would
have
to
“come
back”
after
6
pm.
No
manager
available?
COME
BACK
AGAIN?
Seriously?
Despite
the
young
lady
at
the
front
desk
advocating
for
my
son,
imploring
the
guy
in
the
kitchen
to
just
replace
the
pizza,
he
refused.
Of
course,
we
weren’t
going
to
waste
another
hour
for
a
$15
pizza.
Lesson
learned.
Moral
of
the
story:
fellow
patrons,
let’s
stop
giving
our
hard-earned
money
away
to
establishments
that
would
be
willing
to
box
and
sell
an
overtly
overcooked/burnt
pizza
and
refuse
to
replace
it
when
called
on
it.
