Music was ready really loud and I normally appreciate loud music but when out to dinner you can even hear what the person next to you is saying. Other than that the food was pretty good. The Szechuan green beans were so good and they were definitely the highlight of our meal. I had the lamb chops there were pretty good and a decent sized portion of 4 chops. My husband had salmon and he liked it a lot but said the sauce was quite a bit salty. Overall decent place to eat at would try it out again.

Walked past the building. It does need a sign that will stand out to the eye. From the looks of it, I thought it was Bert's restaurant that's next to theater. But once you get on the inside it's simply beautiful. Reservations were made so I was seated right away. Waiter staff was very nice. The only three things I would mention now is they do not have a drink menu, no real air circulation and the gratuity is already added to your meal so don't go and add extra when they bring the receipt. The food was delicious (my friend and I ordered the same thing but a different kinda cook on the steak it was mixed up. Maybe get a label for that) lol. And they also had the live band come in to play which was a nice touch as well. Overall a wonderful little spot to get away for a good meal. Just be sure to bring the good wallet because it will cost.

The food was good. Very nice portions. The wait staff was great. The only thing we didn't like was dessert. The menu said carrot cake but it was spice cake. The cobbler was dry but the Salmon was very good and the pasta had great flavor

Motown Bistro was so great I don't know how to describe the experience. The music was excellent, the service was phenomenal, the drinks were delightful and the food was extremely delicious. I would give it $$$ because it was Pricy but this place is worth the money. My pictures do not do this place justice because when our meal came, I forgot to take a Pic. But I have to say it was awesome!

The Bistro did an excellent job accommodating my husband’s 50-person birthday dinner. We had an amazing time. The atmosphere was relaxing yet upscale with live jazz to set the mood. Waiters and staff cordial and hospitable. The owner came to each table to personally address our needs. Appetizers and entrees were served swiftly and to perfection. Highly recommend.

1st time there, my friend and I took advantage of the Thursday all you can eat crag legs. Literally all you can eat within an hour! Never had to wave the server down for refills because our guy Gary kept our plates full! The chowder soup was delicious, I'd recommend the kitchen to boil the crab legs in some sort of seasoning (old bay perhaps), & maybe add more toppings to the salad such as croutons or eggs. Overall great experience, beautiful decor, calm atmosphere, the live music was unexpected and really good at the same time, Marv is an excellent musician. Will definitely return! Ask to sit in Gary's section when you go πŸ˜‰.

Motown Bistro was decent. The food was good. I had pasta and chicken. The drinks were delicious. They offer many varieties of Margaritas. We decided to sit outside and black debris was blowing everywhere including our food. Lol. We still ate, had a great time and the music was nice

The waiter seemed like he was so nervous and we were the first table he’s ever waited. Everything we ordered was fried without it stating so on the menu or when the specials were listed. When I asked to speak to the manager, she was more concerned about what exactly the waiter said instead of our experience as a customer. I have never had a manager go this much back and forth with me.. I felt like I was at a fast food restaurant. I ordered my steak medium, it was medium well almost well done. Who breads a lobster and has a sweet glaze on a steak??

Great place for a date night. Amazing service (ask for Gary), excellent drink selection, solid menu and food was out of this world. Wonderful experience.

Cool little spot. The live music was nice, and the drinks were good, but the food was lacking. One of our meals ended up being comped because it was so oily and soggy we wouldn't eat it. I expected more from a place where I'm spending $50+ per person

I really wanted to like this place, but I can't. Visited on 1/21. Food was medocire for the price you pay. Expensive drinks ($22 margarita). When I got my bill, I noticed an automatic gratuity of 20% is added. That was not a problem. I left a small additional tip on the receipt. When I checked my transactions a couple of days later, I noticed my final posted payment for the restaurant was higher than it should have been. My immediate thought was that the waitress must have changed my tip amount. I called the restaurant to speak to the manager. She pulled my receipt, and sure enough, the tip amount had been changed. I know for an absolute fact that I did not write that amount. The waitress clearly scammed me. The manager took down my name and number and said she'd work on refunding me the extra money and would call me back. I did receive a text a few days later from the manager informing me she had refunded my entire tip plus tax. It was refunded to my card. So that is the only good thing.

This is not my first time dining here. Other experiences have been wonderful and quite memorable. This time it was quite different. It was apparent that the team was understaffed for waiters. The manager and even the hostess were engaged clearing tables and anything else to help. We purchased the dinner and comedy package. Personally, I feel the food service industry has suffered since the pandemic. This was no exception. Our service was slow and the food was less than stellar. I'm going this is a one time thing. I'm going to give them another try simply because I know what they're capable of because I've received it.

My boyfriend and I came here for our anniversary and had a lovely experience. I really enjoyed the live performance - Sinatra-esque singing with a piano accompaniment. Our food was delicious (I got the New York, New York and had plenty to bring home) and our server, Marvin, was attentive without being intrusive on such a romantic occasion. I would highly recommend coming here!

First, I'll start off by saying the staff was great and very attentive. I went there for brunch this past Sunday and the atmosphere was LIVE!!! I loved it. But the food.... Thumbs down. I ordered chicken and waffles... Why did they come back with chicken and EGGOS . Yes, for $21 I got three pieces of fried chicken and eggo waffles. My friend ordered the steak and eggs and she couldn't get a knife through that thang. She had to send it back and ended up eating somewhere else. Idk, who was back there in that kitchen that day, but absolutely unacceptable to charge those prices and serve us food a 7yr old could make. That was our first time there and we won't be back.
