The African American lady with shorthair (cashier) always has an attitude and doesn’t introduce herself or the restaurant. She asks “what do you want?”. For you to find some happiness devil child.

Expensive and poor quality. 12 oz soda and some soggy fries with no salt for $5? McDonald’s is right across the aisle from here. Cheaper and better.

They make really good chili-cheese fries and I regularly order their Crispy Chicken melts. Those are really delicious. One thing that really surprises me about this restaurant is their exceptionally fast service. This Coney Island often has dishes ready in 10 minutes or less! They definitely pride themselves on their great food and great customer service.

Latoya is perhaps the most unpleasant individual working in customer service that I have ever met. She was rude and hostile to me, and to every subsequent person in line. The breakfast I got was pretty decent (hence the 3stars still), but I wouldn't return simply for the deplorable service.

We ordered 4 meals. 3 of which were messed up. A combination of missed items and incorrect items. The food was alright. Nothing special. I recommended the fast food around the court more.

My veggie omelette was very thin. Asked for sour cream they didn't have any...the cashier wasn't friendly. $6.31 for this is not worth it. I'm still hungry geez!

The pictures posted on the menu look nothing like what you will actually receive. Falafel looked and tasted like a rock. So disappointing to spend $9 on subpar food. Rather have went to Burger King!

HORRIBLE customer service ladies were rude to EACH guest on Sunday Nov 4 in the MORNING time It wasn't even 11 am yet and I tried to order from the breakfast side got the rudest response from the lady denying that they closed breakfast And they still had a good hour before 11 Food was alright but the customer service was so horrible never again.
