    Took a while to get service, but once received the food tasted good and the price was as expected. The McGriddle and hash brown were hot and fresh.

    I ordered a mobile order. When I got there the lobby was closed and I waited in the drive through, was told everything was down. Asked if I’d get a refund and was told “I’ll cancel ur order” very rudely. They never canceled it.was charged.also used a coupon that I now don’t get to use because I had to cancel my own order.

    Ordered a McFlurry at the kiosk and waited and waited until I finally asked where my order was and was finally told that the machine was not working. Why didn't they say something when the order was up on the screen but no. When I finally had to ask where my order was I had a hard time trying to get the what I assumed was the manager as to some of the things that he was doing was in the middle of Bull#hitting with two customers and seemed to have no interest in me trying to get his attention

    I’m genuinely astounded how bad this location is. Every time I come, there’s a huge line that moves unbelievably slow. I sat at the actual drive through speaker for a solid 5-10 minutes without so much as an acknowledgement, even after failing multiple times to get someone’s attention. I was finally told to pull up to the window to order. Get it together

    Save your money, don’t go here! The most disgusting McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. The whole place was so dirty. We had to ask twice to have the table wiped. The long haired girl poured** the disinfectant all over our table then had another worker wipe it up. My milkshake had multiple dirt specks in it?? I was afraid to ask for a new one. If I could give this place a zero, I would.

    Staff had my food ready in time. Area needed a little cleaning and restrooms where cluttered with something ment for lobby area. Bonus male restroom sink area was dirty..

    I have had to wait 20 minutes just to get my order placed. There was nobody at the counter and I did not receive any acknowledgement. I was standing at the counter for 10 minutes and I decided to use the kiosk because they were taking too long. One of the charge machines were down so I used another one. I waited another 10 minutes to receive my order. It is absolutely ridiculous that I have had to wait this long at a McDonald's. Somebody needs to be working the counter taking the orders and another person should be expediting them. It should not take this long to place and receive my order.

    This is a picture of the drive thru window. My family Loves your breakfast sandwiches! I can't eat them. My favorite used to be your salads! They're not on the menu anymore! 😪

    It took a while to get my food order via drive thru. The sandwich looked like it had been in the warmer All day. It was cold, dry and tasteless. The only reason I didn't return the food I was traveling and didn't want to miss my appointment. The fries were cold and soft not crunchy. The coke was watered down too.

    Been there few times before and i hated it. But, last i visited on 12/04. It was really good. A black gentleman was soo nice to us. He was super friendly and well mannered. Idk your name but whoever you're... Be blessed 🙏

    Normally the service is fast and the food is decent enough not to complain. This trip was different. I order two breakfast meals one being the steak meal with a caramel frappe(the machine was down), so I settled for an ice coffee. When I got to work to open my meal, there was no steak on the sandwich, just an egg and a sorry looking piece of cheese, and the ice coffee tasted like poison. I was extremely upset I called them a thousand times for two days never got an answer, so I felt robbed of my money. The only reason I gave them two stars and not one is because I witness the manager put her employee in her place for being rude to a customer through drive-through and she did it in the most professional way.

    HOW HARD IT IS TO MAKE A CUP OF COFFEE~~~~~ Second time within a week; I've ordered a medium coffee with 5 creams and 1 sugar, only to arrive to work and it's 5 sugars and 1 cream. Extremely frustrating. I understand they're wanting to decrease one's wait time, but when the orders are WRONG, maybe it's best to slow down for a bit and ensure that they're made CORRECTLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    We had a mobile order for a happy meal for my grandson. The fries were just thrown in the box, with too much salt. The paper bag that they come in had never been opened, We ordered a frappe when we get to the window they said they have no frappes. And we have to call a certain number to get it added back on our card

    Waited 15 minutes just to order, which is insane for a double drive thru for "fast food". The employees kept talking with their coworkers obviously forgetting their mic was off, playing so much I had to place my order three times because they just weren't paying attention. They were polite enough and my food order was correct, so I'll give three stars.

    Drive thru service. The staff was very polite and the service was fantastic. We stopped here a couple of times in the past and we never received service like this! Great staff today 11/18/2023 at 2pm.

    Being right in the center of hospitals, museums, schools, and a college, this McDonald's gets extremely busy. But whether you have 3 customers or 33, the server should maintain a level of control, management, and professionalism. But sadly, last Monday, my final time visiting this particular McDonald's, the staff did not uphold any of these attributes.

    McDonald's experience at this location is always a good experience for me every time I go there. I especially love the fact that the coca cola drink is never ever flat and always fresh! The food is always hot and delicious 😋. The staff is quick, kind and courteous to all the customers. The wait is never long and the lines move fast! Great management here as always!

    i ordered a frappe, they didn’t give me a straw. i ordered a chicken sandwich and it had absolutely no mayo on it. i ordered a coffee with two creams and 3 sugars and they not only didn’t put it in the coffee, they didnt give me any on the side. drive through worker was rude

    Pulled up in the afternoon and saw an employee at the door telling people the lobby was closed. A caution cone was placed outside the entrance and then the door was locked. I went to the drive thru with 7 cars ahead of me and sat there waiting for 19 minutes without a single car moving. I was stuck in the inside drive thru lane and when the car next to me left, I was also able to leave. Went to the Woodward location and had a much better experience.

    In drive thru @10:45 pm a car pulls to the window tells the cashier that they didn’t place an order then places their order. When they pull to the window to get their order they were allowed to sit at the window while their #7 combo was being prepared. Which I know made the sos terrible.

    It's an okay McDonald's. When I drove up to order, no one said anything, so I had to say "hello" first. Also, the window didn't offer any sauces. Some good things were that the food tasted fresh enough & their bathrooms were very clean!

    Lunch order completely wrong. Tried calling to get order replaced. Phone just rang for 5 minutes. Usually this location has great service. Very disappointed today!!

    I asked for the girl at the window for some salt for my fries and told me it's some already on the fries. Really!? I will not be coming back to this McDonald's. What was so hard about giving me some salt? Lazy....

    The fish and drink were fine, but the fries were the weirdest. They had a very funny taste I can't quite put my finger on. Besides not being seasoned, the taste was just...weird! Old maybe?

    I sat in the drive thru line for more than 10 minutes and the line never moved so I left. I made the decision to go back to this McDonald's because it's close to home. I had not been there in over 10 years because the last time I was there my egg mcmuffin had GREEN egg. I guess it will be another 10 years before I go back again.

    Been going since I was a child. Recipes have changed over the years. They can't or don't want to bring back that original Big Mac flavor I remember from yester-year. A quick feed your kid place but priced much higher.

    I delivered down the street at Wolverine packing. Was told McDonald's had enough room to park a truck and trailer. Came here, dining room was closed but walked up to drive thru and got something to eat. Guy was real nice.
