Wrote this review a year ago and here I am again 7-30-2021 and ordered from this same location double cheese double pepperoni pizza and look at this does this look like double everything the cheese is baked all the way off the pizza on some of the slices and I did close ups to show it I thought I would give them a chance but if you guys want good pizza go to the Woodward location because this is not it

NEVER AGAIN!!! Absolutely disappointed and disgusted. Convinced my family and I received OLD FOOD. Ordered the bread and pizza combo and I regret it! I literally stay 5 mins away when the food got to me it was freezing cold! The cheese in the stuffed bread was stiff and the pizza was cold and soggy. Worst food experience EVER LITERALLY

The food normally is really good.. But this particular day I ordered my usual which is a 4 or 5 bone rib dinner with barbecue fries. Well the rib bones they decided to give me were just that. BONES! I don't think none of my bones really had a decent amount of meat on them like they usually do. I was very disappointed in that. I just think it was probably the luck of the draw pretty much and I got dealt a bad hand. Welp!!! Otherwise I'm usually very happy when I purchase my meals from Happy's 🤷🏾‍♀️

Called in an order of six piece chicken wings. I was told it will be ready in 25 minutes. I arrived in 30 minutes and order not ready. Cashier said it is still cooking and it should be ready in less than 10 minutes. Approximately 15 to 20 minutes later I inquired about my order. She stated let me check, which took about another 5 minutes. Finally got my order, after arriving home, open the box and very surprised to see chicken with feathers ( see photo) and the fry on the chicken looked horrible. Which indicates the chicken was not washed, if it was it was not cleaned properly. After waiting at least 45 minutes and paying 16.00 for 6 chicken wings. I expected a higher quality of service and food. In the midst of a pandemic not one employee was wearing a mask. This food went straight to the garage. I was not going to waste my time going back. Do yourself a favor and bypass this place of business.

Ordered two burgera and it took an hour. They got the order wrong. Its not hard. It's two burgers. The cashiers small children were running in and out of the kitchen and playing in thw lobby. The cook was angry he had to work a job HE APPLIED FOR and was slamming the orders around on the rack. I've never seen anything like this before. SHUT THIS LOCATION DOWN. UNSANITARY INCOMPETENT WORKERS.

So ghetto I started off with delivery to my home all the food was deliver wedges was burnt how could you deliver your customers food that way so I drive there before they closed had my receipts for my food bring wedges back they remade them again and then put cajun on them after waiting 20 minutes then say it takes 3 minutes now this the 3rd time and still it's ghetto didn't offer a drink or nothing yall are the worst in history to mess my order up twice after waiting and waiting I definitely gone make sure everyone knows how happy do they customers manager didn't even address me they just kept cussing in the back

I sent my 13 year old son in to pick up a small pizza for me the white man at the counter acting racist and rude. I was on the phone with my son the whole time so I heard everything I will not be ordering from here again. I hate this ghetto ruse nasty place. Can't belive yaull was rude to a kid smh

I always order delivery from here, and their customer service on the phone is WONDERFUL. I didn't feel rushed, and she was kind and offered other options by name instead of just, "Do you want anything else?" Love this location. Keep up the good work

Waited so long I didn't even want the food anymore. I called in she said 20 mins before the order was ready. When we got here we paid at 4:13pm and was waiting so long we finish this review before we got our food. The service and store was horrible. Will never eat here again.

I ordered by 5 large pizzas by phone and had them delivered. The customer service was great when I placed my order. However when I got my order the pizza was flat and heavy. The dough did not rise. It was like it was thin crust but it wasn't. I called to get a refund or some money back or a reorder. The manager told me to bring the pizza back and reorder and he will give me a $10 discount off the new order!!!!! I said, I had the pizza delivered why would I come and drop them off and why would I reorder pizza that I'm not satisfied with. I asked him to have the new order delivered free and I will give him the pizzas back. He refused and would not give me a discount on the old order and told me to reorder and he will take $10 off. That is not satisfactory for me. I will not be going back because the business owner does not know how to take care of his customers when they make a mistake!! This is my first time going to the livernois one. I usually order from the Schaefer location and will continue to do so.

I called & ordered a small pepperoni & Italian sausage pizza with stuffed cheese bread & pizza sauce on Tuesday evening. My food was ready when I arrived 15 minutes later & it was amazing. It seems like a lot of these negative reviews are old & don't reflect the times.

Every time I go there the pizza is always soggy and undercooked. Like they rushing for no reason. Little Cesar’s hot n ready taste way better

I don't have service to call your restaurant but I had service to place an order online. apparently I missed a call while I didn't have service and you canceled my order first time ever trying to eat from your place last

Absolute TRASH!!! Trashy food and trashier service!!! Ordered online. Ordered canned pop, a sub and fries. No sauce in the box for my sub, fries tasted like they've been sitting, even had either BBQ or ketchup on them already. I've worked in food service for 30yrs, I've NEVER worked, visited, or even heard of a place doing this. I don't eat either sauce. Called the store. They said either I take the credit or there's nothing they can do. I said well what about remaking the food? She said it'll be another 2hrs because we have other deliveries. I said ok then, call your driver have him come back (he had JUST pulled off) and pick this up and drop my money back off because I won't be ordering from you again. She states either take the credit or have a nice day!! Who does that???

Overcharged my card, the girl who over charged it had an attitude and kept hanging up in my face. Andddddd sent me the WRONG Pizza on top of that. 🤦🏽‍♀️

Ordered happy wings, got bleeding raw chicken tenders. Went back the next day to return the food for a refund and was told no refunds after i called the night before and was basically told i could get my money back. Im done with all happys. Why would i want anything else from you if you giving it out raw. Trashiest place ever and should be shut down.

This was the best looking pizza I have ever received from a Happy’s pizza in years. Thank you!!! I purchased this before the staff that didn’t care came to work @11am during opening!!! Yum yum yum

Everytime I order from here it is something.. cold pizza, missing items, and today the want to tell me how to talk after being rude to their employee by saying she has a attitude. The only one with customer service was the one who actually handed me my pizza. Everyone else was dirty looking with ripped clothes lobby dirty and doors looked like someone threw food back at them..lol I am sure this is why the store was empty on a Friday after work and little Caesar's was packed which is what made me go to them in the 1st place. NEVER AGAIN!
