I placed an order online and went in to pick it up 5 minutes after the pick up time only to wait in line for 30 minutes just to be told they didn't cook my order because the app orders only pays them 10% then the manager voided my order but said she can't refund me because her drawer would be short so I have to go through the app. This happened over a week ago and still no refund on my order. Terrible customer service, funky attitudes, never on time, just hiring anyone I guess. Well I know I'll never come here again. Keep the 20 the bumbs

This place is the WORST! the last two times I ordered from them online, my order was cancelled 10 minutes before it was supposed to be delivered. Both times I never received a refund...Little Caesars customer support is a joke. This place shouldn't even be in business. I'd give them zero stars if I could. Stay away from here and Little Caesars in general. I'll be contacting the BBB and corporate ASAP.

We have ordered dozens of times at this location- (apparently we are gluttons for punishment) and each time the service is horrible. They are slow- ridiculous level of slow- and consistently screw up the order. We got orders with a whole pizza missing, cold food, wrong food, and they refuse to fix orders that are messed up. Any other location I’ve been to is fast, they are friendly and correct anything that is wrong. This location is an absolute joke. I get that it gets busy, but the constant wrong orders are unbelievable. Never again- this toxic relationship is over. Never again. Just take the time to go down to Madison heights store.

Pizza Hut Pizza is great!!!! but needs to hire more workers and establish a better way with charity programs to be involved with community projects.

pizza had too much cheese no sauce literally nothing but cheese it was too salty I almost choked trying to chew that cheese , Italian cheese bread was dry no cheese fr and too much butter and parm it was nothing but kids back there playing around .

This is a disgrace that a billion company can't keep simple change in their safe. If you don't have exact change they keep the difference 😡. Then the change they collect they don't give out to people🤦🏿‍♂️. Shut this location down with their no change policy.

Horrible experience. Terrible customer service. I ordered an pizza at 8:00 pm didn't receive my order until 9:15 pm The manager had a piss poor attitude.

This is one of my favorite locations. There is 2 other ones near me, but the pizza and bread taste so much better here. Always get a big smile and very friendly

If I could give 0 stars I would. I’m walking towards the door and this stud with blonde locs hops out the car parked in front of the door and literally trys to beat me to the door. I stop and let her go because clearly shes in a rush to be first. This person doesnt hold the door and has a heavy weed smell. She opens the door just enough for her to slide through. So when I go in after her, she says “ I was hoping the door wasnt open”. Turns out this is the employee. It was a second before someone helped me. A younger boy with black locs. Probably a teen and he looks like they’re over working him. He was very professional but that other one….ghetto.

I ordered a pizza online at 3:35 PM today. was told it would arrive around 4:11 PM At 4:04 PM while waiting for my order to arrive I get a call from a very dismissive condescending person telling me she had just opened to tons of orders sitting there and had taken it upon herself to cancel my order. You would think I should have gotten a call long before the pizza is scheduled to be here any minute. Needless to say I spent an hour on the phone because Doordash still kept saying the Pizza was coming. So now it is 4:39PM my family is hungry and angry while I am trying to deal with an emergency which is the whole reason I ordered a pizza to start with rather than cook. Avoid this location at all costs! They did not just open at 4;:pm they are blatantly lying and simply didn't want to make order because they are either busy or understaffed.

This place sucks, waited forever for a pepperoni and crazy bread. Sat in the lobby for 20 mins after my pickup time. Also why does the app not take their gift cards, doesn’t make any senses. On top of it , it was gross.

This place never have hot in ready’s then they telling people 15 min n u end up waiting 45min to an hr. Then get an attitude when people ask for they money back

These ppl won’t answer the phones if their life depended on it. I called 5 times attempting to check on my doordash order and every time I was on placed on hold

Very affordable but sometimes slow but I guess it's from being busy!!! Actually ever since the pandemic it seems like every restaurant is slow.

Place closes at 10 we show up a 9 Very unprofessional came in for a hot-N-ready but was told they’re only doing online orders. That’s a whole hour before closing….. to me that’s terrible customer service. I could understand if it was 9:30 but again a whole hour…..

Very unprofessional, placed an online order and still had to wait an extra 15mins. Definitely will not go back. I will say the young man who worked the counter seemed to be doing it all himself. So my review is based on poor management. Not the young man whom tried his best to do his job and the coworkers who were in the back not realizing the lobby was full of customers. Just close already.

If I could give them a zero I would so a 1star will have to do ! I ordered my pizza at 3:00pm and it’s now 7:00pm with no updates . No one is answering the phone and when I went to check no updates had been made. Being a young person myself I understand we all have learning curves but omg . This is a constant thing at this location , I’ve had better service elsewhere. I will be requesting a refund and reporting this store to the business bureau today !!!!

Love this location I was in and out and the food taste very good different restaurants even if they are the same brand do taste different to me and these people really show pride in the food that they make

Can't go wrong with the Hot and ready with butter and parm. The Cesar Wings are really good too.

It's the people in the back making the food for me there will be almost 20 people in the lobby and 1 cashier and he was the one pushing out the food dealing with rude people. And there is 5 or 6 people in the back making the food what are y'all doing a hit and a miss frfr bc sometimes the food is real good and like last night I got 2 hot and readys and waited for almost an hr and there were people in front of me waiting even longer idk if u have nothing to do ya by all means sit their and Waite but if you have to go to work or after school don't go

Hello I'm jack I needed too get some dinner and I stopped in an placed an order 2 classic pizza's an 2 crazy bread's. Also the manager Shannon she is sooooooooo much of a people person an service with a smile. also her an the employee that was with her tonight those two are such honest hard working people. Those two deserve a promotion an a raise in their pay so if anything plz bump them two up 3 dollar raise they deserve it also I want too say I love hard working honest people. If I had my own company I would hire them two in a heart beat no question's asked ya'll have a great night an enjoy later
